As soon as you check in for your appointment, there are forms you will have to complete and while you do that, you are provided with a warm face towel and soothe the nerves and to begin your relaxation treatment. The staff member that greeted me was very warm and welcoming. You are offered a luxurious robe and slippers to wear during the entirety of your spa treatment. Prior to entering your treatment room, they ask you to wait in a beautifully curated and super cute room with a water dispenser and mixed nuts for you to enjoy while you wait. It was a whole vibe with low lighting , modern touches and such comfortable lounge chairs. Donna was the female who served me. She seemed very knowledgeable about how to better care for my skin and was thorough with each step she took. After your treatment, you have the option to take a nice, warm bath in their state of the art, delta showers and help yourself to the products in the bathroom. If you're looking for a place where the entire environment is designed to slow you down and help your body unscrunch, Uilani delivers. I had a wonderful massage experience at Uilani Spa from the moment I walked in. Everyone who works there is friendly and attentive. I was greeted with a refreshing hot towel for my hands and given a consent form to complete. Then I was escorted to the women's locker room with a bathrobe and slippers, where i changed and stored my belongings in a complimentary locker. Afterwards, I relaxed in a quiet, dimly lit lounge until my massage therapist, Yumiko, retrieved me. She expertly honed in on my problem areas before she began working on me. My shoulders were very tight and in pain while she worked on them. I heard my spine pop a few times. It's that moment of "Ahh..." when the pockets of tension you didn't know about are released and you wonder how much you were low grade suffering in daily life without realizing. I signed up for the lomi lomi massage, which I've never had before. I'm not sure if the hot towel treatment is part of every massage they do here but it's a nice touch that helps undo the knots. It's like Uilani thought of every little thing to help you relax beyond the massage itself. The massage cot can be adjusted to a seated position, which is how my massage ended. It's like they're easing you back into being vertical again. The experience continues: You go back to the lounge where you sip iced tea and eat a small crunchy snack before you leisurely make your way back to the locker room for a hot shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, a blow dryer, Q-tips... all provided for you. You're not rushed to pay and get out. This place is about 50% more than another place where i had a one year membership, but all the little touches they use to enhance your relaxation and enjoyment make the experience so relaxing. When we arrived, we were brought to the locker room to get ready & were provided with robes. Once done, we went to the lounge to wait for our masseuse. I did the signature massage. It was amazing! The pressure was just right & she covered every part that needed it. She also focused on the sore areas that I told her I needed. The BEST massage I've ever received. Kiki has an understanding of the perfect pressure to apply. I've had massages in local spots, Japan, China, and Thailand, where the pressure and technique were either too soft or too hard that it was difficult to relax, but Kiki was amazing! I've been coming here for the last few years whenever I'm in the area. Even though it's not as often as I would like each time I've been here the experience has been amazing. Making reservations is easy. Parking is easy but you do have to pay. Make sure to get validated. A friendly welcome at the door and you're ready for the best massage! I've had the Lomi Lomi and most recently Deep Tissue. My therapist this time was Kiki and she was great. She made sure the pressure was just right and very attentive to whether I was comfortable. It had been several months since my last massage and I was excited for some self care time. The 90 minute massage went by too fast. So glad I booked that versus the 60 minute. I can tell Kiki enjoys what she does as she also gave some pointers on what I can do at home to loosen some knots. In the end they serve a refreshing hibiscus drink with a macadamia nut rice puff so good. They also have trail mix and water available. Amenities are nice and clean as well. Got gifted some gift cards for Spa U'ilani for Christmas and hubby and I went when we got childcare. Overall, the place is very nice and upscale. They have a cute little waiting area with lounge chairs where they put you right before and in between your services/sessions. They have fluffy robes and everything felt very luxurious. The massage was pretty good too, although I wouldn't say it's the best I've had on the island. It's definitely a splurge because the prices are pretty elevated too. One negative was that between Christmas and when we went, they increased their prices. I wish they'd just honored the gift cards for the massage but they charged us extra for the difference. We've never been back because we're really after the quality massage and not the fancy trimmings and if just judging based on the massage, we've had better for way cheaper elsewhere. read more

