Flawless process from start to finish. They conducted a thorough inspection of my roof and siding and identified the source of the water leakage in my home. They were very practical and took the time to provide several options for the roof and siding repairs. Ultimately, I decided to replace the entire roof and was very pleased with the pricing and warranty. The crew showed up on schedule, wasted no time getting to work, and was able to finish the roof in one day. They even cleaned out my gutters while they were up there and thoroughly cleaned up the job site afterward. Hard-working crew. The team that repaired my siding was courteous and did excellent work as well. They went above and beyond and were very personable. I highly recommend this company. read more

We will only use CFY!! Very responsive! This is our second home we use them. When moving from our previous home there were a few minor repairs that were called out on inspection. It turns out the repairs were on an outdoor living space that Was roofed by the contractor not CFY. Not only did they make the repairs, they found a couple of other issues that were not called out. They repaired those as well! Can't say enough good stuff about Jose and his whole team!!! read more

We used CFY to do roof maintenance and gutter cleaning. Ben came out from an inspection and I was quick to receive a quote. I asked, and CFY accommodated, two relatively light-lifting tasks (repainting part of a gutter that was scratched by a different contractor, and weathersealing a second-story window). Scheduling was easy, and Jose and his team were here for half a day. They also cleared the cobwebs that were accumulating on the front of the house without prompting. In short, CFY was communicative, accommodating, and proactive about clarifying the additional work. They sent before and after photos. I hope to not need roof work in the future, but if I do, I will definitely reach out to CFY first. read more

CFY did a great job and has amazing customer service. I had them replace our roof, a skylight, and water seal our stairs. Their quote was competitive and what made me end up selecting them was the time they spent with me explaining things during the initial estimate. I felt well informed of my options. They communicate promptly and provide pictures of the progress every day. The icing on the cake was the post construction cleaning that left my house cleaner than when they started the job! read more

I had a terrible experience with CFY Roofing. They are not an honest company. They originally gave me a quote for $12,450 to get the job. However, once they ripped my roof open, they completely changed the price. They told me the total would be $13,500, but when they sent the contract, they sneaked in an additional $13,500, bringing the total to $23,500 for a very small house! When I said I couldn't afford that, they pressured me and said if I didn't pay, I could find another company. My roof was completely exposed, and it was raining that week. They refused to return my deposit, leaving me with no choice but to negotiate while trapped. They constantly changed their numbers, dropping from $23,500 down to $20k, $19k, $17k, and finally $15,250. To make things worse, when the final contract came, they failed to properly deduct the $5,500 progress payment I had already made, only showing the initial $1,000 deposit. Their workmanship was just as shady. When the job was "finished," the first City building inspector came out and officially FAILED the roof. The inspector's report explicitly stated they did a very bad job, noting they had installed brand-new roofing materials and drip rails directly over rotting wood, leaving a major bulge under the shingles. While the city ultimately forced them to tear up the edges to fix the structural rot to barely pass a second inspection, they still refused to replace the rotting exterior fascia trim. They also left the gutters filthy and full of debris even though the contract promised they would be cleaned. They assume homeowners won't go up on a ladder to check. Save yourself the nightmare, the price gouging, and the stress--do not hire this company. read more

We are very happy with CFY Construction . We had a couple leak repairs done a few months before we went with a new roof. During the new roof replacement, We had to take a trip during the replacement. They finished the roof quickly and did a good job of cleaning up while we were gone. They did the walk through after the replacement on my schedule and I really appreciate that. Oh and yes I would highly recommend them to anyone in the future. read more

CFY put a new roof on my 4/2 house last fall and did a top-notch job in TWO days at a very reasonable price! When they came to assess the roof, they found damage, several layers of shingles from previous re-coverings, and helped us get it covered by our reluctant insurance company. They got much better coverage for it than we could without their help. Now, 1 year later, a huge tree branch fell on our roof. The branch was so big they had to use a chain saw on it to get it off of the roof, and did it at a very reasonable price. These people are honest, very knowledgeable, flexible, top notch professionals. They are a joy to work read more

The owner personally showed up to inspect my roof. I was afraid that I might need a new roof after lots of high wind in our area. But, after inspection he told me I really only needed a couple of replacement shingles and to reseal the vents on top of the roof. He quoted a very reasonable price, even had his guys trim some of the branches that were touching the roof, and make all the promised repairs. I will call them again in the future for all roof inspections, and future replacements. read more

