When I came home I was surprised that they didn't clean the tub during there service I was slightly disappointed but moving forward .. the next day scale started growing at a accelerated rate. I called them and followed up with an email. Allen answered my email and said he would talk with his boss. No response. I called again 3 months ago and they said they would follow up ... no response. I called again and went over the problem we are having for the third time since the day they serviced our spa. At this point I was told to drain the pool and start scrubbing the scale. If you want a sub par job, poor communication, and a group that doesn't want to make sure their customers are taken care of and satisfied this is your spot.

He really didn't have to answer, but he still did, listened to the issue, talked through what he thought might be going on, and promised to follow up on Monday. Which he totally did, and then came out the very next day. Once he was here, he diagnosed the problem right away, showed up with the part he suspected we would need, and fixed everything while explaining what he was doing. His rates were clear and reasonable, and the tub has been perfect ever since. Touissant knows his stuff, he is dependable and incredibly responsive, and he is just a genuinely hard-working, good person who cares about his customers. I called Frank to let him know his technician lied about the services performed. He responded saying he was aware and the technician didn't service the pool because he thought the dog was in the yard and planned on returning the following day. If that were true why send me an email stating all the services he performed, including adding chemicals, along with false pool readings instead of sending an email saying he would return the next day because he was unable to service the pool. Better yet knock on the door and save a trip. My dog wasn't even in the yard. I cancelled the service since Frank just made excuses for his employee. Frank did apologize and came himself to service my pool the following day instead of his employee. I wasn't going to write a review until I received yet another bill for service 3 months after cancelling. Sent an email telling them to stop since they are not servicing my pool. Didn't work. Another reason for cancellation is my pool walls were turning greener week after week. I had to point this out when it should have been noticed by the technician servicing my pool weekly and taken care of. I also had black algae forming along the walls and steps. I only know of this one time that service was not performed and lied about doing it. The condition of the pool makes me wonder if this was not the first time. I definitely cannot trust the company going forward.

It just turned out that way but what a fantastic experience with Daniel and his crew. I first reached out to Daniel over a year ago. Maybe it was even the fall of 2023. We just moved in to our home and it was our first pool, the previous server of the pool, which I think I did leave a review for, starts with an H ends with a Bs, decided to unfriendly drop the account when there was a change in ownership . I was incredibly fortunate to find Daniel and he came out right away met with me and of course took a look at our pool . Our pool is not new. It's not even Gen X. It's just a hair older than that but it's still an incredibly good condition for its age. I believe when Daniel first came out to service the pool it was already turning green without any chemical treatments . After just two or three visits initially, the pool was ready to use sparkling clean, blue and welcoming. They also service our hot tub, which at this point has outlived its useful life, but nonetheless, they've kept it clean . Well, they're only obligated to service the pool once a week they have come out multiple times as needed to get on top of a broken pump to keep the pool from going south. I can't recommend Deleon's service enough! They have been so good to me, they are reasonably priced, competitive, and you would be hard pressed to find an equal servicer at this value! If you are looking for someone to service your pool or spa, I can only highly recommend them. I place all my trust in them coming onto my property, respecting my privacy with an incredible level of responsibility. If they're not servicing your pool yet, I hope you'll have them out soon!
