I recently noticed that some shingles around my chimney were pulling away, so I reached out to One Roofing for an inspection. Hameed responded quickly and came out shortly after I contacted him. During the inspection, he not only identified the issue I had noticed but also pointed out a few preventative maintenance items that could become problems down the road. What I really appreciated was that Hameed was able to handle both the roofing work and the fascia and soffit repairs, which saved me a lot of hassle of finding other company to work on fascia. His team repaired the damaged shingles, replaced the ridge caps, and fixed the fascia and soffit, all with excellent workmanship and 5 years warrenty. Throughout the entire process, Hameed took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything clearly. He is professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. I highly recommend Hameed to anyone needing roofing repairs or related exterior work, and I would not hesitate to contact him again for any future roofing projects. read more

Thorough, professional, and methodical roof maintenance I hired OneRoofing to perform a preventative maintenance service on my 2004 concrete tile roof for my single family two-story home. The total cost for this service was $1,800 (inclusive of taxes). The scope of work included replacing aging plumbing vent boot flashings, resealing and / or reinforcing existing ridge cap joints, and applying new professional-grade sealant to any vulnerable areas identified during the roof inspection. From the beginning, their process was well-structured. They provided a detailed proposal following a drone-facilitated inspection of the roof, and they honored my request to have a technician conduct an internal attic inspection during the service visit to verify the condition of the roof decking and underlayment. The work itself was executed efficiently. They focused on high-risk failure points--specifically the vent boots--and provided clear photographic documentation of the work before, during, and after the process. The repair work was performed cleanly, and they removed all debris upon completion. Regarding value, I think the $1,800 overall cost seemed consistent with current Bay Area professional trade rates for this type of specialized roofing service. OneRoofing included a five-year workmanship warranty, but only after I asked about it, which is something they should be more upfront about instead of customers needing to ask. This workmanship warranty is specific to the preventative maintenance and repair work they performed. If you are looking for a roofing company that utilizes modern inspection technology, follows a clearly defined scope of work, is very transparent and responsive in their communication, and provides comprehensive documentation of their repairs, I would certainly recommend OneRoofing. read more

I cannot recommend Hameed at One Roofing highly enough! From start to finish, his communication was excellent, and every interaction was incredibly friendly and professional. He truly went above and beyond by delivering custom skylights that were fabricated in just two days--exactly as promised. The value of the product was head and shoulders above every other estimate. In an industry where it is rare for a contractor to keep their word, Hameed was remarkably prompt, timely, and dependable. If you want a contractor who actually delivers on their promises without the usual headaches, look no further than Hameed. Thank you, One Roofing, for a seamless and outstanding experience! read more

Professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with! Khalid, the project manager, kept us informed throughout the entire process and was on-site to make sure everything went smoothly. The crew was friendly, hardworking, and incredibly efficient. They completed the entire project in just one day and cleaned up every bit of debris afterward. The finished work looks fantastic, and we couldn't be happier with the quality, service, and overall experience! read more

Very positive experience with One Roofing. They communicated promptly, scheduled the estimate quickly, and listened to my request for roof maintenance instead of trying to push a full replacement. Their recommendations and pricing were reasonable. On the work day, they arrived on time, finished on time, and even completed additional flashing work without raising the price. They also provided before‑and‑after photos. Reliable, respectful, and professional -- highly recommended. read more

I am so glad we choose One Roofing for our roof repair. We had a frustrating, mysterious leak that both our previous roofer and painter couldn't figure out. From the start, the owner, Hameed, was super responsive and helpful. Even though they were very busy, he went out of his way to squeeze us into their schedule. When it came to finding the problem, the project manager, Khalid, was like a total detective. He was incredibly patient and kind, and he took the time to explain exactly where and why the water was getting in so we actually understood it. Their quote for our flat roof was very fair and highly competitive for San Francisco. Even though they ended up thoroughly resealing all around the scupper instead of doing a full replacement, they kept the price exactly the same and did an awesome, high-quality job. The foreman and crew were great--they fixed several corners with new cap sheet patches, sealed the chimney bases, and caulked our siding. They actually did more detailed work than what was on the original quote. What stood out most to me was how sincere and honest they are--they never try to push unnecessary upsells, and they back their work with a solid 5-year warranty. One Roofing is a roofing company with real integrity and we highly recommend them! read more

My project with OneRoofing went as well as I could have wished for. Hameed and Khaled were very responsive throughout the project. They arrived on time, scoped out the project and provided a quote that did not change. They consulted me at all the important steps. Their crew was really good. They left the place better than they had found it. I could tell that a lot of attention was spent on detail. Most importantly, No other company I consulted gave me realistic solutions ie recommending ventilated skylights for the kitchen. Clearly Hameed is very experienced. They also corrected a pooling problem I had in one corner of the roof and cleaned all the gutters. read more

We had a great experience with One Roofing and couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. They installed our new roof and added the terracotta tile details above the windows, which completely transformed the look of our home. The team was professional, responsive, and did an excellent job from start to finish. The workmanship looks fantastic, especially the tile work around the bay windows and curved sections of the house. They paid attention to the small details and kept everything looking clean and well finished. It's a huge improvement both functionally and aesthetically, and we've already received compliments on how much better the house looks. I would definitely recommend One Roofing to anyone in the San Francisco area looking for quality roofing work. Great experience all around! read more

