They were very quick to respond to my message / phone call which is huge since my dad was with out pool service for a couple months and was flaked on a couple times. After my pops meet up with Clean Pools he was very impressed and started service immediately. They are very knowledgeable and got his pool looking better then i've seen it before. He is also getting a hand rail installed in the pool and hot tub so he can safely use them. Ill Definitely recommend them to anyone i hear looking for a new pool professional

They serviced my pool on two weeks and they billed me for a month of service. The pool cleaning lady came out and did not even have experience with the equipment, cleaning person told me that my salt balance is off and asked her to are you going to adjust the the machine and she said that she does not know how to work it. I texted Seth and he said he does not all employees know how to adjust it and they all do a different job and not all have experience that is all in text. Then how are they going to keep my salt water adjusted properly. They do not send someone else to do it. Also there communication is terrible I texted Seth on few issues like some repair and replace a pump. Did not answer me till a few days after and said that he is sorry and but he is to busy and was not able to get to me. The future with this company would have been a disaster no experience for the employee with machines and equipment and bad communications. Also after two weeks not happy with service Seth says he is sticking me with the one year contract and trying to force me with 1800.00 dollars. Do not sign contract because they can give you terrible service and try to stick you with contract. He threatened me with the lawyer of suing me instead of trying to make matters better. I have all this in text by Seth. Watch out watch out for this company.

Starting with Jordan who helped us with the design and listened to everything we wanted within our budget. The build quality speaks for itself, but what also sets them apart is what happens after the project is done. Jason has been consistently professional, responsive, and reliable. Anytime we've had a question or needed support, he's quick to respond and makes sure things get handled. That level of follow-through gives us a lot of confidence that we're taken care of long-term. He represents the company extremely well and sets a high standard for customer service. If you're considering a pool project, I'd absolutely recommend Premier Pool & Spa Vacaville.

There were a few hiccups communication wise however, all in all the issues were resolved. We are SO happy with the end result and truly feel like we're a part of the Premier Family now. We have confidence in knowing should any issues arise in the future we can reach out and they'll have someone out to assist us. We want to give a huge shoutout to our designer Nick F. who went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of every step of the way. This was a scary decision for us investment wise and with the reassurance from Nick we knew we'd be making the right decision long term. Another huge shoutout to the construction supervisor, Bryan L. who responded to any of our questions promptly, checked on progress daily and if there were any issues he made sure they were resolved timely. A shoutout to all of the construction crews throughout the entire process, building a pool is no easy task and they got it done even through the 100 degree days. A shoutout to Jason for getting the equipment and electrical programmed and showing us how to work everything. A shoutout to Alexis, the content creator who captured progress for us along the way. And a shoutout to the owner, Taylor who truly got to know us and what our family was looking for and made sure it all came together nicely. We attended the April event and took our whole family, they had food and drinks and activities for the kids while we spent time picking out material. The material selection room has endless options and it was great bring able to bring those options outside to see how they would look in the sun. We also made a few visits to the showroom and took our moms to show them the materials we selected as well as the design Nick made for us. Thank you again for everything, Premier!

Every appointment they set, the texted/called in advance to confirm they were arriving within 30 minutes. The owner himself visited the property, took measurements and then immediately wrote up a quote. While I felt it was a little expensive, now in hindsight, when I saw the equipment and the process that Tile Savers goes through to remove the deposits on the pool tile, I would say that this was very much worth it. Pretty impressive operation, I must say. The tech (Andrew) was on time, worked efficiently, constantly cleaned up after himself throughout the day, and was just a real pro. Very proud of his work and it showed. I would highly recommend this company.

I guess I should have been wary with the last review being 3 years ago. This would be a zero star…read morereview if that was an option. The short version of the story is that the work was never completed, numerous promises were made - none of them kept - and I had to hire a different contractor to complete the job before escrow closed on the sale of this house. Early excuses were things like - I can't figure out how to arrange stones (I ended up doing this), I'm short some tiles, wife went into labor (?), tiles went to the wrong location, and "oh, I meant next Monday". By now a month has elapsed. And here it shifts to a "family issue." Generally I would be very sympathetic to that reason - but after so many other excuses I had to be a bit skeptical. These family issues continued for another month. During this time promises to have a partner call, send a different contractor out, or drop off tiles were made on the rare occasions my emails were answered at all. I do hold out a small allowance that maybe there was a family issue - and if that was the case perhaps just following through on any one of the promises made would have led to a better outcome. At almost any point in the process if he had fulfilled any one of his numerous commitments, I could cut him some slack and move on, but dragging this out for over a month put me in a pinch as this house was being sold. But as it was it was a very unprofessional way to run a business.
