Roof leaking, windows leaking, wood rot, termite damage. What a mess. Seamus has the skills (and in the case of the roof, the associates) to fix all of these problems. His team chiseled out all of the aged stucco and added new chicken wire, flashing and weep screeds. He removed all the rotten wood and essentially rebuilt the front corner of my house, including a decorative wall that was so leaky that its bones had completely rotted away. Then his team re-applied base stucco and let it cure properly before mixing a beautifully colored finishing coat that was perfectly textured. The house looks amazing now. I had been putting my head in the sand for years, ignoring all the growing cracks in the stucco and knowing that water was soaking the bones of my house. I have peace of mind now. He was the only one to take such a small drywall job so I always wanted to find a bigger job that he might have time for. Fast forward and now I need my new home painted. So of course I reach out to Jossie and he responds right away and comes out to give me a quote. While he's working on his quote I mention that I need help with my yard since I injured my back. Jossie had a drywall guy, so of course he has an awesome landscaper that I also hired. As far as the actual painting goes, he went way above and beyond. I liked the idea of having all my walls be like 7 different colors that met at the corners. That is really, really annoying to do, but Jossie just complemented the colors we picked. I got so bold as to add another color and before he knew we were of course going to pay more, all he asked was for an extra paint roller. It's amazing how clean all the lines are and how even all the paint is. He's a perfectionist that still wasn't totally satisfied with the amazing job he did for us. Long review but worth it. One last thing- Jossie is a "guy that knows a guy". It is very rare to find someone that does quality work that also networks with other skilled trades people.
