I booked a deep tissue couples massage with advance notice having read all the good reviews. Have been to multiple massage places, I try to be gentle in understanding people have different strengths and weaknesses. But my experience was negative enough to comment on. The good: The location is very clean, welcoming, and convenient with parking. Wade was very solid with deep tissue, would absolutely come back for him. He offered us some lovely tea upon exiting. The Bad: I probably won't come back, with Tera. I repeatedly asked for somebody upon calling for deep tissue to which they said all their technicians were good. There were multiple red flags. Notably when they said she was more experienced with Thai massage but could do deep massage. To their credit, their sign says they can change your therapist in the first 15 mins. We agreed to do a mixture of stepping and deep massage with a focus on neck and shoulder. But unfortunately, after she finished her stepping process, it was past that time. I had to repeatedly ask for more pressure, and I'm not convinced she was planning to do any deep massage until I asked when it would happen. When I asked her again, she said that I needed to relax with an irritated voice. Her pressure was ultimately very weak. She then proceeded to elbow me awkwardly for the next 45 minutes in my shoulder and ribs. If you told me that you would set me with a beginner technician who was in their first few weeks of schooling, the bar would have been set appropriately. Her shoulder massage was awkwardly poking into my shoulder blades with sharp nails. Her neck massage was poking her thumb into the various nooks. There was no point at which I felt like she knew how to massage in a cohesive flow or was familiar with the human body or how to focus on knots. But alas, I paid $70 for somebody to elbow me, watching the clock to end, and walked away no more relaxed than when I walked in. I am not sure what technician the other good reviewers had but would not come back. read more

I love great massages. Period. If there was a dream job for me, it would be to visit all massage spots and get paid to submit a fair, yet firm, review after each visit. Yet, that doesnʻt exist yet, so.... I was in need of a last-minute massage and I was not in the mood to drive into town or have to find parking, so I rolled the dice and gambled on this establishment that was located somewhat in the area. The venue is clean, quiet and well-kept. The staff member was very polite and attentive. The massage itself was almost methodical and the pressure could have been a bit stronger for my liking. I was not impressed, nor was I disappointed. I left feeling indifferent. I will definitely give this place another try and declare the type of pressure Iʻd appreciate and go from there. read more

I had the best massage today at Thai Massage Therapeutics, my lower back was hurting and when I left the place the tightness was gone. I will be returning as a regular client and will recommend the place to others. read more

I LOVE IT HERE!!!!!!!! Honestly tried different massage places and this one is always consistent. Now that they have online booking I don't have to bother with calling and it's way more convenient. I called to book since calling is easier sometimes and they didn't answer but in the recording it says they have online booking so I checked and Kim called me right back. Good thing I answered cause I booked the wrong day LOL but she fixed it. Theres 2 hour free parking right in front and even in the shaded area around the back. Theres also great food places around so once you pau and hungry you can get food. My masseuse was so awesome!!!! She took out all the knots in my neck my goodness it was so painful but worth it! For a couples massage I paid $140 but separate would've been $75 so not too bad I feel like that's the average rate now. We tipped $20 each even my bf when we came they took out all of his issues in his back. I also came previously with my mom and she loves coming here too. Even though the ceiling isn't completely blocked off so you can hear people around you still get the care and service you pay for! They offer tea and water after the massage. Also after a certain time they lock the doors cause they're open late so they want to also be safe! 10/10 would come back!!!! :) read more

My husband and I are the type of call-last minute-for-any-massage-appointments-available type of people so we've been to our fair share of massage places all over the island and we for sure don't have a regular masseuse. That being said, TMT has been our main go-to for years because the quality of the massage here has consistently been really good and I've never left dissatisfied or disappointed. Their prices are pretty reasonable too and the place is very clean, everyone is friendly, and there are a lot of spots for free parking. read more

I had Jane help me get relief from chronic pain. Good location near Costco. Clean and professional.

Friendly staff with exceptional knowledge in various massage services. Very professional staff who greeted us upon entry for our scheduled 90 minute Thai massage. Space is very clean and calm. Located in Nimitz center across from Pier 38. Plenty of free parking in front or in the back parking garage. Will definitely be back soon! read more

Came here with my cousin yesterday after a really stressful week. We did a couple's massage so we got to be in the same room. I have to say that my massage exceeded expectations. I've never tried Thai massage and highly recommend it if you beed some rejuvenation from a stressful week. She got out of our knots and stretched us out. We are already planning to go back to try the foot massage. Prices are very reasonable for their services. read more

Very good professional massage even when I show up late they are still friendly and give the best service. They asked for pressure level and are consistent with that and when they asked me if I have any problem areas, they really focus on that spot. I've been coming here for a while now and can tell the difference between each of the therapists and how they perform. Booking is easy there is a restroom outside. There are no showers so don't come here right after work if you've been doing labor all day.. read more

So I was in town and just needed a massage! Found this place on Yelp and booked it! SOOO GLAD I DID! 90min deep tissue for $105 (I know there are places cheaper but this was worth it!!) Excellent! Nina was amazing! She helped with my deep knots on my shoulder blades and back. She knew exactly where to step and press down on. This massage place was quiet and clean. My husband and I were greeted right upon walking in. Even scheduling our couples massage went very smoothly. We had randomly been downtown and wanted to get a massage. We called around 1:45 and they said they could take us at 2:15pm. This was one of the best massages we've had in a while. We will definitely be back! Thank you! Masseuse Nina Mark read more

First time in here this morning on the recommendation of a good friend. I had the 90 minute Combination Massage. To say it was awesome doesn't do it justice. I was stretched, kneaded, and massaged. I prefer a hard deep massage, and that's what I got. I'm 60 yrs old, and this was undoubtedly the best massage experience I've ever had. All the ladies were kind, gracious and personable. If you're looking for a truly therapeutic massage, I'd stake my own word and reputation on referring people here. read more

Definitely recommend this place-Yao gave me an amazing massage! She was professional, strong and fixed my neck!

