He came on time, taped off the side walk with plastic sheet, worked efficiently and skillfully, and left site cleaner than he found it. He and helper Louis returned two days later after allowing scratch coat to cure, and put on finish coat. Though not included in the job plan, he offered to correct flaws in the concrete cap for a small added cost that was more than worth it. He even offered and fixed a crack that ran the length of my concrete front stair riser--patching the crack and then re-coating the whole surface. In addition to being a skilled master of his trade, he is great to work with--respectful, reliable, consciencious, and personable. He did everything he promised and more. I recently had the pleasure of working with Sean and his team on a few different projects. Sean was quick to respond to my inquiries, clear on his process and provided reasonable estimates. Both Sean and his team are highly skilled and friendly, they show up on time, work hard and produce top quality work. Our first project was during the remodeling our backyard. We needed our existing stucco planters and benches to be resurfaced. They had become cracked and moldy, and honestly, looked terrible. In the space of a few weeks, Sean's team had them looking brand new! Our second project was to demo a portion of a planter that we neglected to consider in our yard remodel plans. Felt bad that his team had just completed it, but in that we have a very small backyard and forgot to accommodate space for a grill, we didn't have a lot of options. Sean was able to quickly fit us in, took care of the demo and put a new end on our planter. While Sean's team was still on site, and based on the strength of his team's work, we decided to move forward with also re-stuccoing the entire North side of our home. Some prior vendors had done awful patching jobs around a number of areas (i.e. new electrical panel, new window) and left it looking very unsightly. Sean was exactly what we needed. He was quick to reply to my request, his quote was very reasonable and his work was very high quality. We needed some stucco work done on our house that needed to match the existing stucco work, he matched it perfectly and did it pretty quickly. He was also super friendly and explained what he was going to do. Further, we have a piece of wood trim that in a perfect world would have extended to our front door sill plate.
