Asael was extremely punctuational, and the communication was always on point. The previous owner installed a sliding glass door without any appropriate flashing, and drilled a support beam of the deck right into the stucco wall. I contracted Marcelino services to correct/redo the work from another contractor, a much more difficult task. He protected the pavers (see picture) and every day left the site clean and organized.
