It was a fairly small job, to patch electrical work done replacing the panel). He was very reasonable and was able to complete the job quickly, which was in two parts. After the lathe was done, I needed to get an inspection done and the inspector commented on what a great job Sergio did ("better than most"). Saying, I didn't give my address , after speaking with him. What a poor response after the fact and only now. If I didn't call back they still had my request for a estimate. These guys did a great job on my outdoor bbq area finishing it with an acrylic stucco. I used cement board for my substrate and figured they would just mud and tape the seams but they went above and beyond wrapping the entire surface with the fiber mesh. The corners are all crisp 90s and the finish looks very uniform. They took care to mask off the countertops and the pavers and cleaned up after the job was finished. Thanks Sergio! read more

Sergio and his team did an amazing job to my old house. We decided to replace all the stucco for my major remodeling. They are hard working people and have great skills too. First, they spent a whole weekend to put on wires. When the inspector came, he just walked around the house, pulled the wire here and there, and signed his name without any questions. Then they came back every weekend to add a layer of coat. Even during the heat wave in the past August, they did not stop working. My GC is very happy with the flat and smooth coats. When the job is done, we realized an exterior light outlet was accidently covered by stucco. I texted Sergio and he came on the same day and broke the hole for the light exactly at the right location. Also they cleaned everything and took all the trash away. I had at least 7 quotes on putting up a new fence and all were quotes that didn't include the demolition of my aging cinder block and wrought iron fence. I finally found somebody to demo the whole thing but it was too costly and the entire project would have been over 6k. I started to research other options and then found Sergio. I called him and he responded immediately and told me he could remove the blocks and recreate a block wall and then stucco over the blocks. He also suggested a foam trim for the top of the wall. He was able to create a beautiful masterpiece that will last for years to come at half the price of tearing down and putting up a new fence. I hired Sergio to stucco the backside of my house and also multiple areas where windows we removed and moved. I initially had my handyman do it but it was poorly done and I was worried about waterproofing. Sergio pointed out multiple areas where it was done incorrectly and what needs to be done to fix it.
