Got a gift card here from Christmas that I finally got to use. Made appointment online which was super easy to do. When we arrived, we were brought to the locker room to get ready & were provided with robes. Once done, we went to the lounge to wait for our masseuse. I did the signature massage. It was amazing! The pressure was just right & she covered every part that needed it. She also focused on the sore areas that I told her I needed. I really enjoyed this experience and I hope to come back again soon.

I've been coming here for the last few years whenever I'm in the area. Even though it's not as often as I would like each time I've been here the experience has been amazing. Making reservations is easy. Parking is easy but you do have to pay. Make sure to get validated. A friendly welcome at the door and you're ready for the best massage! I've had the Lomi Lomi and most recently Deep Tissue. My therapist this time was Kiki and she was great. She made sure the pressure was just right and very attentive to whether I was comfortable. It had been several months since my last massage and I was excited for some self care time. The 90 minute massage went by too fast. So glad I booked that versus the 60 minute. I can tell Kiki enjoys what she does as she also gave some pointers on what I can do at home to loosen some knots. In the end they serve a refreshing hibiscus drink with a macadamia nut rice puff so good. They also have trail mix and water available. Amenities are nice and clean as well. When I am back in Oahu again you bet I'll be back!

After looking for a place to unwind, I was so glad that I was initially gifted a massage to this place and ever since then, I made 2 appearances here! Hidden behind Kaka'ako's Down to Earth store lies this relaxing place. Parking can be found in the building and yes, you will need to get your ticket validated. The whole facility is very nice and very clean. You are greeted very warmly with welcoming staff and a nice warm towel for your hands. Then you get whisked away to the bathroom/shower area to store your personal belongings in a locker and change into provided robes and slippers. Once you are ready to relax, you enter into this very quiet and relaxing lounge room where you begin to unwind. Shortly after your massage therapist or esthetician greets you and takes you to your service. The whole service itself for both massage and facials were nothing but amazing, you get to relax and the staff really knows how to help you get rid of all that stress! Not going to lie, this place definitely helped me get rid of my stress and helped me get some deserved rest! After your service, you get taken back to the lounge room and get treated with a complimentary snack and hibiscus tea! My last visit, they surprised me with a birthday cupcake! It really brought me to tears as I wasn't feeling myself that day but after having a massage, a facial, and a cupcake with a candle, it really made me feel extremely special! So thank you so much Spa U'ilani for helping me relax and making me feel very special. Highly recommend to treat yourself to this place!

I've found my new favorite spa! Lots of validated parking in Keauhou Lane. Upon entering I was greeted with a very warm Aloha. Given a tour of the facilities and a robe slippers and a locker. Instructed once changed to relax in the lounge. Very calm and serene perfect way to start this day of pampering. My therapist arrived and escorted me to our room. I selected a 90 minute Lomi Lomi. My preference is light medium and she did that perfectly. The next ninety minutes were bliss. After massage completed they have a nice shower and makeup area and sauna. They serve this really nice iced tea and the most tasty rice okoshi. Go visit them!

Walk in...Float out...that's their tag line... I was gifted this luxurious treatment and I couldn't be more impressed by the service you receive the second you step in the door, the decor is bright and fresh with the sparkly chandelier and the monstrous floral decor you're greeted and checked in and instantly they give you a oshibori a warm towel for your hands and gosh that alone felt so heavenly. I was then taken to the Wahine Room to change into their super plushy robe and slippers and place your items in a locker where you can take a shower if desired before your session which you then wait for your therapist in the Ola Lounge to your choice of comfy seating and help yourself to bottle water and trail mix. Mariko was my therapist and was just phenomenal, my treatment was taken care of so I really had no idea what was included but she asked if I wanted to do an add-on treatment of Warm Stones, Aroma and CBD massage oil...ahhh YES! Deep Tissue Massage was my treatment btw (and my add on was included) so if I declined I would've lost out on a paid add-on..NOT COOL! Don't forget to do the Yelp check in offer for the "Free Add On". The massage table is heated the ambiance was just so calming and healing the whole session is simply amazing, once done you're taken to the Ola Lounge to relax further with Hibiscus Tea my favorite though this one is just so beyond describing how delicious it was along with a piece of puffed rice snack at this point I wished I had my air pod though you're able to enjoy the rest of the day here at your leisure this was a late session so I did keep it short. You the return to the Wahine Room to either shower (shampoo, bath gel) which is a rainfall, enjoy the sauna or enjoy the various amenities they provide there for you to use, I'm so grateful for the thoughtfulness of this gift and they gave me a gift card for another treatment...yeah! Gosh what an experience to be taken care of and just let it all go...and float out literally! Thank you!

