Joel is extremely consistent and punctual, showing up at the same time and day every week (this makes it easier for us to plan to have the dog inside when he comes). The pool chemistry has always been great under Joel's care and he has been extremely responsive on the few occasions I've asked him to check anything specific or had other questions for him. They serviced my pool on two weeks and they billed me for a month of service. The pool cleaning lady came out and did not even have experience with the equipment, cleaning person told me that my salt balance is off and asked her to are you going to adjust the the machine and she said that she does not know how to work it. I texted Seth and he said he does not all employees know how to adjust it and they all do a different job and not all have experience that is all in text. Then how are they going to keep my salt water adjusted properly. They do not send someone else to do it. Also there communication is terrible I texted Seth on few issues like some repair and replace a pump. Did not answer me till a few days after and said that he is sorry and but he is to busy and was not able to get to me. The future with this company would have been a disaster no experience for the employee with machines and equipment and bad communications. Also after two weeks not happy with service Seth says he is sticking me with the one year contract and trying to force me with 1800.00 dollars. Do not sign contract because they can give you terrible service and try to stick you with contract. He threatened me with the lawyer of suing me instead of trying to make matters better. The previous home owner was doing their own chemicals and treatments. We told them upon arrival the pool needed a once over and to let us know what it needed. We know nothing about pools! When he came out the first time he got lost, passed our house. So this was flag number one. Doesn't everyone have GPS at this point? So for the service, they came out scrubbed the pool, adjusted the chemicals, in turn in doing this clogging the pool filters (that they didn't clean or tell us needed to be cleaned) so that the heater didn't get enough water pressure so the pressure switch burned up, he also adjusted all of the settings so that we now were heating the whole pool with the heater instead of our solar. The heater is meant for the hot tub that wouldn't work anymore. He says he has been in the pool business for 50 yrs!!! Maybe he needs continued education to stay up on the times! I would steer clear of this company if you have a pool and expensive equipment. Could potentially cause major problems and damage. We were charged 660 for two months of service and had to pay for the repair of the high pressure switch and spend two hours on the phone with a pool tech to re-set all the programming.
