Moises is very professional, honest, and transparent. The minute he inspected my roof he was sending me pictures via text. That really helped me understand the "wear and tear" of my old roof. He answered all my questions, as this is my first time dealing with such a home project. Once the job got started, his crew was amazing. They were friendly, professional, hard workers, and also transparent. My roof and gutters looks great and I feel great about the next rainy season! Overall, a great job and experience with MC Roofing! read more

Moy and his crew did an excellent job on my roof repair which he took the time to figure out the problem and fixed it where other roofers did not. Because of his excellent service I hired Moy and his crew again to do a new roof on my garage that was over due. MC Roofing is my go to crew. I highly recommended Moy and his crew! read more

We had our roof replaced this July, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The price was very reasonable, especially given the quality of work and level of professionalism. The MC Roofing & Sheetmetal crew was dependable, on time every day, and respectful of our property and our neighbors. They kept the site clean, tidying up at the end of each day, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Communication with Moy and Jose was excellent throughout--clear updates, no surprises, and every question we had was answered with patience and detail. They also handled all the logistics: permit, inspection, and even the dumpster scheduling, which made things so much easier on our end. A special thanks to Jose, who was on-site, even on a Saturday, and whose personal touch turned what could have been a chaotic and stressful experience into something we felt good about. His attention to detail, craftsmanship, and calm presence truly transformed our roof into a work of art. We are so happy with the results and the experience and highly recommend this team to anyone needing roofing work. read more

Highly recommend Moy and MC Roofing. Our still-new-ish wood shake roof was not getting any insurance company love anymore. Moy took a look and certified that the roof was safe/in good condition but no luck. So Moy's team made sure we got the metal roof of our dreams. His crew was fabulous and Moy made sure to communicate all progress. Their care and attention to details is why MC Roofing stands by their work proudly. We love our new roof! read more

Moy is very easy to work with, he knows roofing inside and out. I recently called him to do some additional work and needed it done before impending rain. He was able to have a crew out in one day. His technicians & admin staff work very hard to make sure that the job is done right and that the clients are satisfied . I would highly recommend them to my family, friends, or neighbors.... read more

Moy and his crew did a great job. The project started and ended on time, even though additional dry rot was discovered and of course, created more work. The guys were great, always on time and cleaned up on a daily basis. We have a tricky driveway, and the other contractors were convinced that they would have to haul the debris out by hand. Moy knew exactly how to handle that problem, and his knowing probably saved us another 2 days of work and labor. When the crew arrived each day, they went straight to work and it was tough work. We really appreciated every one and every thing they did. Would not hesitate to recommend! read more

I was referred to MC Roofing from one of his previous clients. The process from start to finish was perfect. He met with me and sent me a quote within days, which was very reasonable. Even with the added demolition of dry rot, and damage from the squirrels, he repaired all the stucco and wood. He was able to use the previous Spanish tiles in both areas, and this saved me a lot of money. He even replaced the fascia board and it matches my trim. It looks fabulous and it will keep out the rodents and last another 80 years. There were reasonable added costs, but he did it right. I highly recommend Moises and his crew at MC Roofing. read more

Moy and Jose are great. Their bids are very competitive, they know what they are doing, and they get it done fast. We had a roofing project down the street that started a week before and ours was done before theirs (with more work involved). Great deal! read more

I got water drops from the heater vent inside the house after Tuesday's storm, suspecting something was wrong with my 15-year-old roof. Due to my good experience with MC Roofing a few years ago when I lived in a townhouse, I contacted Moy, who came over even while the rain was still heavy today. Moy inspected the roof, taking a few pictures. He then told me that the roof was still in good condition and may last 3 more years, explaining that the possible cause of the water drops was not the roof, but rather the vent letting in some water when it was super windy and the storm was strong. It was a big relief after hearing about his explanation. Best of all, he didn't charge me anything even though the issue was not related to the roof. Moy is really an honest man to do business with. I highly recommend him and MC Roofing for both honesty and high quality. read more

I've used this business for roofing and most recently for gutter cleaning. They are reliable and do a great job. I highly recommend them.

