Conveniently located in Waikiki. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The spa has an amazing view on Waikiki beach, is clean, and quiet for a nice relaxing day. The lomi lomi massage was perfectly executed!

Amazing service! The staff are very welcoming and very attentive. It's so beautiful and super clean inside. All the seating areas are just lovely. The ladies side was so nice! I loved the locker room area. Not to bug and not to small. My massage therapist Chicoco was very nice and I loved our conversation. She has great knowledge of her craft. She shared many things about skincare and educated me on some products. I am in the process of going through esthetics school so I really appreciated her sharing her knowledge and expert opinion. My mini facial was amazing. She literally used a product that would temporarily tighten your skin, loved it! My back massage was really great, my neck and back are very tight and she really worked my areas of concern. Yes the prices may seem a little high however you are getting what you're paying for. Amazing service, clean environment, relaxing environment, quality service. So worth it!! Enjoy yourself, treat yourself. Expectations exceeded for sure!! See my pictures attached. Thank you for the wonderful service!

I found this spa on some of the top ten spa lists online. It is located in the Hyatt Regency and has its own elevator up. Once you walk in, you don't really see a glorious front desk. I thought I was walking into a retail store and since no one was at the register, I had to peek around the office to get someone's attention. Since it was a week day in Jan, I was apparently the only one there (a bonus for me). A woman led me upstairs to the lockers and then told me to come back down into the relaxation area when I was done. The womens' spa area had everything you needed and it was nice and clean. The relaxation room alone is AMAZING! Completely gorgeous view of the pool and beautiful ocean. I would have been happy just lounging in the room all day. Initially when I booked the appointment, there was a deal going on for a facial and massage. Very reasonably priced. I wanted to have my facial first so I could end the day off relaxed. Somehow the wires got crossed and I ended up getting my massage first. Not a big deal, but I was surprised by it. The facial was probably the best part because the esthetician listen to my concerns and customized it around what I wanted. She also did extractions which I definitely needed. My skin felt so good afterwards and not at all red. Wonderful job.

Theeeee best!!! My 1hr spa was a bday gift from a dear dear friend back in CA while I was in Hawaii for vacation. Not only was her gift generous and thoughtful, my whole experience was amazing. From the moment I stepped in to theassage and after! So thoughtfully done. Hence why we keep coming back to the Hyatt for all our Hawaiian vacations!

Na Ho'ola Spa, it's a premier spa that offers bridal make up, massages, facials, sauna and fitness center. There are two levels of relaxation and lounge area for the guest to enjoy. I didn't get a massage this time, but in my previous visits, I had the shiatsu massage by one of the male masseuse, and it was one of the best massages I had since they were strong and totally got all the right pressure points. As a hotel guest of Hyatt Regency Waikiki, you are welcome to use the spa for a small fee. It was totally worth it for me to go to the sauna and relax in the lounge area for some peace and quiet.

This spa was wonderful, even the view!

My husband and I booked a couples massage at the Na Ho'ola spa (Hyatt Regency) and it was beautiful! The facilities is clean and views are beautiful which made it easy to relax. Staff was professional, relaxed and wonderful. The ladies that massaged us made us feel at home (especially since we are both islanders ourselves). We will definitely return. We had the lomi lomi couples massage (highly recommend it).

It's rare that a spa exceeds my expectations because they are usually overrated, fufu type spas and don't do much, but not this place! I was able to book 12 hours before and got the morning package: 25 min facial and 80 min massage for $245. The facilities itself was beautiful overlooking the beach. It was the right amount of quaint yet luxury. The waiting area was gorgeous. The facial was amazing. Everything smelled so great. My lady was doing some crazy finger action on my face lol it was thorough and so relaxing, I fell asleep. I wish it lasted longer. Ricardo did my massage and he was great too. I upgraded to the cooling and the heated massage and I thought at least the thermal massage was worth it cause it kept me warm and loose throughout my massage. He really went deep and the one knot I had, he kept going back to try to get it out. He really massaged my glutes probably cause I was tense there too. It was a good balance of relaxation and deep massage. I think he did a great job I wish I had more time to enjoy the relaxation area but had plans. If I did it again, I'd give myself 30-60 min to enjoy more; I didn't even get to try the sauna. I'm not easily impressed but I'm glad this was not a fufu spa. I'd come back!