After looking for a place to unwind, I was so glad that I was initially gifted a massage to this place and ever since then, I made 2 appearances here! Hidden behind Kaka'ako's Down to Earth store lies this relaxing place. Parking can be found in the building and yes, you will need to get your ticket validated. The whole facility is very nice and very clean. You are greeted very warmly with welcoming staff and a nice warm towel for your hands. Then you get whisked away to the bathroom/shower area to store your personal belongings in a locker and change into provided robes and slippers. Once you are ready to relax, you enter into this very quiet and relaxing lounge room where you begin to unwind. Shortly after your massage therapist or esthetician greets you and takes you to your service. The whole service itself for both massage and facials were nothing but amazing, you get to relax and the staff really knows how to help you get rid of all that stress! Not going to lie, this place definitely helped me get rid of my stress and helped me get some deserved rest! After your service, you get taken back to the lounge room and get treated with a complimentary snack and hibiscus tea! My last visit, they surprised me with a birthday cupcake! It really brought me to tears as I wasn't feeling myself that day but after having a massage, a facial, and a cupcake with a candle, it really made me feel extremely special! I live close by, so I come here often. It's a bit bougie, but really nice--I love that they have a steamer and a shower. The changing room is on the smaller side, so when it's crowded it can feel a little awkward. The massages are usually great! Sometimes if you go later in the day, the quality isn't as strong since the therapists can be tired. Personally, I prefer a strong massage. read more

I've found my new favorite spa! Lots of validated parking in Keauhou Lane. Upon entering I was greeted with a very warm Aloha. Given a tour of the facilities and a robe slippers and a locker. Instructed once changed to relax in the lounge. Very calm and serene perfect way to start this day of pampering. My therapist arrived and escorted me to our room. I selected a 90 minute Lomi Lomi. My preference is light medium and she did that perfectly. The next ninety minutes were bliss. After massage completed they have a nice shower and makeup area and sauna. I was gifted this luxurious treatment and I couldn't be more impressed by the service you receive the second you step in the door, the decor is bright and fresh with the sparkly chandelier and the monstrous floral decor you're greeted and checked in and instantly they give you a oshibori a warm towel for your hands and gosh that alone felt so heavenly. I was then taken to the Wahine Room to change into their super plushy robe and slippers and place your items in a locker where you can take a shower if desired before your session which you then wait for your therapist in the Ola Lounge to your choice of comfy seating and help yourself to bottle water and trail mix. Mariko was my therapist and was just phenomenal, my treatment was taken care of so I really had no idea what was included but she asked if I wanted to do an add-on treatment of Warm Stones, Aroma and CBD massage oil...ahhh YES! Deep Tissue Massage was my treatment btw (and my add on was included) so if I declined I would've lost out on a paid add-on..NOT COOL! Don't forget to do the Yelp check in offer for the "Free Add On". The massage table is heated the ambiance was just so calming and healing the whole session is simply amazing, once done you're taken to the Ola Lounge to relax further with Hibiscus Tea my favorite though this one is just so beyond describing how delicious it was along with a piece of puffed rice snack at this point I wished I had my air pod though you're able to enjoy the rest of the day here at your leisure this was a late session so I did keep it short. Very lovely spa, literally everything about the experience here is great and what you would expect, except for the massage part. I think I keep coming here because it's so close to my apartment but honestly I would rather go try some other places because very time I leave I feel like they barely affected me and it was a waste of money. Whenever I get a massage I hope to of course 100% enjoy the massage and be wowed of such massage expertise, even wanting to know my masseuses name so I can request her again!! I don't think I could say enough good things about Spa Uʻilani! I planned my sister's bachelorette to start here for some pampering. Taylor was so helpful getting our group of almost 10 in and making it feel so special for us. Because of our group size we were the only ones for most of our time here. We split the group into two. While one group got serviced the other relaxed in the lounge (omg those reclining chairs) and and had access to the sauna and locker room. They let me even set up our favors in the lounge and offered to take pictures of our group. We were running a tad behind (our fault not theirs) but Taylor had even allowed for that in our schedule. My appointment was on a Tuesday midmorning 11am. The parking it's easy to find and convenient. Down To Earth is located right across from Spa U'ilani. When I Walked in I was greeted with a aloha friendly welcoming from Taylor who brought me a nice warm towel to wipe my hands with. Taylor walked me to the Wahine Room to change into my soft Robe and my comfy Spa slippers. The bathroom is very clean. Once I was changed into my Robe; Taylor walked me to