Giving one star for Ari and a second star only because they calmly and quietly agreed to refund our final month when we left their service (and paid about $400 for the new folks to fix all the disasters they created); it was the bare minimum of what they should have done, but they agreed quickly and so - second star for their person who made that decision.

I hired him right before I left town, but immediately knew I made a good choice. He was responsive with texts. He showed up when he told me he was going to, weekly, without fail. We could see him on the cameras, dutifully scraping down the sides of the pool and cleaning it thoroughly. He sent me a picture weekly after he was done. When he started, the pool was slowly turning green but he made it sparkle and it continued to do so. He gave me a good price too. Joel is extremely consistent and punctual, showing up at the same time and day every week (this makes it easier for us to plan to have the dog inside when he comes). The pool chemistry has always been great under Joel's care and he has been extremely responsive on the few occasions I've asked him to check anything specific or had other questions for him. Mike's communication is excellent. Mike has been maintaining our pool for several months now. One striking example of his work is in the photos below. The pool was cloudy following a resurfacing, and Mike took over the "start-up" procedures, checking chemical levels and brushing daily. The pool is in great shape, and the water has never looked better.