It's been such a long time since i got a massage, and was in need of one badly. Decided to use some gift cards that I'd been collecting. Was able to make a day of appointment, they offered 20% off when scheduled between 2-4. This is a nice perk, but once you had in the 17%automatic tip, and 4.712% tax it comes out to just a little over the original price. No big deal though, does save some money. They offer validation which is a plus when conning into waikiki. Was difficult to find, but when asking a hotel staff member was very easy. Clean, peaceful, and friendly staff at the Spa. The amenities they provide are terrific, lotions, soaps, deodorant, mouthwash, q-tips, hair ties, the works. I was extremely taken aback. There is a lounge where they provide infused water, tea, and Apple juice, magazines, chairs, and lounges. Very appealing and nicely decorated. The full window view overlooks into the hotel pool, a decent view given they are not along the ocean front. Now on to the massage, I got the lomi lomi, which I had before. They had some add on lotions (possibly extra massage) which ranged from $16-18. I opted to pass. The massage was very peaceful, and very much needed. The only thing that I was disappointed with was, they seemed to just go on a schedule. By this I mean they didn't work out my knots, they did the areas and moved on. I expected my problem areas to be worked on. I understand that it is timed (50minutes), and was not a full bodied (it did not include feet). Now I'm not sure if all spas do the same things, but my previous spa treatments always included feet massages. However, despite these things Na Holoa Spa is nice, I most likely will not return. Nonetheless it was still a relaxing hour of my time and I made the best out of it.

Finishing with nourishing YUZU Crème. ************************************************************************ The massage itself was great. The amenities were nothing spectacular but all "top-rated" spas on Oahu don't have spectacular amenities so it wasn't a surprise. The add-on's weren't that special, and the most dissatisfying part was that I had to pay 25$ more for more pressure... like okay... *rolls eyes* but during the afternoons (Every Afternoon) the spa has a 20% discount on all services so the price was well worth it, especially since Waikiki overprices for massage and facial services to tourists. So if you're local, be sure to let them know you're Kamaiana! The facility was the determining factor for me giving the venue a 4 stars. The view from inside the spa overlooking Waikiki beach was breathtaking, with the floor to ceiling windows that reached nearly 30 feet and two stories, the day beds looking out made my relaxing time just that more mesmerizing. Thank you.

Na Ho'ola Spa at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki was perfect for a mellow Friday afternoon. After a half day tour of Pearl Harbor, my pal and I grabbed lunch and discussed what to do for the rest of the afternoon. Of course, I mention going to a Spa, and that was it. Parking was a bit unnerving, as I self parked across the street in a dingy old building which I think was part of the Hyatt. I drove up like, 7 levels before I found a parking spot. Then we took the elevator down and walked over to the hotel. It was confusing for a bit as we were rushing now since we did not anticipate that parking would take so long. (after validation, parking was free) After circling around the hotel (which is rather extensive) we figured out where the spa was. I took the elevator up to the 4th or 5th floor and it opened up to the Spa Reception. We were greeted warmly and led out to the staircase that went up to the Women's Lounge. I definitely thought that was a bit odd, but when we made it to the locker room/lounge area, I was elated. The locker area is a decent size, which robes and slippers. I quickly slipped into my robe and went the waiting room as it was time for my Lomi Lomi Massage. My therapist, Kukui, greeted me and led me to the treatment room. This was my first Lomi Lomi and it is quite different than anything I've had before. There is definitely a rhythm and a specific technique that she had to carry out this massage. It's a lot of stretching, massaging, and working on target areas on the body. She was amazing. I was happy that I got a local therapist that knew her Lomi Lomi way. After the treatment I was led back to the Relaxation area that is in the middle of the spa. It's on the second floor, and looks over the first floor with the lounge chairs that look out to Waikiki Beach. I sat for a few minutes relaxing and rather enjoyed my spa water while I waited for my friend. My friend had her first facial. She was very relaxed and serene after her treatment. She said she really enjoyed it. We went downstairs and napped on the lounge chairs and read magazines for a while until we heard the Hula show that was going on below us. From the large window you can see down below was a stage and several musicians and hula dancers performing for the hotel guests. Awesome! We really enjoyed our visit. I liked how it was quiet. I saw maybe 4 other guests there and everyone was respectful of being quiet in such a serene environment. I also ended up tipping the spa attendant as she was super organized, quick, yet courteous. I thanked the spa staff when I checked out and told them what a nice experience I had.

What I enjoyed: The therapists were very professional and respectful of our preferences. They sent a questionnaire ahead of time to understand what we wanted, and when I emailed with some additional requests, they were able to accommodate everything, which I really appreciated. The massage room itself was beautiful, with a big bathtub for a coconut bath after the treatment and its own bathroom. The amenities were great too: snacks, drinks, fruits, a dry sauna, steam sauna, and a waiting lounge overlooking the ocean with lay-down chairs. The lounge wasn't busy at all, and you could easily spend an hour there relaxing. Booking was easy via email and the staff was very responsive. Valet parking is included. What could've been better: The jacuzzi was out of order during our visit, and I wasn't informed ahead of time. I had to ask for a prorated rate, and the person checking us out initially didn't want to give the discount until their manager stepped in. For a big hotel-affiliated spa, I expected better communication and consistency on something like this. The showers also ran out of bath products (either shampoo or body wash), and the locker area was missing some amenities I'd expect at this price point, like makeup remover and skincare beyond generic body lotion. I also had trouble getting a receipt with my name on it initially, though they eventually sent one. One other thing to note: the spa is right above the hotel beach and pool area, so you can hear people rather than just ocean waves or spa music. It didn't bother me too much, but it's something to be aware of if you're expecting total tranquility. Despite these issues, it was still a wonderful experience and I'd recommend it for a special occasion!