the lounge area where you have comfy layout lounge chairs sand two couches along with refreshments (nuts and water bottle). Arisu my therapist was so amazing she was so kind she massaged everything targeted area and even my earlobes. I felt so comfortable having her massage me. I did the Swedish 60 min and added in the warm stone *Don't forget to do the Yelp check in to get a free add on. After my relaxing massage I went to relax and enjoy the BEST Hibiscus Tea and rice macadamia snack and lots of Hawaii water. No rush to get out Taylor offered me more Hibiscus Tea. I then went back to the wahine room and showered and man the shampoo, conditioner and boy soap was so nice in smell and my hair was so soft. This spa is an absolute dream. When they say you "walk in, and float out" they truly mean it! You can parking in the parking garage and Spa U'ilani will validate parking which is a huge win as parking is often difficult. We were greeted once walking in and provided warm towels to wipe our hands. Once signing their forms, we were provided clean robes and slippers to change into. These robes felt so luxurious and fluffy! The bathrooms offer a place to change, showers, a steam room, and lockers for you to place your belongings. I got changed into my robe and then waited in their lounge. The lounge is so adorably decorated with clouds. We had scheduled a 90 minute couple massage and was taken to the room. Add the Yelp check-in for a free massage add on! We got aromatherapy which was a nice added touch. Our massage therapists were Jaya and Kiki, both who were so gentle and friendly in their demeanor. Both checked in with us regarding their pressure and made sure we were doing okay. The massage was fantastic and focused on each part of the body. Kiki did great in getting some of my muscle knots out. After the massage we were taken back to the lounge where we were given some snacks and hibiscus tea. Such a refreshing treat to have post-massage. Once we finished those, we headed back to the bathrooms where you're able to take some time to shower or go into the steam room. The showers are spacious, clean, and have all the things you need (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shower caps, towels). The steam room is a great addition as well. Located near SALT kakaaako, you'll find this Spa Location about a block away on the first floor. Conveniently also located by 2 public parking structures and street metered parking. With public parking and validation after an hour massage, parking was only $1 on a Sunday! Definitely deals with a town location Spa. Came here for a girls day with my coworkers. This was my first massage since before I had baby in about 2 years and boy was I ready for this. I'm also a very tense person with a bad back while also constantly carrying a baby through pregnancy and now an 8 month old. This1 hour Lomilomi Massage my friend scheduled was DEFINITELY worth the $145 (weekend) price! We were greeted right away upon arrival and checked in within a couple minutes. Felt welcomed and also the ambience was very clean and peaceful. We were given a warm towel for wipe down our hands and after our consent form was completed, was escorted to the changing rooms with our thick, comfy, robes to change into. You're provided a locker and key for your personal belongings. Only down side is when they have multiple appointments scheduled at the same time, it gets very very crowded and we all have to wait to change out with only 2 toilet rooms with doors to change or if comfortable additional 2 showers with curtains to change/shower as well. Before and after the service, you wait in a peaceful, quiet lounge area with small snacks and water. Choice of lie down seating or up right seating with cloud views on the ceiling. (Literally looks like clouds) My massage therapist was Loki. One nice local braddah with a good strong touch. Massage was literally from head to toe with kukui nut oil and a relaxing essential oil fragrance. The music in our room wasn't working so he did start off small conversations to not make it too quiet. My body was very tense and he put the right amount of pressure without making me feel uncomfortable. Definitely would love to request him again for the next time. After your massage. You're escorted back to the lounge for included juice, small snack, and a mimosa! Very tasty and a great finish to our visit. COST: They have membership perks.... Which I haven't decided on doing yet. However if you get monthly massages, I highly recommend their membership program. SERVICE: Ahhhhh.... Make sure you have an appointment set up. I do not believe they have walk in service available. When you walk in, you're greeted and provided with spa slippers. You're then lead to the locker room to undress. They have lockers you can use to lock all your clothing and belongings in. Their locker room are also equipped with showers, hair blow dryers and the basic necessities. When you're ready, you can wait in their waiting room. Their waiting room is decorated like a cloud. I feel like I'm literally floating in the sky... the decor is beautiful. Your masseuse will get you from the waiting room and take you in to your own private room for treatment. After your treatment, you can wait in their waiting room again and enjoy a beverage and small snack. One of the times I came here, I had mentioned it was my cousins birthday. After a quick intake form, you'll