We reached out to RC General through their yelp page and got a response within five minutes Jessica was quick to call and schedule us for an appointment within 48 hours She listened to our needs and discussed possible scenarios before offering us a free consultation with a site visit and estimate Unfortunately, we have an older home with something called T11 siding and some rotten window and door trim around the home She explained that this was called dry rot, and that it can spread if not treated Ryan came out to our home, was not only on time but arrived early and waited in his truck until our 12 o'clock appointment Ryan walked the entire property with us and found multiple other areas that had issues as well as areas that needed attention to prevent future damage Ryan explained to us that what we can see on the surface is not necessarily the full extent of the issues He was very clear about possible dry, rot in the framing and siding below the trim He offered us a few options as well as a clear and concise estimate It was impossible for him to realize what could be going on behind the window trim He gave us a very fair price and suggested some quality products which we could apply ourselves such as caulking, primer, and paint to prevent any additional damage As he suspected there was areas that required additional work was unforeseen at the time Unlike many other contractors, who would jack up their prices, he did the additional repairs at a very fair rate and helped us save some money in the process Of course, there are always things that come up during maintenance, remodels, and construction work, which will be surprises and you can't always know what the total cost will be until you expose it and get into the problem to find a solution We appreciate his expertise, Advice and communication throughout the entire process We will certainly use RC General again in the future. It's nice to know that not everyone is out to collect fees for estimates and Ryan's prices for change orders were very fair. He also came back after other jobs and on the weekends to ensure we could have this additional work wrapped up asap so it would be sealed and safe for the upcoming rains. They cleaned up each day, swept off our roof, and Even ran a magnet through our yard and driveway to ensure no nails or metal debris was left around since we have children at the house and pets who tend to stick things in their mouth. It was a fairly small job, to patch electrical work done replacing the panel). He was very reasonable and was able to complete the job quickly, which was in two parts. After the lathe was done, I needed to get an inspection done and the inspector commented on what a great job Sergio did ("better than most"). Sergio came back very promptly and on time to complete the stucco. Perfect experience and I highly recommend over other larger contractors (who have a $1200 minimum).

We appreciated his laidback attitude while also being upfront with his projected costs and schedule. Having numerous projects that needed redoing at the same time, we found his insight into ways to effectively cut costs while still maintaining the function and the aesthetic of our small bathroom invaluable. We met with multiple contractors before deciding who to work with on both of our bathrooms. Brannan and Oddyssey Builders were not only the most cost effective but far and away the most trustworthy people we met with during the quoting process. They didn't try to upsell us anything or talk about large overhead design features we didn't need. Brannan took time to have lengthy discussions with us up front about different options we had to lower costs to make our remodels what we wanted within our budget. It was an incredibly personable experience compared to simple impersonal sales pitches w/out in-depth discussions we had with other contractors. We trusted Brannan to carry out our vision of the projects within our budget and he delivered 100%. The results are beautiful. Two different bathrooms, each dramatically improved from what was there before while displaying our personal taste and adding some character to our home. We really love how much we were able to drive the design of the bathrooms with Brannan's guidance on the different tradeoffs of options for each decision. The final bathroom products are beautiful, polished and satisfy all of our needs and desires.
