She is extremely friendly and attentive, and so is her staff. They do have a customer parking lot, and if that is full, there is also a paid parking area behind the building. If I could rate this 10 stars I would! My boyfriend and I booked the 90 minute full body massage, hot stone and facial and it was the BEST massage we've ever gotten! She really knows her stuff and even tells you what she is doing when she is doing it. She does it all, massage, cupping and traditional Korean facials that really work the facial muscles (the facial is not your typical relaxing one and utilizes extreme pressure to help tone the face).