After interviewing a couple different roofing companies, I chose CFY to reroof my home, and it was the best decision I could have made. I followed my intuition after meeting with the owner, Jose, and he certainly delivered. Jose sent a highly skilled crew and an excellent supervisor (Omar) who ensured every detail was handled correctly. Omar was on site frequently to check in and make sure I was satisfied with the progress. The new roof looks fantastic and was completed incredibly fast.I'd give Jose and his team an A+ all around. Jose is a terrific person who turned a stressful project into a truly enjoyable experience. I'm so glad I chose CFY! read more

Luis and the crew, at CFY were a delight to work with. From our consultation through the build and right into the post job follow up he was consistently on time courteous and even respected my no shoes inside rule something no other contractor or representative has ever bothered to do in my home. We were desperate, for a roof. He steered the insurance claim through with ease making the whole ordeal surprisingly painless. I'm overjoyed with the roof; the entire installation wrapped up in a day and a half. The prospect of tackling such a project, as a first time homeowner left me feeling pretty stressed. He managed to keep everything remarkably straightforward. I'd gladly recommend them to anyone in need of a roof after storm damage. I'm definitely planning to call on them for siding work in the future. Thank you again! read more

We've been working with Luis and the team at CFY for a long time now, and they continue to impress on every job. Their reliability is second to none they show up when they say they will, which makes a huge difference for our scheduling. I just had a new roof placed on my house, I highly recommend CFY. This was a very efficient operation. Once some of the initial materials were delivered the Omar (our foreman) kept the operation rolling efficiently and smoothly. Every worker, including delivery drivers, roofers etc were all professional, knowledgeable and good at their craft. I dealt with 3 different professionals from the management staff, They were all terrific and followed up regularly on site, email and text keeping me abreast of everything. The project was also completed more than 2 weeks ahead of schedule since the tile had arrived promptly. Great Job CFY!!! read more

I reached out to CFY over the summer to take care of several exterior projects on my home, including repairing and staining my deck and painting the second level fascia. From the very beginning, the communication was smooth and professional. Melissa responded quickly and made the entire coordination process effortless, which immediately gave me confidence in their team. When the work began, Oscar and his crew showed up prepared and ready to go. They thoroughly power washed the deck to remove years of built-up grime and weathering. Then, they replaced several worn and rotting deck boards with care and precision, making sure everything was solid, even, and safe before moving forward. Once the prep work was complete, they applied a rich, even stain across the entire deck, which brought the wood back to life and enhanced the natural beauty of the grain. The end result was stunning. The deck not only looked refreshed it felt like a brand-new outdoor space. On top of that, the team did an excellent job painting the second-level fascia, working carefully and cleanly at a challenging height. Every aspect of their work was done with attention to detail and pride, and all of it came at a very fair price. I'm extremely happy with the results and highly recommend CFY to anyone looking for dependable, quality home improvement work. I would absolutely work with them again. read more

Jose and his entire team were awesome throughout this whole process! I was able to get an inspection from ( Alexis ) the same day and got honest and detailed advice of how to proceed. He worked with the adjuster and insurance company to keep a tight timeline and stayed in touch with me. The slowest part of the process was with the insurance company but CFY didn't let that hold up the repair and went ahead with it. Their crew knocked out the roof in one day, made improvements and were very thorough with cleanup. If you're looking for a roofing company look no further! Cfy cares about their customers and has some of the best customer service I've experienced in years! Thanks again guys read more

We couldn't be happier with CFY. The team is professional, but it was their integrity that truly impressed us. When a material defect was found early on, our project manager, Daniel, immediately replaced the entire order to ensure the job met their high standards without missing a beat. They handled our roof, gutters, and skylight with expert craftsmanship. If you want a contractor that stands behind their work and treats your home like their own, call CFY. read more

We worked with Luis and highly recommend! He was incredibly thorough and accommodating throughout the process. We had a full roof replacement with new boards, insulation, and gutters. They were able to do everything, and we are very happy with the quality of the work. Most importantly, there was an issue during cleanup (an honest mistake that could happen with any company) -- Luis went above and beyond to make us fully whole. No haggling or disputes that I might have gotten with another contractor. Just a quick email and he immediately took care of everything, and came back out multiple times to oversee the resolution and make sure we were happy. Great experience overall, and highly recommend. read more