I had a wonderful massage experience at Uilani Spa from the moment I walked in. Everyone who works there is friendly and attentive. I was greeted with a refreshing hot towel for my hands and given a consent form to complete. Then I was escorted to the women's locker room with a bathrobe and slippers, where i changed and stored my belongings in a complimentary locker. Afterwards, I relaxed in a quiet, dimly lit lounge until my massage therapist, Yumiko, retrieved me. She expertly honed in on my problem areas before she began working on me. My shoulders were very tight and in pain while she worked on them. I heard my spine pop a few times. It's that moment of "Ahh..." when the pockets of tension you didn't know about are released and you wonder how much you were low grade suffering in daily life without realizing. I signed up for the lomi lomi massage, which I've never had before. I'm not sure if the hot towel treatment is part of every massage they do here but it's a nice touch that helps undo the knots. It's like Uilani thought of every little thing to help you relax beyond the massage itself. The massage cot can be adjusted to a seated position, which is how my massage ended. It's like they're easing you back into being vertical again. The experience continues: You go back to the lounge where you sip iced tea and eat a small crunchy snack before you leisurely make your way back to the locker room for a hot shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, a blow dryer, Q-tips... all provided for you. You're not rushed to pay and get out. This place is about 50% more than another place where i had a one year membership, but all the little touches they use to enhance your relaxation and enjoyment make the experience so relaxing. You didn't just get a massage, you got a full relaxing experience.

It's a really good value for the price. 10/10 recommend!

From there, I had the full Korean scrub, massage, foot massage, facial, and shampoo with scalp scrub--and wow. Tina was my masseuse, and she was incredible. Skilled, attentive, and deeply intuitive. The scrub left my skin unbelievably soft and renewed, and the massage felt both therapeutic and nurturing. I walked out feeling lighter, energized, and completely reset--inside and out. My skin still feels amazing, my body feels open and alive, and energetically it felt like the perfect way to complete the shedding of the Snake year and step cleanly into the Year of the Horse. If you're looking for true restoration and renewal, I highly recommend Loess--and ask for Tina by name.

The facility offered a red clay room, a charcoal room, hot and cold spas, and both a dry and steam sauna. They provided a locker, a robe and slippers. Clothing is not allowed in the hot tub or cold tub. I left Young a $50 tip. I did not feel comfortable that the tip envelope that the front desk lady gave me was already used. It had been sealed before and peeled open, and it was wrinkled. My thought was that I hope the tip made it to Young in full. They have a nice garden in the front. They sell food, but I didn't try it. I ordered a coffee, which I was able to sip on after being in the steam rooms and hot spa. I would have given a 5 star based on the service and young alone, but the used envelope kept me from doing that.

For me, I expect more if I'm paying a total of $187 for a 60-minute massage. FACILITY: There's a utilitarian wet sauna (e.g., no aromatherapy), dry sauna, and hot & cold pools inside; a small lounge area is outside with what appears to be a jacuzzi. I say "appears" because I just happened to notice the jets. There was no sign identifying it or explaining how to turn it on. The wet sauna was off and there was no sign explaining how to turn that on, either. PERSONAL AMENITIES: You're given a nice robe and one towel. I was only told to bring a bathing suit, so I was expecting disposal spa slippers. Nope. I had to walk everywhere barefooted, including the locker area where people (naturally) had walked in their outside shoes. Ugh. You could pick up a small tube of hand/body lotion, a small shaving kit (disposable razor & tube of generic shaving cream) and/or a small vanity kit (tiny nail file, cotton swabs & cotton pad) at the sinks. There were no snacks or even drinking water available unless you had a massage -- then you were given a bottle of water when it was over. MASSAGE: This is the first time I thought to myself, while getting a massage, "This woman could easily kill me with her bare hands!" Her hands were that strong. She'd asked me if I wanted my massage "hard" or "soft," and I replied, "medium, and we'll see how that goes." Well, it went very painfully at times -- I had to tell her repeatedly to go softer. It's a week later and my shoulders still hurt with certain movements. SERVICE: The receptionist (the only person always onsite; the masseusses and such are called in when needed) was not very gracious when I asked her how to turn on the wet sauna and only reluctantly went back and did it ... so I didn't bother to request her help to use the jacuzzi. Clear communication, in general, was lacking. For one, I was told on the phone that a bathing suit was necessary for the saunas, but once I got there, was told I could choose to just wear a towel. I've read the other reviews, and I see that they offer a kamaaina discount. No one told me that, even though I said at multiple points (on the phone and onsite) that I lived in the neighborhood. BOTTOM LINE: I'll try some other day spa next time I want to pamper myself.
