We had a good experience with One Roofing. Hameed came out shortly after getting in contact with him and took a look at where the water was pooling on the front and rear (which had a deck over it) of our roof. He provided a helpful assessment of the situation and suggest a solution. We decided to go with One Roofing because of the experience, even thoguh others had quoted a lower cost (and some quoted astronomically more (i.e. replace the whole roof). In addition to 5-year guarantee, he assured there would not be any additional cost to fixing the problem and the quote would be the full cost which we appreciated.