Alexis and Omar's crew were professionals in what they do. After inspecting the damage done to bedroom and garage ceilings, the insurance company was notified. Alexis and the adjuster assessed the damage on the roof and found other things that led to a decision the need of replacing the entire roof. Within days after approval from the insurance, work begun. During the entire process the Omar and the crew were courteous and mindful of the property when debris started coming down. The surrounding areas were also meticulously cleaned when work was done which took a couple of days weather permitting. The next day Alexis came and scouted the entire property ensuring debris were all picked up. I will not hesitate recommending this company to friends. Their dedication of providing customer satisfaction is apparent. read more

What and awesome job! Luis and the CFY crew did a superb job replacing my old fairly complex roof. I chose CFY after several proposals. CFY was not only the most competitive, but included GAF system products that are best in industry. For example, shingles with a "Infinite" wind rating and a lifetime warrantee (I didn't know that even existed). The roof was Waterproofed and completely covered, valleys and ridges with a barrier, They re-flashed the chimney with lead flashing, better job than original. The crew worked together like a well oiled machine. Also polite and easy to communicate with. Everything was done in a couple of days, including thorough cleanup. I HIGHLY recommend Luis and CFY, thank you! read more

CFY did a full roof replacement, including gutters and skylight. The whole process was excellent: -The office team was accommodating of our tough schedules, took plenty of time to explain the pricing and options to us, and extremely responsive to both calls and emails -On-site job team was on-time, cleaned up thoroughly, and respectful of our space. Roofing work is inherently loud, but we could tell they took steps to minimize disruption and work with care, both inside and outside our home -When the job team noticed some additional work might be needed, we were promptly contacted with clear explanations, easy to understand options (and trade-offs), and we never felt pressured or time-crunched Overall we had a great experience with CFY (not something you always say about a construction or contracting company!), and would highly recommend them. read more

We hired CFY to replace a large second floor balcony and patio that stretched across the back of our home. The original build had reached the end of its life and was causing water intrusion issues, so we knew the job would be far from simple. Having used CFY before to fix a flat roof that another company had installed incorrectly, we trusted their expertise and knew the work would be done right. They handled the entire project with care and precision, staying on schedule and keeping us informed throughout. The new balcony was built to last, with excellent attention to waterproofing and structural integrity. After two challenging jobs with them, we can confidently say their quality, communication, and ability to take on complex work set them apart. We won't hesitate to use them again when it's time to replace our roof. read more

I had a fantastic experience working with CFY Construction. From start to finish, their team demonstrated professionalism, clear communication, and exceptional craftsmanship. They took the time to understand my vision and provided helpful suggestions that improved the overall design and functionality of the project. The crew was punctual, respectful of my home, and kept the worksite clean throughout the process. Most importantly, they delivered on time and within budget--something that's not always guaranteed in construction. Whether it was structural work, finishing details, or permitting, everything was handled with attention to detail and transparency. I am so happy I chose CFY to replace my house and shed roofs. Luis, and the team were easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and professional. Of the 3 comparable estimates I received, CFY was the only one that included 5 sheets of plywood. This was a valuable, added plus for me, since my 30-year-old roof would most likely (and did) have damaged plywood that had to be replaced. Luis was very responsive and patient in answering all my questions. His clear and honest explanations helped me better understand the process/materials and feel confident in the value of their service. It is obvious to me that this company takes much pride in doing the job correctly. I'm very pleased with my new roof and highly recommend Luis. I will be using them in the future for new gutters. Thank you, CFY, for your integrity and outstanding customer service! read more

CFY are perfectionists! First, the roof was done perfectly in two days. I had a minor issue with the Velux blind not working, and Luis personally came over and solved it. The quality of the materials they use is second to none. Overall, the experience of actually having the roof replaced was superior. For well over a year, I've been fighting with my insurance company to have the roof totally replaced after storm damage. They obfuscated, delayed and denied my claim and did their best to wear me down. Melissa and Luis fought them and wouldn't take no for an answer. Any other company could easily have bailed out on me...and in fact, did. I was finally able to get a total roof replacement. If anyone has any doubt about CFY and values, don't! They care about the little guy and will fight to do what's right. I will be a customer for life. read more