I don't think I could say enough good things about Spa Uʻilani! I planned my sister's bachelorette to start here for some pampering. Taylor was so helpful getting our group of almost 10 in and making it feel so special for us. Because of our group size we were the only ones for most of our time here. We split the group into two. While one group got serviced the other relaxed in the lounge (omg those reclining chairs) and and had access to the sauna and locker room. They let me even set up our favors in the lounge and offered to take pictures of our group. We were running a tad behind (our fault not theirs) but Taylor had even allowed for that in our schedule. Everyone raved about their services and it really set the bar for the rest of the day. Thank you so much to the staff for such a special experience!!

She looked at my back and could immediately see I was side sleeper. She gently asked if two places on my back were in pain - and she was right!!! She recommended both Lomi Lomi and shiatsu combo techniques and would gently warn me if something would be a little painful (it wasn't - but a little tender). She also made recommendations on my body that had low circulation (Were cold spots on my body) and how to mitigate with heating pad etc. I've never had such a thoughtful masseuse. She explained each body holds different areas of stress that can manifest as pain/knots and she loved to figure out what a client needed - like a puzzle. You can tell she took her job seriously and also wanted her client to get the very best out of the experience. One of the best massages I have had. Tomo should have her own practice, I would follow her anywhere. - my husband had a lovely woman who knew how to handle his pain points. Men are of few words but I could tell he was very pleased. We had the Platinum Body Scrub (#5), and one had the facials only. My technician was Mina. She performed my service package. At other spas I've been to, different people performed different tasks in the spa package. Mina was excellent at everything, from scrubs and massages to facials. She was professional, friendly, and thorough with her work. She also provided instructions after each item session (my package included facility use, scrub, massage, and facials). I got to the facility ~30 mins before my appointment. An employee walked me through the facility and provided instructions. I used the hot tub and plunge pool before the scrub. After my session was done with Mina, I had lunch with friends. After that, I used the dry and charcoal rooms. The business was clean and organized. They had lockers for us to store our things in. The posted signs on the wall were a little confusing, but you can always ask the staff if you are unclear. They were friendly. I was honestly blown away by both the service and the amenities. I did the basic scrub package, which came out to around $100 total including the $50 entrance fee, and it was absolutely worth it. The entrance gives access to all the spa amenities including the charcoal sauna, red clay sauna, steam sauna, dry sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge tub. I came in around 10 AM without an appointment and they were still able to accommodate me for an 11:30 scrub, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend making an appointment though, especially if you're planning on getting a scrub or package service. I was able to experience all of the amenities, and for most of the saunas I actually had the rooms to myself, which made the experience feel even more relaxing and peaceful. Honestly, this would make a perfect solo date or even such a great girls' day activity. My scrub was done by Young, and she was amazing. She made me feel comfortable the entire time, maintained eye contact while speaking with me, was very personable, and provided such attentive service. You can tell she genuinely cares about making clients feel at ease. This was actually my second Korean spa experience in Honolulu, and honestly, the other one doesn't even compare to this level of cleanliness, service, and overall atmosphere. The only minor thing that made me slightly uncomfortable was during checkout while I was tipping -- another worker or possibly co-owner was standing directly behind me, and I wasn't sure if she was looking at the screen. It wasn't enough to ruin the experience, but it was the only moment that felt a little awkward. Other than that, my experience was amazing from start to finish. Definitely worth the visit, and I could easily see myself coming back monthly.
