My husband and I booked a couple massage with decors. The service and decors were as advertised. We both enjoyed the massage and felt like a new person and so relaxed after. My dad recommended I go to this place and I am so glad I did. When you first book, they are very communicative about all the details including parking and access information. They also have a parking garage with designated spots which I appreciated. The view from my massage room was nice and the woman offered to take a photo which was also nice. The massage surprised me because my dad didn't tell me they'd be walking on my back. Overall it was one of the better massages I've had especially for the price. Above average massage, reasonably priced in a clean environment. We got a 70 minute couple's massage for $120. My gf said her massage was ok. Mine was good not great. One thing I realized about the difference between a Thai and Lomi Lomi massage is the Thai doesn't employ the deep digging of thumbs and fingers like Lomi Lomi. Here the Thai masseuse did a lot of walking on my back and I noticed a lot of elbow and some stretching. Anytime someone walks on my back it feels heavenly but it's not exactly a skilled masseuse practice. She did give attention to my troubled spot of lower back. But once again it was mainly with her elbow and feet. I was a bit disappointed that my quads didn't get much attention especially since I did squats earlier. The room was a bit stuffy. They had an a/c that only blew air and it was loud. Pro Tip- Always let the masseuse know at the start if you have any injuries and to careful around those areas. Be sure to text them and they will instruct you to park in their designated stall for the $3 fee or else you'll pay $10/hour. Think we'll opt for a Lomi Lomi massage next time. read more

It was a good massage but I would consider to be one of the more basic massage places. It's a very quality massage at a reasonable price of $60 for 70 minutes. Their rooms do overlook the water but they close the blinds during massage so nothing that makes much of a difference. I did find it strange that I called Blue Thai massage but this place called me back . Maybe they are run by the same people?? read more

It was also one of the best I've had. 70 minutes massage for $60 and it already include tax if you're paying with cash (credit card add extra $4) For the price of $60 you can specify what kind of massage you would like to get. if you don't, you will get combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lomi Lomi and Hot Stone. Went for a couples massage for my birthday. I got the Thai massage, lot of walking and stretching it was alright I had better massages else where. It was 1hr for $110 with military discount... At the end of the session my husband went to the bathroom and the lady was asking for me to pay so I did she asked if I wanted to add tip to the card payment I said no because I wanted to add it after to see how much my husband wanted to tip. He came out and she just stood over us insisting on tip payment it was very uncomfortable. We gave her cash and she went to the other worker and laughed and complained about the amount which was so rude. I won't be going back to this establishment... read more

My friends and I tried the Single Package massage combo (70 minutes/$60) and it was exactly what we needed to kick off a relaxing vacation. The place was clean and quiet with soothing music. Common areas well lit. They were able to accomodate all 3 of us at short notice, and were attentive to requests regarding massage pressure and sport injury areas to be mindful of etc. Good value for money + it was a short drive from our hotel with parking available. read more

By appointment only, we booked two couples massages. Nice views, but you're face down on the massage table! I wanted a Swedish massage, but I got their typical Thai massage instead, I don't think she understood what I said. So it was therapeutic with her body weight, knees, elbows running down my back and shoulders. Her feet down the palms of my arms, quads and tight calves. Hubby asked for Lomi Lomi style, I think they only do Thai or Swedish, but he got a medium pressure massage that wasn't Thai. Good Thai technique for me, got out my stressed neck and lower back kinks. Was a 70 minute massage which was a good value. Very nice and hospitality was great! That was possibly the worst massage me and my friend have ever gotten. In our LIVES. It was extremely sloppy. almost like she was bored and just ready to be done with her 70mins. Slapped us around a couple times with excessive amounts of oil and then but some mint on our face? The view in the room is probably the only good thing about this place. Review from a deep tissue massage therapist here ;) I've always been wary of trying Thai massage because I am not a flexible person & during massage school, another student hurt me pretty bad while practicing on me. So this was our first Thai massage experience. Boy, was I so surprised to have had one of the best massages in my life! & I needed that! These Thai massage therapists surely know how to do it right w/o causing discomfort & pain! I booked two couples massages for us & our two friends. The place was colorful, inviting & intimate. Very cute setting. The therapist who greeted us was kind & had a great smile on their face. They were also my therapist, as I'd requested for a strong female therapist. We got room #2, which was the Ocean View room. It was beautifully decorated & perfect for our sunset session. I had an amazing experience! My husband said that his therapist was great too. I've never had my neck and back adjusted like that from a massage therapist before. There is no need to go see a chiropractor if you go get a Thai massage from our amazing therapists! If I lived here in Oahu I'd go see them at least once a week. Price is SO affordable for a fairly expensive state. Unprofessional and Inappropriate Service at Cattleya Thai Massage My recent visit to Cattleya Thai Massage left me thoroughly disappointed. The massage therapist displayed unprofessional behavior throughout the session. My wife and I received a couples massage and the masseuse who was working on me touched me inappropriately to see if I was "down". I did not appreciate this. We will not be returning. If this is your jam by all means pay a visit but I found it disrespectful and disgusting. read more

Don't be fooled by the pictures. The Space looks nothing like it does in the photos. We got a mediocre massage and then she tried to make us tip 25% which was really unprofessional. We asked for deep tissue and no hot stones. We got hot stones anyways and a rushed massage that left us more sore. read more

I saw their advertisement on Facebook while visiting Honolulu from NC. They were very responsive and offered current specials on massage packages. Upon arriving to my massage room, I was blown away with the views from the 23rd floor! This is such a cute spot for a time to relax or couples massage. My masseuse talked to me about my first Thai/Swedish massage experience and I really enjoyed the combination of the two. I would love to take my husband back with me for a couples massage next time. I mentioned I won't need parking as I was dropped off and they paid for my Uber back to my hotel! How sweet! Definitely recommend read more

