I had an estimate in my inbox just one day after my initial phone call with them, which was the fastest turn around time of any of the roofers I contacted. I got three quotes and theirs fell right in the middle, so the price seemed fair. Now that I know the quality of their work and the level of customer service, I think the price was amazing. Once the project started, Nancy was my main point of contact and she was truly wonderful. She was very kind, very responsive, and provided constant updates. I especially appreciated the progress photos she sent, which showed me exactly what was happening on my roof throughout the day. Whenever I had questions, Nancy provided quick and clear answers that put my mind at ease. From start to finish, the whole Sure Roofing team made me feel completely taken care of. They are a well-oiled machine! They completed the job in just a day and a half, and left everything better than they found it. No leftover junk and debris, no complaints from neighbors, no problems. The crew arrived on time and repaired the roofing on a small bump-out section of our house; they adjusted the slope for proper water drainage as well. They also replaced a significant amount of rotted wood with new shingles. On our main roof, they sealed all exposed nails and around multiple flashings. They did quality work and we were able to get this all done before the rainy season! This past year- I tried them for our bathroom remodel. What I like most about Erast and his crew are the attention to detail. No - they will not be the cheapest bid you get, but they do really high quality work to very exacting standards. He is very familiar with working in SF and the arduous permitting process you have to go through, Living through a remodel is never fun, but his team is respectful of you / your home and the workspaces were kept immaculate. His subs are excellent - and he / they definitely go above and beyond. Shortly after the project was completed - my boiler / hot water went out during the PG&E extended power outage. He was able to get his plumber there same day to work on repairs.

He was patient with me when I panicked, and he did everything he could to make the whole experience as stress free as possible. He coordinated with my solar panel installers to make sure everything went smoothly and the timing of the roof installation worked out, and he rushed to get my balconies waterproofed before it started raining. They used high quality materials, were up to date on the latest techniques and tools, and paid great attention to detail. I could tell they really cared about their work, and my neighbors have all complemented me on how nice the paint job looks. They did a fantastic job! The team recommended replacing siding only when necessary and cleaned up after themselves every single day. The level of craftsmanship and quality was top-notch. We also had them install three sun tubes (circular skylights), and they did an excellent job with those as well--making sure the interior sheetrock looked clean and professional. I will attach pictures of shingles that dissolved & corroded skylights that they charged me for and are not NEW at all. Over a year I tried to negotiate with them to do what it was right. Now it's time to take legal action. Having my roof repaired by another company that is doing an excellent job for half the price. Mr Roofing Inc's warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on!!! They refuse to honor any agreements in contract. I'm WILL take these guys to court. I do not recommend them. Don't waste your money! Worst Roofing company in the world!! if I could, I would give them less than a star
