Seems like a "whatever the market will put up with in Marin" I did appreciate the weekly service guy (there were rough periods along the way) and Mike handled some repairs and did a great job.

After my pops meet up with Clean Pools he was very impressed and started service immediately. They are very knowledgeable and got his pool looking better then i've seen it before. He is also getting a hand rail installed in the pool and hot tub so he can safely use them. Ill Definitely recommend them to anyone i hear looking for a new pool professional

They serviced my pool on two weeks and they billed me for a month of service. The pool cleaning lady came out and did not even have experience with the equipment, cleaning person told me that my salt balance is off and asked her to are you going to adjust the the machine and she said that she does not know how to work it. I texted Seth and he said he does not all employees know how to adjust it and they all do a different job and not all have experience that is all in text. Then how are they going to keep my salt water adjusted properly. They do not send someone else to do it. Also there communication is terrible I texted Seth on few issues like some repair and replace a pump. Did not answer me till a few days after and said that he is sorry and but he is to busy and was not able to get to me. The future with this company would have been a disaster no experience for the employee with machines and equipment and bad communications. Also after two weeks not happy with service Seth says he is sticking me with the one year contract and trying to force me with 1800.00 dollars. Do not sign contract because they can give you terrible service and try to stick you with contract. He threatened me with the lawyer of suing me instead of trying to make matters better. Joel is extremely consistent and punctual, showing up at the same time and day every week (this makes it easier for us to plan to have the dog inside when he comes). The pool chemistry has always been great under Joel's care and he has been extremely responsive on the few occasions I've asked him to check anything specific or had other questions for him. He's always available via phone, text, or email.

It just turned out that way but what a fantastic experience with Daniel and his crew. I first reached out to Daniel over a year ago. Maybe it was even the fall of 2023. We just moved in to our home and it was our first pool, the previous server of the pool, which I think I did leave a review for, starts with an H ends with a Bs, decided to unfriendly drop the account when there was a change in ownership . I was incredibly fortunate to find Daniel and he came out right away met with me and of course took a look at our pool . Our pool is not new. It's not even Gen X. It's just a hair older than that but it's still an incredibly good condition for its age. I believe when Daniel first came out to service the pool it was already turning green without any chemical treatments . After just two or three visits initially, the pool was ready to use sparkling clean, blue and welcoming. They also service our hot tub, which at this point has outlived its useful life, but nonetheless, they've kept it clean . Well, they're only obligated to service the pool once a week they have come out multiple times as needed to get on top of a broken pump to keep the pool from going south. I can't recommend Deleon's service enough! They have been so good to me, they are reasonably priced, competitive, and you would be hard pressed to find an equal servicer at this value! If you are looking for someone to service your pool or spa, I can only highly recommend them. I place all my trust in them coming onto my property, respecting my privacy with an incredible level of responsibility. If they're not servicing your pool yet, I hope you'll have them out soon! They came and gave very reasonible estimate and was never over estimated costs. We used them for 6 weeks and receieved a weekly email update with pH status, what they did and picture of the pool sparkling. Oh and pricing is not only reasonable, MUCH cheaper than some of the pool companys that have been in Marin for decades. We cannot recommend them enough!!
