On the day we scheduled Carlos showed up on time and walked around with us to confirm the work to be done, placing blue tape so nothing was missed. He worked for several hours, applying multiple layers of "mud" where necessary and when done was meticulous about cleaning up each area where he worked. His work was that of a master craftsman.