We were referred to Luis and his team by a friend after our home suffered significant wind damage and were so glad we were. From the very beginning, Luis went above and beyond, working directly with our insurance company to ensure every bit of damage was accounted for not just the roof, but also the gutters, siding, and a leaking skylight that were initially overlooked. What really stood out was how effortless the entire process felt on our end. Luis handled all the back and forth with the insurance company and kept us constantly updated. His communication was exceptional texts, calls, emails, you name it he was always quick to respond, no matter the time. He even came out the same day we contacted him to assess the damage. Our insurance adjuster mentioned how great it was working with Luis and how much smoother he made the process. Once work began, the roof, siding, and gutters were all completed in just three days. The crew put in long hours and didn't cut corners. Luis personally followed up afterward to make sure everything was perfect and that we were completely satisfied. The whole process was easy. Luis came out and had the estimate back quickly. My insurance company had extensive experience working with them so there were no issues getting the storm damaged roof replacement approved. CFY kept me updated regarding when the job was to be done. Once on site I was given twice daily updates. I think there were about twelve workers at any given time. They cleaned up my property at the end of each day. Luis arranged for the stone masons to do their pre and post roof work, and they were friendly and efficient. The only down time was weather related. And I was provided with plenty of before and after pictures. The project manager came by the day after completion to make sure everything had been cleaned up. The Luis called me that day to make sure I was satisfied with their work. I would use CFY again without hesitation. read more

I am so glad I chose CFY for my roof and gutter installation. Luis provided really helpful information about the high quality products they recommend for my roofing and gutters, and I really appreciated his no pressure approach in providing an estimate and giving me the time i needed to make a decision. I gathered estimates from 5 companies, and i felt that CFY was the company i could trust to approach the job with strong work ethic and integrity. I particularly appreciated the detailed estimate that included additional cost i might owe if they ran into any issues replacing my very old roof. The later was minimal, but it was good to know upfront what any additional charges could be. Hiring Luis was an excellent decision! read more

I contacted four companies, three came out to evaluate job, and only one followed my request for options; CFY. Luis listened to my thoughts on re-roofing my home and garage, added his expertise to the options and told me I would have the written estimates within a week. Luis came back with material options to keep the aesthetic I was looking for. Each option clearly laid out what materials would be used along with costs. Upon agreeing to one of the options, and making the necessary deposit, a date was set. On the day of the job, Luis’s crew arrived when they said they would and went right to work. They were fast & efficient in the tear-off, cleaned up any debris that didn't make it into the truck, and prepared the surface to accept the new roofing materials. The entire crew departed aside from two lone men who worked each side of the roof. They laid out the new shingles perfectly along each tier, working very quickly and with great precision. Upon completion, they did a final policing of the surrounding area to ensure no nails or trimmings were left behind....and they were all gone as quickly as they arrived. I can't be more pleased with the final outcome. New roof makes the while building look better, the colored shingles and matching drip edge goes with the surrounding environment. I would highly recommend CFY, they are a fantastic value read more

This business is one of the best roofing companies I've ever dealt with. They were very upfront about everything they were going to do and never sugarcoated anything when it came to pricing. They were always available to answer questions and continued to follow up after the job was completed to ensure everything was done right and that we were happy with the results. Working with Luis was amazing. We were originally working with another company that wanted to charge more for the roof. Then, one of Luis's salesmen came by, knocked on our door, and told us to give him a call if things didn't work out with the other company. From the moment I called Luis to the time the job was completed, it took less than a week. They even included our shed in the project, which the other company wouldn't do. The contractors who worked on our roof were awesome and a pleasure to be around. They even replaced the rotted plywood damaged by rain without any hesitation. After the job was done, they thoroughly cleaned up, going over everything to ensure there were no nails or debris left behind making it safe for both our dogs and our little one. read more