receive a robe and slippers and are escorted to the locker room where there are lockers, showers and a steam room. The locker room also offers amenities like hair brushes, hair dryer, toothbrush/toothpaste, deodorant, shave gel and razors. After you've changed you head into the lounge area where you can relax until your appointment time. Our massage therapists greeted us and escorted us to our room. They went over with us where our problem areas were and both were very professional. We both agreed that our massages were AMAZING. We definitely felt super relaxed and didn't want to leave. After your massage you head back to the lounge for refreshments. We took our time cruising in the lounge before heading back to the locker room to change and get ready for the rest of our day. For sure a hidden gem! From the moment you walk in it's so soothing and peaceful! Check in was fast and efficient. I had to sign a paper, then I was shown where the bathroom was where I could change and keep my stuff safe in a locker that has a key you carry with you. After that you go to the lounge where you wait for your masseuse. I only waited maybe 5 mins before she came. She took me to the room and gave me instructions on where to put my robe... yes they give you a robe and slippers to change in to! Then you lay on the table face down under the sheet. I got the 90 minute deep tissue massage and besides the basics of a massage, this lady really got in there. She found muscles and knots I never knew I had or it wasn't worked on before. I came in with a lot of tightness and knots and she worked out half of them, which to me is great! If I keep this up I may be more relaxed eventually! Another great feature was the massage table! When you lay on your back, normal places just lay you flat, but this table lets you sit up in slow increments according to your masseuse! It's a great way to help ease you up out of your relaxation and not get light headed when you stand up! After my massage was done I went back to the lounge to relax and was given hibiscus tea and this puff rice cake with macadamia nuts! Oh my gosh... it was sooo good! I need to go back and get another massage to have another treat! The only down part of the lounge is the amount of people that came in after me... maybe 4 people so it was getting kinda crowded, so I decided to leave and go shower! Yes I said shower!!! Initially booked a Swedish massage but realized I really needed the deep tissue option. My friend kept the Swedish. Was thrilled we could arrive earlier to use the steam room and showers prior to treatment. Everyone @ Spa U'ilani are so very pleasant and professional. Wow oh wow, the massage therapists are so skilled. Mariko, my skilled massage therapist gave possibly the best massage I had ever had. "Walk in... float out" is the theme that repeats itself throughout the location. And rightfully so. There are membership packages available. I will definitely be checking those out! If you're looking for a luxury spa in town, but not in Waikiki, Spa U'ilani is the place for you. Yes, it is a bit pricier than most other massage places on-island (excluding resorts/hotels); however, you're paying for a well-rounded experience, not just for a facial or a massage. [Booking] To be quite honest, I had to reach out to Spa U'Ilani 3x to get scheduled. In my first attempt, I emailed them (with the email I found on Yelp, which may no longer be in use). Then, I used their website to book on another day. Finally, I called. Travis picked up and was quick to help. Travis comes across very sweet, friendly and accommodating. And he genuinely is. In a battle between a "Karen" and Travis, he would melt away all anger and win with a smile. This being said, I think there was some miscommunication when I initially booked. I asked Travis about the steam room. He recommended that my boyfriend and I come around 9:15AM, or 30-45 minutes prior to our 10:00AM appointment, to take full advantage of the amenities. My boyfriend and I arrived early--a little after 9AM and the spa was closed. I figured my boyfriend and I would be let in close to 9:15AM or 9:30AM, but Travis let us in closer to 9:40AM. Admittedly I was a bit frustrated, but it was hard to be upset when Travis was so nice. If you're the first appointment of the day, you may not be able to start your spa experience until much closer to your appointment time. Ultimately, I don't think this is a set-back (hence the 5-stars) because you can use the steam room after your facial or massage. And it makes sense that the staff may not be ready for you right at open, especially if they're not fully booked for the day. [Check-In] When you arrive, you're welcomed with a warm hand towel. Then you are provided a luxurious robe, which you will be tempted to buy, along with rubber slippers. Someone will escort you to the locker rooms after you sign the necessary form. Each locker room (one for men, one for women) has lockers, toilets, showers, sinks and a steam room. There are towels available for use, and the locker room is clean. The showers have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is also body lotion. I can be a germaphobe but I felt fairy safe. Each locker has a key with a handy bracelet attached so you can keep it on you at all times. It may be easiest to wear comfy clothes and slip-on shoes to your massage appointment. Tip: Take off all jewelry at home. [Relaxation