Many appointments went good. A couple went bad. Last appointment I was in with bf, both masseuse were talking non stop. Loud. Laughing. Talking. For the entire hour. I was so upset, i had to stop the massage before it was done. It's so fucking rude. Please note, this was not the first time, just the loudest and longest time. Other times I went, either my company didn't mind, nor wanted to speak up, or I simply didn't want to speak up because it's awkward. But imagining sitting there for your whole massage wondering when they would stop screaming!? Also note- one time i called and ask how much it would be extra to focus on my shoulders, the man on the phone said no extra charge, but when i finished my massage the lady said it was $40 extra. I asked for 1.5 hours, she said NO because she worked too hard on my back. Fucking rude how are they still open. Don't go to their sister location up the street either. I expected the owner to reach out and apologize for his employees behavior. It's been about 2 to 3 weeks. No one's calling me so I'm leaving this review cheap ass massage place.

If you know me, you will know that I am a clean freak/germaphobe. As funny as it may sound to you, hearing the washing of hands between patients in the adjacent area was EVERYTHING!!! I've been to two other clinics in Honolulu and neither of them ever washed their hands. Treatment-wise, Dr. Kim was very thorough in her analysis and gave me valuable TCM recommendations for self-care with diet and exercise. The visual aids also gave me a clearer understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine and my own constitution. Generally speaking, I am not fond of needles of any kind BUT I am a firm believer in TCM and acupuncture. I have learned to tolerate needles. I am so grateful beyond words to have found Dr. Kim and Gu Fang Traditional Chinese Medicine!!! I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

The venue is clean, quiet and well-kept. The staff member was very polite and attentive. The massage itself was almost methodical and the pressure could have been a bit stronger for my liking. I was not impressed, nor was I disappointed. I left feeling indifferent. I will definitely give this place another try and declare the type of pressure Iʻd appreciate and go from there.

She also provided instructions after each item session (my package included facility use, scrub, massage, and facials). I got to the facility ~30 mins before my appointment. An employee walked me through the facility and provided instructions. I used the hot tub and plunge pool before the scrub. After my session was done with Mina, I had lunch with friends.
