He's been absolutely the best to work with, he's very responsive (texts/calls when needed), manages a good crew and is just an overall chill, good guy! Evan installed a solar system to heat our pool in January 2022 that included roof panels, new energy efficient pump, pool filter and automated valve. I honestly didn't even get a second quote, because I know and trust that Evan wouldn't steer me wrong (or price gouge) and couldn't be happier with the results. We have never enjoyed the pool more, we can fine-tune the temperature to exactly what works best for us. Evan also went above and beyond and worked tirelessly to optimize our set up. Evan is a great example of a small business owner that cares about his clients, is willing to get his hands dirty, and brings years of experience and knowledge. If you are looking for a pool service, look no further than Evan and his crew. Evanly Pools is the way to go! Our current crew member, Victor, is top-notch. He's consistent, friendly and the pool looks great! During a recent routine service call, Victor was approached by my neighbor with a question (my neighbor is not currently an Evanly client) and Victor helped him troubleshoot a new pump that my neighbor had installed himself. Long-story short, pump issues were resolved with Victor's input because he's a kind, helpful person that takes pride in his profession.

It just turned out that way but what a fantastic experience with Daniel and his crew. I first reached out to Daniel over a year ago. Maybe it was even the fall of 2023. We just moved in to our home and it was our first pool, the previous server of the pool, which I think I did leave a review for, starts with an H ends with a Bs, decided to unfriendly drop the account when there was a change in ownership . I was incredibly fortunate to find Daniel and he came out right away met with me and of course took a look at our pool . Our pool is not new. It's not even Gen X. It's just a hair older than that but it's still an incredibly good condition for its age. I believe when Daniel first came out to service the pool it was already turning green without any chemical treatments . After just two or three visits initially, the pool was ready to use sparkling clean, blue and welcoming. They also service our hot tub, which at this point has outlived its useful life, but nonetheless, they've kept it clean . Well, they're only obligated to service the pool once a week they have come out multiple times as needed to get on top of a broken pump to keep the pool from going south. I can't recommend Deleon's service enough! They have been so good to me, they are reasonably priced, competitive, and you would be hard pressed to find an equal servicer at this value! If you are looking for someone to service your pool or spa, I can only highly recommend them. I place all my trust in them coming onto my property, respecting my privacy with an incredible level of responsibility. If they're not servicing your pool yet, I hope you'll have them out soon! Thank you, Daniel, and my tech Ervin for exceptional pool care!

There was still visible dirt and debris after service, and I even sent a video showing the condition of the pool after the technician had left. Unfortunately, rather than addressing what I was showing them, they relied on photos taken by the pool technician as proof that the service had been completed. Photos showing that someone was there are not the same as the pool actually being clean. I gave them the opportunity to address the issue, but the problem continued. I was disappointed with both the quality of the service and the response when I raised a legitimate concern, so I decided to cancel.

Mike's communication is excellent. Mike has been maintaining our pool for several months now. One striking example of his work is in the photos below. Looking back on the entire process, I found the level of service and value added by their entire team to be truly impressive. Cole and Will in sales were both great to work with. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right products. Behind them is an equally impressive team: Doris and Cara handled sales coordination, invoicing, billing, and scheduling with precision and professionalism, while Alex and Omar did a fantastic job with site surveys, delivery, installation, and service. Every step of the process was handled smoothly and confidently. I felt listened to, respected, and treated fairly. What really sets Creative Energy apart is their culture. Despite having multiple stores across the bay area, they operate with the feel of a family business. Not only did they take great care of me, but they also went out of their way to help other members of my family. This left me feeling special and a part of Creative Energy "family." My first impression was that their policies and procedures were a bit strict but after going through multiple transactions, it became clear that their structure and organization allow them to deliver such a consistently high level of service and execution. Another big plus was how well their multiple locations work together. If one store doesn't have what you need, they seamlessly work with other locations to get it for you. I also have found their staff to be knowledgeable and happy to answer questions and follow-up on after the sale issues. They also have a very handy text service that lets you communicate with text messages or voicemail. Finally, after doing my research and going through several purchases with them, I found their pricing to be very fair considering the level of service and value provided. If you are in the market for a high-quality hot tub or fireplace insert, I highly recommend that you consider Creative Energy. It is not only the great products they sell but also but the quality of what you find "under the hood" with their sales and service teams.