Lounge] Before and after the massage, my boyfriend and I enjoyed the relation lounge. There was bottled water available, which was a nice touch. After the massage, we were given a delicious hibiscus tea and a tasty rice snack. The lounge was soothing and creatively designed. I felt at ease there. [Massage] Tip: If you want to book a "couples massage," you'll need to pay for two massages and reserve the couples room ahead of time. I don't remember the names of the two massage therapists that took care of me and my boyfriend, but they were both beyond-excellent. The beautiful woman who massaged me went above and beyond. I took note of all the little things she did to make me feel cared for. For one, she checked in on me, but didn't talk too much where it became burdensome. I was eager for a quiet massage, and I got just that. She also used warm towels to wipe the oil off me, and modeled deep breathing which helped me feel more relaxed. I found myself breathing deeply with her. She also was very careful of my hair, and her touch was firm but comforting, and of course relaxing. She cured me of all my knots. Personal opinion: I think some customers fail to recognize that it's his/her/their responsibility to communicate if the pressure is too much or not enough, etc. The massage therapists today encouraged my boyfriend and I to express any discomfort or preference. We both knew we could trust that they would honor what we communicate to the best of their abilities. The room is on the cooler side, but the massage beds are heated. My massage therapist made sure to tuck me in so I wasn't cold. How sweet is she? The instrumental music in the background may be a little loud for some, but I found it nice. This may have been the best massage experience I ever had to date. My boyfriend also enjoyed his massage. He looked like he took a deep nap after our session. FYI: We opted for Deep Tissue for 90-min (currently $195/person) to account for the November 2023 deal of a free massage add-on--I recommend the warm stones! [Parking] Parking that would have otherwise cost me $15.00 was only $4.00 with validation for 4 hours. The parking structure has plenty of retail spots on the 1st and 2nd floor. Overall, I would highly recommend Spa U'ilani to those in need of healing, relaxation and/or rejuvenation. I had a positive experience and I would be lucky to visit again. Valentine's Day 2022 Imagine how thrilled I was when I received a message via Instagram that I had won a Couples Massage at Spa U'ilani! Woot woot! Angela Wong, the Manager of Honolulu Ford, contacted me and scheduled my appointments for 2-14-22. I told Angela that I would be bringing my sister from Colorado and Angela added on a one-hour facial to our one-hour massage... WOW! Thank you!!! My sister and I started out early because we wanted free parking. We found a space on Keawe Street, right in front of Keauhou Lane. What luck! We entered the clean, modern facility where we changed our footwear to spa slippers. We were given hot towels for our hands and a waiver form to complete. From the lobby, we were guided through a dimly lit hallway, lined with red rose petals and illuminated lanterns! This was only part of the Valentine's Day decorations! There was more in the lounge! The women's restroom had two showers, two toilets, and eight lockers. We secured our belongings and changed into the plush, comfy bathrobes. That's where my photos end... Shucks... I put my phone in one of the lockers... You should see it for yourself... the Lounge was so beautiful with color-changing clouds, mini candles and red ornaments hanging along the back wall, and classy, welcoming sofas. In a few minutes, our masseuses gathered us and led us to our room with massage tables. The staff were very professional and treated us according to our needs. We had a choice of aromatherapy fragrances and they added in the hot stone therapy. Nice! We briefly returned to the Lounge where our estheticians met us and took us to separate rooms for our facials. The steam, exfoliation, and techniques were of high quality. My sister and I looked at each other's glowing faces with appreciation for the skills of the staff at Spa U'ilani. The staff even presented us with snacks and beverages after our treatments! We started with a Hibiscus Tea and crunchy okoshi. Next, the Cupid's Hors d'oeuvres was a beautifully plated variety of crostini with toppings such as bacon, almonds, smoked cheese, and pear. It also included Banana Pudding, a peanut butter dessert (like a Reese's brownie), and a fancy fruity vodka drink with a huge smoke-filled bubble that we bursted! How fun is that? My friends and I each had an amazing facial and massage combination. Facility is beautiful and calming. Staff is thoughtful and skillful. The staff give you a half body massage with your facial. Tea and rice snack following the treatment is a great treat. I'll do this again and again. The hour facial and hour massage flew by! For a late Christmas present my husband gifted me a spa day to any place I wanted for however long I wanted as long as it was a business and not out of someone's home. I searched Yelp and stumbled upon Spa Uilani. It was close, prices were reasonably, and it had great reviews. I booked an appointment for a 90 min facial and 90 min Swedish massage. Parking-I parked at the keahou lane parking garage off of pohukaina street. First and second floor for customers. For the 