Looking back on the entire process, I found the level of service and value added by their entire team to be truly impressive. Cole and Will in sales were both great to work with. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right products. Behind them is an equally impressive team: Doris and Cara handled sales coordination, invoicing, billing, and scheduling with precision and professionalism, while Alex and Omar did a fantastic job with site surveys, delivery, installation, and service. Every step of the process was handled smoothly and confidently. I felt listened to, respected, and treated fairly. What really sets Creative Energy apart is their culture. Despite having multiple stores across the bay area, they operate with the feel of a family business. Not only did they take great care of me, but they also went out of their way to help other members of my family. This left me feeling special and a part of Creative Energy "family." My first impression was that their policies and procedures were a bit strict but after going through multiple transactions, it became clear that their structure and organization allow them to deliver such a consistently high level of service and execution. Another big plus was how well their multiple locations work together. If one store doesn't have what you need, they seamlessly work with other locations to get it for you. I also have found their staff to be knowledgeable and happy to answer questions and follow-up on after the sale issues. They also have a very handy text service that lets you communicate with text messages or voicemail. Finally, after doing my research and going through several purchases with them, I found their pricing to be very fair considering the level of service and value provided. If you are in the market for a high-quality hot tub or fireplace insert, I highly recommend that you consider Creative Energy.     On Sunday, I decided to open up our hot tub's pump cover to see if I could find out why it all of a…read moresudden began losing water (about half an inch a day)! Definitely not evaporation. And sure enough, I found two places with a leak in this decade old tub. I contacted New Products, where we originally purchased the tub, and got a phone call early this morning from the owner, Jim. Turns out the service guy, James, was going to be in our area today. James came by a couple of hours later, confirmed the leak, had the replacement parts in his van, and fixed it! He also gave me an updated lesson on how often I should be changing the water, the filter, adding chemicals, checking the pH, etc. Not only was the repair price very reasonable, but I feel like I just got a degree in hot tub school, and promise to do better keeping to the maintenance schedule going forward. It's great to be able to go back to the store a decade later and find they still offer wonderful service!

    Bought a Martinique (5 person) spa - Jim told us it was too big for us and suggested we get a…read moresmaller (less expensive) one. When is the last time a salesman suggested you buy down? BTW: he was right, it is too big for just two. Ditto chemicals: New Products has a variety of chemicals I can buy, but Jim suggests only 3 (chlorine, shock & soda ash) plus a "silver stick." Knowledge & experience are obvious because of his (and James') years in business. e.g. he can even build you a wood hot tub. After sale service is most important and NP has it, and keeps the cost down by having parts in the truck (saves a second visit cost). Remember when shopping to take your swim suit and wet test, listen to the motor noise, note egress & ingress. Obstacles killed our other choice. Everyone else's comments are spot on. I will shop there again.

I'll be taking you to small claims court if I do not get my money back by April 15. Ends up my hot tub was never even broken but it was the breaker. You knew that and still took my money. Initially, Robert seemed trustworthy and thorough, spending several hours looking into our hot tub and locating the problems. He informed us of the parts and steps we needed to take to hopefully repair our hot tub. He requested payment upfront for these parts and his services, which we provided. This is where he became unreliable in his performance, communication, and attendance. He reported the parts were arriving later than he had initially expected. Then the day before he was supposed to bring the parts once received, he reported he fell and could not come fix the hot tub. We rescheduled and on the new date he was due to come, he said his car broke down and he would have to delay the repairs again. Eventually, he did come out and after tinkering at the tub again, reported that we still needed one more part and that we would have to pay for it before proceeding. We realized he was requesting payment for a part he said he already ordered weeks prior, and so we requested copies of the invoices for the parts we had already paid for. He said he had to go home and get the invoices, after which we never heard from him again despite multiple messages and phone calls. We are extremely disappointed by this experience and unscrupulous nature beheld by Robert. Please think twice before considering services from this deceitful individual.
