Better yet knock on the door and save a trip. My dog wasn't even in the yard. I cancelled the service since Frank just made excuses for his employee. Frank did apologize and came himself to service my pool the following day instead of his employee. Another reason for cancellation is my pool walls were turning greener week after week.