3 ish hours I was there the parking with validation from the spa came out to $9. A little pricy but for the area and street parking I felt a lot better with it in the garage. Spa-from the moment I entered it felt like a special treat. I was greeted and given one form to fill out. They took my slippers and gave me rubber sandals to wear throughout the spa. They gave a very big oversized fluffy robe to wear through the spa. The locker rooms were gorgeous with two bathroom, two sinks, and two showers. They also offer toiletries in case you need a touch up and hair dryer. There were 8 lockers to which you could choose to lock your stuff in. The rubber bracelet rings were a nice touch for sanitizing purposes and pretty cute! Facial- I decided to go with the c-esta facial adding a hydrogel mask. I had yuki and she was so sweet and gentle, always asking if something was ok and directing me to the right products for my skin type. Bonus was the slight neck and scalp massage they give. I decided if nothing else I would have to do at least this quarterly since it was amazing! Swedish massage- I wanted a Swedish massage because the day before I had been out doing yard work and my body was beat. I didn't want anything too intense which might aggravate my body even more so. Denna was amazing asking which parts I wanted to focus on. I said neck and should a because I sit all day at a desk. She did just that taking care of my upper body and got all the knots out. The only strange thing which was good for Covid but threw me off was that she did it with gloves on. So you could feel the wrinkles in the gloves. I felt so relieved I didn't want to get up. Relaxation room-the room you go into to be picked up and dropped off was quaint and very dim with cotton clouds on the ceiling so it made guests feel more relaxed. There was water and nut packs for snacks. At the end they give a very refreshingly sweet hibiscus tea, but not artificially sweetened since I don't like things of that nature. Their kakimochi rice cracker was actually very tasting but boy was it loud in that quiet relaxing room. Overall-AMAZING! If I lived above there I would go every month! It's just what I needed as a mom, wife, and current house renovator. They truly know how to treat their clients and do an exceptional job at providing whole body relaxation! read more

Upscale, and amenities focused, day spa. Very clean, friendly, quiet and relaxing! I booked a 90 minute U'ilani massage with Tinny. She was great. She checked in with me and connected well. Refreshments and steam room and shower and ... I saw a group, that drank champagne, leave as I was arriving so definitely inquire when booking! The parking in the building was partially covered, when I left, I saw the parking cost was $15 but I only had to cover $3! I definitely will return!! read more

This spa is my absolute favorite! It's a diamond in the ruff, not many know about this amazing place because it's hidden in a new building in Kaka'ako (where they are still re doing a lot of things) located off the street (in the courtyard behind down to earth). For my first, i was gifted a massage because i always take care of others and forget to take care of myself... since my experience here was so amazing, I wanted to share the love with others and have bought a few gift certificates to do just that. Recently I returned for a couples massage to treat my bestie and we had the most amazingly relaxing and enjoyable time! They even gave us some Ono festive martinis on the house to enjoy in the lounge after our massages. I highly recommend to make a point to stop by and enjoy a service to see for yourself. It's well worth it! The service is always incredible, the people are so friendly and inviting and the massage therapists are highly skilled. This was the best experience. Took my Dad to Spa Uilani to celebrate his 85th Birthday. It was a surprise. First we were greeted by Taylor and Jaya who immediately made us comfortable. My Dad was in great hands. Jaya was his massage therapist and helped my Dad figure out a comfortable position to enjoy his massage. Jaya took time to determine the best way to help Dad because of neck issues. EvaMarie gave him a glowing facial and she was so sweet to him. Taylor was amazing too. He graciously invited us to use the lounge when Dad was done even though my sisters and I were not having services done. They brought lovely tea, rice cakes and a birthday cupcake. Spa U'ilani is hands down the best spa in town. I treated myself to a Lomi Lomi massage done by the skillful hands of Kiki. I like that she inquired about my preferred pressure level and area of the body to focus on. I opted for a firm pressure to release the knots in my back and neck. The women's room was stocked with amenities such as new toothbrushes, hairbrushes, razors, and a shower cap. The shower was equipped with essentials including soap, shampoo, and conditioner. After our massage, we stepped into the steam room which was infused with a calming blend of lavender and eucalyptus. The personal touch added to my friend's birthday celebration was heartwarming. The owner presented her with a homemade cupcake baked by his daughter. My friend said the cupcake was very delicious. Spa U'ilani exceeded our expectations, and I am seriously considering subscribing to their monthly spa membership - it's an investment in self-care. I can't wait for my next visit! read more