True traditional Thai massage by super friendly and nice Thai therapist. I've been here twice for deep tissue combination and have been very satisfied. I've been going to Hawaii on container ships for 24 years and have been to dozens of Thai massage therapist. These are the best I have found. The establishment is very clean and comfortable. The prices are very good and the therapist are very skilled. Give it a try! You won't be disappointed. read more

Deep tissue massage. Not for weak minded people. I cried like a sissy. But I felt better after.

This business just opened recently, and I've been here twice already! The owner has two other locations, one in Kailua and one in Kaneohe. This one is in town at the plaza on Nimitz, facing the outdoor parking lot. There is also an underground garage. Parking is free and relatively ample. The massage space is clean and professional. Customer service is excellent. My appointments were made the day of. I requested deep tissue. Kim is excellent. So in Natty. Each room has bars on the ceiling, if you like having your body walked on (for those who aren't familiar it's a certain style of massage where the practitioner steps on your legs, back etc., And they hold the bars above them for balance if needed, while you lie on the massage table). I already referred a friend and she made an advance appointment. She received a text message confirmation and reminder, since it was scheduled for another day. I find that very helpful too! She loved her massage also. We both play sports, and I particularly love hard deep pressure massages, as well as stretching treatments. But they adjust to your needs and preferences. Payment is by cash or card, contactless payment also. They also provide a stamp card, so you get $30 off at your 10th session. Bonus! As per their site, they offer Thai Massage, Combinations, Deep tissue, Swedish, Lomi Lomi, Pregnancy, Reflexology, Hot Stone, Walking on Back, and Couple Massage. Highly recommend! read more

I like that their place is organized, smells good, the employees are cool, the parking is in front and extra parking in the back. And their doors to get inside is secured. They have a doorbell with a little note for those with appointments to press button. And they serve you water or tea after. I'm a big girl but that Rosie as small as she is, she was awesome and I definitely will come back. Trying to make this a once a month thing as we deserve it. My friend who also is big, Tina helped her and my friend said she was awesome too. And the prices is good too. read more

Hubby and I had been hiking and wanted a massage to relax. Called and was able to get appointment next day for couples' massage. Hubby got traditional Thai massage and I got mixed massage for 60 min. Our masseuses were great and attentive. My husband is undergoing knee rehab and his masseuse was helpful and careful. Would recommend. read more

My daughter and I both got massages. It is a nice, clean place with free parking. My daughter said it was the best massage of her life. Jade had strong hands and was able to release the knots. My massage was relaxing not earth shattering but good. Having an occasional massage is nice but if you really want to address the stress knots, you'll have to go more frequently. Prices were fair. read more

Had a two hour Thai combo massage. Tina did a fantastic job getting the knots out. She was very friendly and checked to make sure she was applying appropriate pressure. My family and I dropped by Thai Massage for the first time because it was the closest option to where I was at the time. Unsure what to expect, but I was desperate. My family tagged along..because why wouldn't you? Right? Hao worked me over and got rid of so many knots...I felt light afterwards. So light that I may just float off! It was magical! My family had similar experience as well. Ask for the ginger honey tea afterwards..so good! I highly recommend this place. Conveniently located, clean space, magical staff. read more

My husband and I loves getting couple massages. My husband usually gets the Deep Tissue and I always get the Traditional Thai Massage. It was a last minute planning and I remember I saw a Thai Massage as I was driving by Nimitz Hwy since our usual Thai massage place was unavailable to take us in for our desired time slot. I like their location because is very convenient for parking and finding their location is not hard to miss. I gave them a call and they were able to accommodate my husband and I. First impression of how clean this place is. I always love a nice cleanliness place. The lady that was working at the reception was very welcoming and accommodated us in a timely manner. Since we did a couple massage we were able to be together in the same room. They had cute decorations on the bed as well. Our massage experience was amazing. I'm very pleased of how consistent the pressure was throughout the whole 90 minutes of our services. My masseuse literally relieved my upper body/shoulders especially. Her pressure points were so good it was just a great experience in general. My husband was very satisfied with his deep tissue too. When I asked for medium/deep pressure, they definitely delivered I was so relieved when they cracked my back towards the end. I felt so much better and not as tense. Me and my husband really needed a good massage and also a good night sleep. Literally we slept for almost 10 hours last night. That's how relax and relived we both were. A must to come and visit. We will definitely be back for future services read more

This just became my Favorite massage spot! Excellent service + convenient location if you live in town! I was on my way home..driving past Nimitz Center on a Sunday, and I happened to see it. I immediately pulled them up on Yelp to check out their services. I called them, not knowing they just opened this new location...and they was able to take me in within 15 mins! Wow! I went in at a good time; late afternoon around 3:30 because there was lots of open parking. I did the 90 min Thai Combo massage. YAO IS THE BEST!!! My service felt much longer which was GREAT and So Relaxing!! She definitely focuses on the areas you want. She's super sweet and very knowledgable. I had a lot tension mostly my back and neck, and by the end of my service I felt SO relieved!! I definitely plan to see her once a month, and am determined to get my stamp card filled. Great place to go if you need a massage. I have been seeing Annie for awhile now and she is the BEST. If you need a deep tissue massage go see her.