We had the 100 minutes session with hot stone $180 for 2 people in Ocean sunset view room, schedule for 6:30 pm. to catch the sunset. Deena and Cha Cha really worked out our kinks and knots. definately recommend the hot stone. This was a great experience, very relaxing. In town working and decided to treat myself to a massage. The nurses at work had raved about their experience here so I went. They were quick to respond for an appointment time even late at night, and she was able to accommodate me for the next day. The massage for 100 minutes was probably the best massage I've ever had. It was both relaxing and she worked out all the knots I had in my shoulder. I almost felt a little bruised the next day because of the intensity she used working out my knots, but at the same time felt so relaxed. I will definitely be back. read more

If you want a fancy sponge bath, come here. My husband booked a couples massage for my birthday (they actually put up decor for an anniversary instead, no biggie). Our appointment was at 7:30, we got there early so they had us in their waiting room. They were 15 minutes late, so we didn't start until after 7:45. One nice thing was they did ask about any surgeries or injuries, as said in other reviews. The woman began to say that they're going to start off with medium pressure. They're first technique was standing on us and moving their feet with pressure around our body. It felt like she was tippy toeing, there was no pressure whatsoever. My husband said that the male he had did put some pressure then and nothing else throughout the massage. I caught a cramp in my calf mid way and that was the most pressure the woman had put into any part of my body, while trying to massage that out. I was feeling hopeful. I felt like she was rubbing me and squeezing very lightly. I am more sore today than I was going in there, because of the way I was lying on my stomach for so long. My neck was in pain. They did an exfoliation of our arms, legs, and back (both front and back). It felt like she had put a paper towel over my head and started to do some rubbing and chopping on my forehead. There was absolutely no massage when we turned over to the front. I've worked in a salon and spa before, and this was by far one of the worse experiences I've ever had. My husband said he hoped I liked my fancy sponge bath! The worse part was at the end when we were checking out and my husband gave them their tip, the woman had her hands out basically asking for more! It was so rude and uncomfortable. The only reason why I'm giving 2 stars, is because they were nice, the parking deal was good, and the place is clean. Don't waste your time going here. read more

Had such a great time! My parents came into town and gave us a few hours to do whatever we wanted and I surprised my husband with a massage. This was our first time ever getting a massage and it was great! I was a little afraid to get the hot stone massage because I've always been scared it would be to hot but honestly it was the best part of the whole massage! The staff were super sweet and made sure we had everything we needed and made sure that we were comfortable and that they weren't doing it to hard or to soft. The decorations were absolutely gorgeous and I hope that one day in the future we can go again if we have someone to watch our kids! I highly recommend! The decor was nice and the massage was ok. Just for your awareness- Cattleya told me that the parking was $3 for the entire time you are there. Please be aware that the parking is actually $3 dollars every 30 minutes. The massage therapist actually demanded that we pay more with tip instead of taking the $20 we gave them. I don't mind tipping but to lie and say it is required that i provide more is not great customer service. read more

The room had gorgeous views of the ocean, and we were able to witness the beautiful sunset from the room. The staff was professional and followed all the covid protocols. You should really visit Cattleya Thai Massage Spa. I did and in 2 visits masseuse "Beauty" rid me of the rotator cuff pain I've been suffering. During 18 months of pain killers, PT, MRIs and shots, my pain still lingered. Beauty got rid of it! She also worked out the discomfort I had in my left hip. She will locate your problem then concentrate on the entire area to bring relief. Most others will just give you basic attention. The Spa is beautifully decorated, has excellent views of the ocean and you will notice their attention to detail with tons of fresh roses in every room. They also specialize in couple massages. We enjoyed that as well. Their atmosphere is comfortable, updated and welcoming. This staff really does care about their clients. Cattleya is now the only Spa I go too. Visit them and it'll be your favorite as well. read more

It was a little confusing because you have to go into like a parking area to get into the building but otherwise it was a good walk from ala moana. Everyone was welcoming and took really great care of me and my fiancee. We got the upgraded room with the roses and they let us take as many pictures and to take it all in without feeling rush. The massage pressure was perfect for me. You can ask them to go harder or softer but you have to tell them. read more

It was located in a building on the 29th floor with a bunch of other spa businesses with similar rates of $60 for 60 minutes massages. The interior was not modern looking at all (there was popcorn ceiling all around) and the scent of the place wasn't the most aromatic or pleasant. The masseuse gave me a hybrid Thai and Swedish massage. Parts of it were painful and uncomfortable when the masseuse stepped on my back and literally put all of her weight on me. I told the masseuse that some of the massage movements were painful and she adjusted accordingly to different techniques. After the massage session was completed, my +1 and I were proceeding to the lobby and was offered two complimentary cups of cold water. As we were paying for the massage services, the staff (also my masseuse) provided the $120 price and said directly that this amount doesn't include tip. First off, that was an unnecessary comment and unprofessional. Then as we were giving the cash to tip the two masseuses (she was one of them), the masseuse said give me $20 for the other masseuse and $20 for me. Not only was it completely awkward and uncomfortable, but the audacity! We didn't tip the amount as she demanded since it was insincere and completely uncalled for. Sadly, I don't plan to return at all. Just a fair warning to others considering this place for a massage.

And the masseuses were so transparent and said they weren't certified for that, but will try will their best to accommodate. My MIL's masseuse asked a bunch of questions. And then we got our massages... My MIL seriously loved hers. She said her knee felt so much better. And it was way better than a Thai massage. So, MIL approved... and did I mention I absolutely loved mine???