Excellent job highly recommend! The pricing was very fair and the workmanship was outstanding. Melissa from CFY Roofing was wonderful to work with, I told her the shingle style, color, and underlayment I preferred, and she handled everything else. She was professional, on top of her game, and kept me updated the whole way through. As part of the project, they also installed nearly 100 feet of Owens Corning edge venting since my home didn't have soffit vents before, and now the roof is ventilated properly. The crew, led by supervisor Francisco and his team of nine, worked efficiently and professionally they were well coordinated, didn't cut corners, and made sure every detail was done right. They also cleaned up thoroughly, leaving the property looking great. From start to finish, the entire job was handled beautifully, and I couldn't be happier with the results. We hired CFY for a very complicated roofing job on our home. Our project manager Luis was great and did an amazing job of planning and tracking our project and working through many unexpected issues due to the terrible condition of our old roof. After the roof was completed, we had gutters installed and the team who did the installation were quick and professional and did a great job as well. The new roof looks amazing and we've already noticed an improvement in heating/cooling due to the upgraded insulation and venting in our roof. We are so happy we hired CFY for the job. CFY is absolutely the go to roofing company. We were dealing with a horrible situation with our old roof that had leaks, damaged shingles, and even some rotting areas underneath. Luis and his team came out quickly to give us an inspection and immediately put us at ease. They explained exactly what was wrong with the roof, what needed attention right away, and what would give us the most value over time. Everything was clear and honest, which made us feel confident moving forward. When it came time to do the job, the crew worked efficiently and with great attention to detail. They removed the damaged areas, replaced the bad wood, and installed everything with clean lines that make the roof look brand new. Around the vents and flashing they were especially careful, sealing everything tightly so there won't be any issues when the next heavy rain comes. What impressed us just as much as the workmanship was the cleanup. By the time they left, the yard and driveway were spotless. Luis and his team did fabulous work at a phenomenal price, and on top of that they were friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. If you want a roofing company that gets the job done right and treats you like family, CFY is the one to call. Thanks again to Luis and the crew for turning what started as a nightmare into such a positive experience. read more

If you see a company with all 5 star reviews, check how many more have been removed for violating TOS and think how many of them are real... We hired CFY to reslope our flat roof with a drain in the middle and redirect the water outside. If Luis thinks he can get away with cheating, he will. CFY cuts corners on everything: To reslope the roof, Luis used cheap square insulation instead of slanted and not enough of it so, after adamantly advocating against making a roof channel, he approved what his incompetent crew did: sliced off several roof support beams, shimmied small pieces on one end without securing them and did not seal the connections! The plywood placed on top of that concoction cracked, but instead of fixing the mess the crew covered it up with thin roofing! The sloped drain area was never leveled and just covered with soft thin roofing so it sinks in when stepped on! 2 skylights were ripped off and repositioned without fixing broken walls. The glass edges were painted with black tar that cracked within days. CFY used leftover roofing material from other jobs creating patches with potential leaks. CFY-made flashings were sticking out and had to be fixed several times The scupper opening was initially left without a scupper and patched on the spot. The crew had to be forced to come back several days to fix problems obvious even to non-professionals. The dirt flew all over the block and CFY had to pay a neighbor to clean his car. Our rain barrel clogged and collected buckets and buckets of roof "sand" washed off from iffy roof areas the crew covered with tiny grains that are still poisoning our plants and yard 18 months later. The water test left 1"-3" pool on the roof, but we could not find another roofer to redo someone else's job. Initially uncooperative and obnoxious but unwilling to get his insurance company involved, Luis finally offered to return our deposit while refusing to pay for fixing the damage his crew caused. Even that limited offer never materialized and now he would not return calls. BUYER BEWARE!!! read more

Reroofing project was delayed multiple times due to inclement weather, but what I appreciated was the regular communication from CFY. They kept me updated. They were also responsive to the needs of our neighborhood HOA to help move this along. When we eventually got the project going, everything went smoothly. Good communication, photo updates. Mid-way into the project, other aspects of the roof needed to be replaced that was outside of the original scope, but the options provided to us were clear. You know a service is good when you don't have a single thing to complain about!! From initial meeting of the inspector Ben, we knew he was they were real deal. I'll start by saying that in a world where trusting contractors is so tough, CFY makes it easy. They reminded us that there are still great people out there who do quality and honest work. We had a leak initially, but knew we had to replace the entire roof because it was 32 years old. So, we had multiple people come out and look at it. Ben won the deal because he created an HONEST and DETAILED quote. No BS. Nothing hidden. He laid it all out there for us. Above that though - he put a tarp up for us to get us through random rain while we had a tarp. He answered every question we had. Was always available. Clearly very knowledgeable in the roofing space. Then, we were introduced to the foreman Omar and his crew, they started on time, His team was great. They worked hard, and they fully cleaned up after themselves every day, too! We were so impressed with the quality work. Our roof looks incredible. We are so grateful we met CFY.
