I just worked with Morales Plastering in our home. We had our entire electrical updated so there were over 30 plaster patches to be done! Morales showed up on time, were very respectful to our kids in the house, and kept everything extremely clean! They even did some exterior stucco work and trim around our garage. I had a plumbing leak that required opening up the stucco to find/fix the leak. Morales crew worked with my plumber, opened the stucco where the plumber needed. His crew found water damage on some of the sheathing near the leak, so we talked it over and they opened up the wall further until they got to healthy wood and repaired all the damaged area. They were easy to work with, and flexible when the scope of work needed to change because of the water damage found. They also were good at coordinating around bad weather during the week the work was happening. Alejandro came personally to inspect the work his crew did each day. Communication was good. Background: Had water damage around a window. The developer came and "fixed" it while the house was still under warranty years ago. But the stain reappeared so I realized the leak wasn't properly fixed. Had Alejandro come by and he spent the time to carefully find the root cause, unlike others who tend to jump into conclusions of where the leaks came from just as what the developer's contractor did years before. Also, he said he would stand by his work and would come back to do whatever needed if the leak wasn't fixed totally. Once confirmed, they started the job promptly as scheduled, and continued each day until the job was done. The workmanship is great. The workers arrived on time and cleaned up after they finished. It's hard to find a company that cares so much about the quality of their work. They definitely did. What made this company even better is that its family owned and the father personally came out to our job and worked with his employee. You don't see that always. He as an owner wants to make sure that his family's company lives up to what they worked hard for and it's doing a good job and making sure his clients are happy with the quality of their work. I've hired Alejandro and his team on two separate occasions to fix water intrusions in two different locations at my house, which were discovered after the big storms in 2021 and 2022. He's easy to work with, responsive, reasonable in price, and thorough. The leak we experienced in 2020 had water coming in from a first floor window, so naturally that's where his team started the work. As his team removed the old stucco, he made sure to locate all sources of the water intrusion and it turns out the weatherproofing layer was incorrectly installed by the original builders not only around that 1st floor window but also the around the 2nd floor window above and to the right of where we saw the water coming in (builder grade home built in 2007). If he had just stopped his work and investigation around the one window we experienced the leaking, we would have certainly had issues later on which would have caused additional damage and $$$. The repair was done seamlessly and the stucco texture matched exactly to the rest of the house. We have since moved from that house but I trust his expertise completely and would hire Alejandro and his team again in an instant for any stucco repair needs should a need arise in the future. read more

Morales Plastering has been phenomenal to work with. I initially contacted them for a small fix on plaster/stucco in my garage and I ended up just skipping on the project. But they came out quick for an estimate and explained the pricing and what needed to be done. Next time I contacted them was a couple months later when there was some water leaks going into my basement. It turned out there was a whole wall that had old windows with bad flashing and rotted wood that needed to be replaced. They provided amazing service and the stucco was fantastic looking. Alex was easy to get a hold of no matter what was happening and always easy to talk to. Lastly when I had some issues with the wall project a year later, Alex and his dad came out as soon as I mentioned that there was some rusting and was quick to schedule a crew to come out and fix. When I hire contractors I review Yelp comments carefully and compare at least 2-3 companies. Morales Plastering was top-notch. Our house required stucco work due to water damage. Their estimate was reasonable, they communicated regularly and proactively, and the quality of their work seemed excellent. While working on the stucco, we asked them if they could remove a chimney that was separating from the wall and make sure the chimney opening into a living space was closed properly. One more project was repairing an inside wall due to water damage. Their estimates for these additional projects were reasonable, they kept to the promised schedule, and cleaned up thoroughly during and after their projects were completed. At one point, the owner' family experienced a tragedy. They communicated about delays, which never became an issue. On another matter they offered an option to use elastomere paint vs regular paint on our house. What I appreciated was that they took time to explain the material, gave me several houses to look at, and they were low-key, no pressure. Throughout, I talked often with Cesar, who's like their air traffic controller :-) He responds to texts and calls within minutes, is pleasant, and a great listener. read more

TLDR-- - Honest Team - Quick Response - Works Fast - Weekend Availability So happy we found the Morales team -- they were AMAZING!! We needed to re-stucco the side of our house because whoever did it previously did not do it properly and forgot the glue. We found the layer of stucco popped up, chipping, and catching all that rain from the recent storms so we wanted to get it redone fast. They were able to come out the same day we called them to take a look (Thursday) and explained to us what was going on and the process they would take to fix it. They were honest about the condition of the other walls of the house and said they were not of concern now but the side we were inquiring about would definitely need to be done so there is no further water damage. They were hard at work already Saturday morning to chip, glue, and stucco. And a few days later, after everything was dry, they were back to paint. We needed to find the source of a water leakage that we dealt with for a couple weeks. The team working on the wall from the interior wall said that the solution could only be found from removing the stucco on the outside of our house. Alejandro was VERY responsive to my questions and concerns and gave me multiple quotes for different scenarios. After approving him to work on our walls, he started small and worked his way up to find the source. By removing our exterior wall piece by piece, we eventually found the source of the water leakage. Even before removing more wall space, Alejandro asked for my permission before moving forward as it would increase the price that we agreed to and with his professional team members, we located the issue and we solved the solution. They patched up the wall again with our window framing and looking at our wall now, you wouldn't be able to tell that it was even reconstructed. (Oh yeah, if Alejandro wasn't there to help work on the wall, he would always check to see the quality of the work was good enough.) During the entire project, Alejandro and his team were VERY responsive, efficient, and professional with how they approached the entire process. Everyone was super friendly and I can't appreciate them enough with their fast work. I would highly recommend them for any future issues and again, I can't emphasize how much I'd recommend them. I'm really please with the work Morales Plastering did for my home. Stucco can look modern. I chose the color Sherwin Williams Origami White. Perhaps some stock stucco colors seem dated. But they can match any Sherwin Williams color that siding can come in. They also fixed dry rot where my dryer vent wasn't installed correctly. And they installed my nice Marvin Essentials sliding glass doors (I also like Golden State Lumber). And they were patient. Not that you should stretch out your renovation like I did, but it took 5-6 weeks for the built to order sliding glass doors to arrive, there was rain off and on, it took a long time for my 8 inch square Sherwin Williams to arrive, and then I went on vacation... Maybe I could have spray painted my gutters a different color with Rust-Oleum before they reinstalled my gutters? But I like the final result. Light brown can work as a trim color to an off-white. Highly recommended. Very high quality work for a very reasonable price. read more

Needed to do some stucco patching and help build in some flashing for a side structure we had built. Marco was able to come down to scope out the work quickly, and Cesar sent out the quote shortly thereafter. Was a breeze scheduling and they came did the work without any problems. There were a couple of unexpected things that came up but quickly alerted me to situation and gave me some clear options on how to proceed. In the end it was not a good fit because our job is a large one $50-250k. I could not schedule an estimate with the general contractor Ernesto who they typically work with in large jobs.
