Perry took on the project of painting the exterior of my family home, which was most likely painted by my dad 30 years ago. The prep work alone would've made anyone run, but Perry was so kind and thorough. His attention to detail is impeccable and very clearly communicates any change orders that are needed during the process. He was kind to my mom during the process and very respectful of her space. I paid a little over $2K for 7 medium sized walls (mostly bathrooms). After the drywall patching was finished, the painting team returned unscheduled a few days later. I unfortunately was not in my apartment for the day, but they had already traveled over, so I had my sister let them in. I returned after they left a few days later and saw that one walls was not painted, there were spots that were missed, and they hadn't taped around certain areas (like light switch panels), as the paint didn't match, and it looked a bit messy. I then had to coordinate another time for someone to come back--understandably not an ideal situation for both parties!

Greg has done quite a bit of drywall repair work for us and working with him is always smooth…read moresailing. He's reliable and does great work. While were dealing with our roof leak issue, Greg helped out in many other ways. In addition to recommending a roofing contractor (which we ended up using), he also climbed up onto our roof (two story home), took many pictures, and consulted with a roofing contractor buddy of his, which I really appreciated! Before he could finish the job, we needed to make sure the leak was addressed. With the 10 week+ backlog, this meant doing the demo work and then not being able to complete the job (and be paid) for nearly 10 weeks. I felt terrible and offered to pay him upfront but he refused and said he had no issue waiting. Additionally, once the roof work was completed, he graciously offered to climb back up on the roof to do some water testing so we could be sure the roof repairs addressed the issue prior to rebuilding the bedroom closet that was damaged. Greg's work is great and he's very clean, always laying down paper to protect flooring and installing plastic barriers to prevent splatter from spraying knockdown texture. He also explains what he's going to do and is generally just a cool guy to chat with. Recently, we had some more work done and he responded quickly and did some additional repair/patch work for us. Lastly, he also spent time showing me how to do small patches and texture, even giving me a texture sponge and a sanding sponge. As you can see, Greg goes above and beyond for his clients - it's awesome to know that he'll take care of us if we ever have drywall work that needs to be done in the future.

I interviewed 5 contractors onsite, and Pedro was the most knowledgable, responsive, and fastest to to start. He's also genuinely positive and friendly. Pricing was fair and competitive. He is an excellent painter who carefully prepares and organizes his work space, everything is properly planned out, covered with clean tarps, plastic sheets, paper and tape before painting begins. When finished, everything is done to leave our home as clean as before - if not cleaner. While painting our kitchen, Maurice noticed that the water line to our refrigerator wasn't properly connected to the water outlet. He took it upon himself to drive to the nearest Home Depot to purchase a new hose which when installed it became evident that it prevented the refrigerator from properly aligning to the wall. He went back to Home Depot and exchanged it for another line which when installed made everything work perfectly. This dedication is what we refer to as "Going above and beyond the call of duty." We highly recommend Maurice Staub. It was a pleasure to have him in our home.