We were looking for a roofer to get a few repairs done on our roof, fix leaks around skylights and inspect the roof before the rain. We also needed our gutters cleaned and gutter guards replaced. One Roofing was able to come out the same day! On a Sunday afternoon Khalid gave our roof a thorough free inspection: He talked us through his findings, showed us the photos he took and we discussed options. Two days later we received a detailed, structured, well written and very reasonable proposal. The other roofing companies I was in touch with either did not show up or never sent a proposal, so we were very glad to have found One Roofing! They came out the following weekend, worked hard and did a great job fixing the roof and gutters and even accommodated a change order from fixing the gutter guards to complete replacements - again for a reasonable price. Khalid again checked on everything until everything was addressed. At the end all the work was finished only six days after the initial request. Great Job! We were very impressed by the punctuality, clear and friendly communication, promptness and quality of their work. It has been a pleasure working with One Roofing! read more

Hameed did some preventive maintenance work on my aging roof. I talked with multiple people before Hameed and they all gave outrageously high quotes. I came to Hameed with a list of specific tasks and he delivered and got the job done in less than half a day. I loved how Hameed was easy to work with, direct, respectful, focused on solving YOUR specific need. He wasn't pushy at all and very reasonable. Next time I need a roof work im coming back here first. read more

I cannot recommend Hameed and the team at One Roofing highly enough. I own a home in the Marina with a 12-year-old flat roof that developed a stubborn leak at a wall-to-roof transition during this winter's heavy rains. After having four other roofers come by--two of whom immediately tried to sell me a $20k+ new roof without even diagnosing the source--Hameed was a breath of fresh air. He correctly identified that the issue wasn't the main roof field, but the flashing and an old 'cricket' repair that had failed. Unlike the 'quick patch' guys, Hameed proposed a thorough, two-day structural repair. Turned out the work only took one day, which was great. He reinforced the entire corner 'tray,' installed high-quality conical pipe boots, and most importantly, ensured the new flashing was properly integrated with the siding to handle wind-driven rain. The communication was excellent throughout the project, and the pricing was very fair for the level of craftsmanship provided. He even backed the work with a 5-year guarantee, which gives me real peace of mind for the next rainy season. If you have a flat roof in SF and want a permanent fix instead of a temporary band-aid, call Hameed. read more

We had a good experience with One Roofing. Hameed came out shortly after getting in contact with him and took a look at where the water was pooling on the front and rear (which had a deck over it) of our roof. He provided a helpful assessment of the situation and suggest a solution. We decided to go with One Roofing because of the experience, even thoguh others had quoted a lower cost (and some quoted astronomically more (i.e. replace the whole roof). In addition to 5-year guarantee, he assured there would not be any additional cost to fixing the problem and the quote would be the full cost which we appreciated. The One Roofing crew came out shortly and completed the job all within one day. They initially came out with only one technican but went to get another one so the job could be completed in one day. Hameed was not the one working on my roof, but he did come out in the afternoon the inspect the work and make sure everything is in good order. We test the draining in the front and rear and so far so good in terms of improving the pooling of water. read more

Requested to re-roof two pieces of flat roof that were in bad condition, and to patch a missing shingle. After opening the roof, they found out more issues than previously expected and it became a 3 day job instead of finishing in 2 days. They did not cut corners and made sure that everything is correctly fixed. Hameed and the team did a great job. At the end of each day, they made sure that everything is super clean and didn't leave any debris/materials around. Very good pricing. Hameed doesn't upsell or try to replace the things that are still working. Highly recommend them for all the roofing needs. read more

I recently discovered an issue through other home improvement contractors who mentioned that our roof had "soft areas" where it visibly sagged when pressed on with your foot. I reached out to a few roofing companies in the area and was able to talk to Hameed from One Roofing. Scheduling a free evaluation was very easy and efficient, he came by within the week, checked out the problem and explained to us that water had gotten through exposed cracks/holes and was causing damage to the plywood. He told us what the solution would be and gave us a quote by the end of the day. Afterwards, he reached out with availabilities and completed repairs in a day! Based on his explanation and pictures, the damage actually seemed very serious so I feel relieved to get help so quickly, and he did not change the quote even after discovering how bad it actually was. He sent pictures to confirm the work at the end of the day as well. Highly recommend Hameed and One Roofing! read more

I contacted One Roofing for a quote for gutter cleaning of a 2 story, 1400 sq ft house. I got a prompt and fair quote even though it was the weekend. Hameed came and cleaned the gutter on Monday. Unlike previous gutter cleaning I got with other companies who never got on the roof but used a long hose vacuum cleaner, Hameed was on the roof and did a thorough job. While cleaning the gutters, he saw several damaged shingles and sent me pictures. He gave me a fair quote to repair the damage to the roof. He came the next day and repaired the damaged shingles. Overall, I am very happy with my experience. Hameed responded promptly to all my messages and did a high quality job with everything. The experience with Attic Diamond has been easy and smooth from the initial conversations in Yelp. I sent a project request estimate for gutter installation on our ADU and Attic Diamond was 1 of 3 contractors that responded. I decided to proceed with Attic Diamond because, unlike others contractors, they: provided a cost that was close to the initial estimate provided, scheduled an in-person visit that accommodated my schedule, arrived earlier than the scheduled visit, very responsive via text, and scheduled the work in a timely manner. The work and materials are of good quality and left the area clean. I would not hesitate to work with this team again. Thank you Hameed and Attic Diamond team! read more
