It was so easy to book an appt online and I chose Lisa as the therapist but instead I got Annie. Annie is very skilled & very attentive to your concerns. Her communication is a little terse and can seem unfriendly but nonetheless she is professional. Her speaking tone seems sometimes rough & sharp but I know that she means well. Her actual massage technique is excellent ! Her technique is accurate & efficient ! You have to experience it to know what I'm trying to describe in words. The massage itself was really nice. The ladies that serviced my fiance and I were very good. The room was very clean and it felt relaxing. The only 2 things I didn't like were... 1. My massage lady kept leaving the room when she heard someone walk in the establishment. I would say at least 7 times during my session. So I felt like I lost out on my time on the table. I'd recommend having someone in the front so sessions don't get interrupted. 2. My service charge was ridiculously high. It was $10 since I used my debit card. So with taxes and fees I paid $21 more dollars. So unfortunately instead of leaving each therapists $20 tip each. I deducted $10 to cover the service charge. So I gave them $15 each. I suggest bringing cash. I'd try this place again but I hope the "leaving the room" part gets fixed. read more

The establishment has declined tremendously for it has been wreaked with marijuana smoke and cigarette smoke. The therapists seemed ok, but the men hanging around the room behind the counter and at least one guy smoked in the bathroom. If you are adversed to the smoke, this is not a good place. Also, these guys (not sure who they were) talked a lot and were oblivious to clients who were there to relax. read more

Walked by and noticed this massage shop and decided to give it a try. The experience completely blew me away. I am amazed with Annie's technique on how she relaxed my muscles and removed my pain and knots with such ease. I started with a 60min full body massage and I asked for the session to be half and half with body and foot. The experience was very different from some other therapist I had before in other locations. I asked if she has more time and fortunately her next appointment does not come in until 45 mins later. So I add on an additional half hour so she could have more time to work on my problems with my lower back especially. Thank Annie and I will recommend her to anybody experiencing back pain! Didn't work out any of my knots. Waste of money, stay away. When paying, they even asked for a bigger tip even though the massage itself was terrible. Save your money or find a better place. I just finished a quick 30 minute massage. I've been meaning to try this place out but I already have a regular masseuse. But she's on vacation for three weeks. I have a pretty busy schedule so it's hit or miss if I can do a full hour. Then I saw one of the pictures about the 30 minute special. Had someone named Annie. With mine, she spent extra time on my problem areas - which she found herself (this was basically magic). Both were very receptive to how hard we like our massages. Bought a groupon for a couples massage at this spa. It was our first so wasn't sure how it would go. The attendants were very nice and strong. You switch your shoes out for a pair by the door, but they don't tell you where to put your shoes. I guess where the shoes they gave you came from but then when you go back to get your shoes do you put the ones you used back there? Then what would be the use? Do they clean them after? Told them I had a groupon but they asked that we return it and they would honor the price we paid. I don't know what that was about but I got my refund. Wasn't sure if we were supposed to get naked, I was a little shy but wth. It was interesting to say the least. They were pretty thorough and the hot stones were nice. We didn't get the reflexology on our hands or feet but the women did not get tired the whole hour we were there. It was pretty good so we gave them a nice tip of $60 each and you would think they would mention rebooking us but they gave us a small bottled water and some candy and we left. They texted me to make sure we had got the tip correct and to ask us to leave a review. The room was clean and dark and there is hand bars on the ceiling. They also provide a little basket to put your things in but don't tell you where to put the basket. They also left the door open while we got changed back in to our clothes but by then I was over my shyness! Lol! One of the girls were sniffling a lot which usually bothers my husband but he said it was okay. Guess when your getting a long massage like that it doesn't matter. We were both sore the next day and there was a little bruising but I guess that to be expected. Looking to get adjusted at a good chiropractor next. Anywho, the location was convenient and there was lots of parking available and the prices were reasonable. May go back there again next month. read more

I've been searching for a "regular" massage spot for a couple months now, and after trying out over a dozen places so far, all in all Fantastic Spa comes out on top. Different therapists seem to have different strengths, so talk with the owner before making an appointment to get matched with the therapist to fit your needs. For instance, April seems to have knot-seeking hands that work wonders on deep knots without actually doing a deep tissue massage, while Bella Leah does an amazing relaxation-focused massage that makes the time fly by. -When they opened in December, prices were $60/hr, but now that they're more established, they're up to $65/hr. Still a good value, and they were up-front about the price change. -Very clean business overall, most of the rooms are subdivided, but they aren't too small. Couples room is spacious enough. -Parking is easy and free right next to the business or out back. -No up-selling, what you ask for is what you get. Obviously be sure to tip your therapist if you feel they did a good job, of course. There's only two real negatives I can think of, but they're more subjective than something that would affect my total rating. For one, the split AC units they use to cool the rooms can easily make it way too cold if you're sensitive to that, so make sure to ask to have the temperature set to your comfort level before starting a massage. Second, all of their equipment looks new, but it doesn't seem to be the most sturdy or comfortable. The standard massage beds sway a little and don't fit tall people well, and the wider more stable beds have a weird head cutout that isn't very comfortable to lay your face on like a typical oval detached headrest. I think if they eventually get more sturdy/properly-padded equipment, and make sure clients are in a comfortable temperature range during the massage, this place would be just about perfect. As-is, I still would recommend them to anyone on the Leeward side of the island, it's a quick drive to their location even from Waipahu. I'll probably be back nearly every week! read more