I had a roof leak shortly we moved into our current house, and was referred to Moy by my insurance contact who Moy recently did roof repair on her house at the time. I count this as one of the most fruitful referrals I've had. Moy's quote was far less expensive than 2 others I called, and Moy and his crew redid the flat portion of our roof and was done in 2 days. He asked me if I wanted to replace the arrestor on top of my chimney and I declined at the time, only to fast forward 3 years and I had yet another leak in my roof due to the arrestor #facepalm. So I had him come out again and replace that, and also add a canopy for our walkway and repair other rusting out edges near our roof. Again, he came out the next day as soon as I told him, gave us another quote that was better than others, and doing the canopy, the arrestor, the ledge, and a drainage pan was done in 2 days. He asked me if I wanted to replace the angled shingles at the front of our house and I punted on that again so there's a good possibility I'll have to call him again :) but I don't think I'll be going with anyone else for my roof needs. Great guy, great service. Already getting compliments from neighbors on his suggestion of replacing the arrestor with a copper one so Moy has a good eye for that also! Highly highly recommend. read more

Fixed our roof leak fast after NYE storm, great job no more leaking, easy to communicate with.

Moy and his team did a amazing job at fixing my roof. We had some dry rot, and some rust on our chimney and moy made sure to educate me on everything that was going on. He weather profed it and used great materials. I was happy and he gave us a great rate, he adjusted the plan through a couple forks in the road. His brother is nice and his crew is trustworthy. I own a rental house in Alameda, California. I was notified that my homeowner's insurance was not going to be renewed because of the condition of the roof. I live out of state and was unsure of how to go about replacing the roof. Fortunately, MC Rooting was referred to me. From the initial contact with Moises to the management of the project by Jose, I could not be more pleased. Moises wrote a very detailed estimate and thoroughly explained what to expect and potential issues that might arise. He was mindful of the fact that an HOA is involved so the new roof had to meet specific architectural guidelines Jose kept me fully informed of the project and issues that arose as the project was being completed. He sent me many photos which I greatly appreciated. In addition, MC Roofing squeezed me into their schedule completing the roof in time for me to secure new insurance. I have worked with many contractors over the years and MC Roofing is definitely a cut above. An out of state project that I was dreading, went more smoothly than I could have hoped for. I am very grateful and highly recommend MC Roofing. read more

We were so happy with our experience when we hired MC Roofing to fix our roof. Our house suffered a lot of damage over the years from rain along with wear and tear. Our parents are much older and unable to maintain the house therefore we literally had more than ten leaks throughout. We requested bids from several roofers and were very pleased we picked MC Roofing to re-roof our house. Throughout the initial bidding process, we were impressed by the professionalism of Moises and Jose. Both answered all of our questions, educated us on roofing specifics and gave us the confidence to make one of the biggest single purchases one makes in a lifetime. The roofing job was complicated by the fact the ceilings in the house are old and all of our skylights were falling apart. Moises took photos of the roof/skylights before the work was done and informed us of what we needed fixed and or replaced. Moises, Jose and workers are highly skilled and we are very happy with the restoration of our roof. The job was completed in a period of two days in between rain storms and we were so appreciative of a job well done. Moises took photos of the roof along with skylights after the job was completed, and what a difference. Our roof is beautiful and we feel safe that our family has the protection of a high quality roof! The MC Roofing crew was professional, polite, cleaned the job site completely and our skylights are so bright and clean now! We are ecstatic we chose MC Roofing and we would recommend them highly to anyone in need of a new roof. read more

MC Roofing is highly recommended. Reasonable prices and very honest person. Moy will tell you what is needed only and what is recommended. He is very knowledgeable in his craft. His brother Jose and his crew were very courteous and "clean". They always cleaned up after every day and picked up screws and nails. MC roofing is the only roofer we trust. Believe me. There are a lot for crooks in the roofing business who are liars and too expensive. Our job was located in Daly City CA. Thank you Moy and Jose. read more

Moy and his crew did a great job with our roof replacement. Moy was very communicative about his assessment and recommendations. There were a couple unknowns that we said we'd discuss when the roof was off, and it turned out we needed to replace some rotted wood and rusted gutters. We discussed the changes, options, and pros/cons, and he answered all of my questions. The pricing was fair and the team was very fast, respectful, and cleaned up each day. He even sent pictures of the in-progress and final roof! read more

They did my roof a couple of years ago. Every winter since I thank God I went with this company. They did a great job. SOLID.

Moises, of MC Roofing, was quick to respond when we requested an inspection and quote for our roof. He got the estimate to us shortly after. We chose MC Roofing because Moises was very professional and responded to all our questions. When they began work, they showed up on time, and did exactly what they said they were going do. They were respectful of our property and kept the worksite clean. Moises was very good at keeping in constant communication with us throughout the job process. He and his crew have a good work ethic, and do excellent work. I would recommend MC Roofing to anybody who wants a quality job at a reasonable price. Steve B. Pacifica, CA. read more
