Our General Contractor, RS painting, did an amazing job renovating our hallway shower. We love the new colors and the plumbing, installed back in 1986, had to be redone as well The crew was efficient and always professional. Completed the project on time too. Great job done by all!! Love it. Now onto our Master Room shower!!! Yeah!! read more

RS painting just finished up and exterior painting project on our home. I could not be more pleased. They were on time for the estimate and the estimate was clear and through. The price, while not the absolute cheapest was far better than most of the other bids we received. The onsite crew was excellent, answered all my questions and quickly corrected the minor issues I noted. They did not nickle and dime at all and as a matter of fact did a couple of things that were not required of them. The job site was left clean and tidy. They left extra paint and stain for some projects I'll tackle myself. I am VERY pleased with the quality of the work and I would most definitely use them again! Thanks Robert! read more

Robert and his team did a great job on my house, which included interior ceiling popcorn removal, prep and paint, interior wall paint, new baseboards, hand-railing stain and paint, touch-up, some light repair to roof and rain gutters to prep for paint, exterior painting, and some misc paint/touch-ups. He was prompt and responsive and prices were fair. Robert was able to bundle some prep work, to save time and money. Overall, I highly recommend his work and team for home remodeling, light carpenter/interior/exterior repair and trim and paint work. read more

Called RS painting on Tuesday morning to inquire about painting my daughter's room in the home we just purchased, before we move in this Saturday. I wasn't expecting to find someone on such short notice, but Robert was so accommodating. He was able to meet me within a few hours of our conversation to give me a quote, quoted me less than 2 other painters I had inquired with, and was able to not only paint the room that SAME DAY, he did it within a few hours! The quality of work was top notch. The edges/lines were clean, color was even, and was exactly what we had envisioned. I was so impressed by his professionalism, flexibility , quality of work and expertise as well as his reasonable pricing. I will definitely be calling for further work in the future. Thank you, Robert! read more

This review is long overdue. We used RS painting this summer while preparing our home for sale in Maxwell Park. We were introduced to them by our Realtor/PM and she had nothing but amazing things to say about them. Everything she said about this company was true and more. The team was courteous, efficient, extremely professional, reliable dedicated and their quote extremely fair. They painted the exterior of our home, stained our deck, repaired a few issues that needed to be addressed prior to going on the market. The Work was completed on time and the level of theri craftsmanship was Top Notch!!! Because of their great work, we got top dollar for the sale of our home and we are forever grateful. We will used them again for sure! read more

I set a date with Robert to scope out the work and provide me a quote. Then I never heard from him again. He ignored my text. If you can't rely on a company to manage their appointments, chances are you can't rely on them to deliver quality work. read more

Character is what you do when no one else is watching. This is what I found in RS Painting. They were actually painting my neighbors house, and cane by only to let me know they would be at my fence line. I found myself in a pickle that day as I was having carpet installed, and the person painting and putting in my baseboards had cancelled. RS workers Jose and Alex were kind enough to have Robert give be a call who graciously offered to help me out. It was not a big job, and certainly not in his Saturday plans I am sure. He came by a few hours later and knocked it out no problem. Out of all the baseboards in my house they look the best. When I do get my house repainted this will be my go to company! read more

I just bought a house and needed the whole interior painted and some wood planks removed. I got multiple bids for painting and RS Painting was affordable. Robert and his team did a phenomenal job, they were fast, efficient, great quality of work. When the job is done Robert walks the job with you to make sure everything is completed. I was on a time crunch and he was able to get the job started right away and finished within the week. He helped me choose the perfect color and I absolutely love it. He definitely has an eye for picking out the right colors. I would definitely recommend him for the job! read more

The team at RS Painting just finished up the exterior of my home in Pleasant Hill. Damn, it looks good. Rob came out and gave me an estimate which I compared to other companies. I accepted his quote and just had to wait for 4 days of good weather! He kept in touch via text and would let me know if his guys were going to be able to work on the house for about a month. It has been a very wet spring but finally the weather cleared. On Monday, they came and power washed the house. Tuesday was prep day- they scraped, sanded and did minor stucco repair-all included in the price. One of his foremen, Carlo, did the actual spraying . They finished up on Friday and we did a walk through. Carlo touched up a couple small spots and it was done. I can not recommend this company enough. We are going to use them this fall when we do some interior painting. read more

I feel compelled to leave this review again - for some reason it keeps disappearing. I used RS Painting 4 times in 2020. The first time was to patch a small area of drywall in a bathroom and paint the rest of the room. The second time was to patch a HUGE area of drywall from a ceiling flood and retexture and paint the ceiling and walls. Then I had them come back out to paint all the kitchen cupboards because I decided to sell the place. Lastly, a few months later, they came out and painted the whole interior of my new place. I obviously had excellent service and responsiveness from the company. Robert was a dream to work with and I still refer him co-workers, friends, and family to this day. I highly recommend them - they came through consistently during a fairly stressful year for me. read more

Great experience with RS Painting. Reasonable price, fast response times, job very well done. Robert was helpful with painting color blocks so we could see the differences in daylight, shade and different angles. His team was very cautious around our plants and didn't damage anything. No brainer - we'd definitely use RS Painting again and highly recommend them to anyone needing a good paint job! read more

RS Painting is very responsive and was able to schedule our exterior painting project fairly quickly. They had it planned to complete before we went on vacation, including some dry rot repair. The process of the dry rot repair went very well and the painting started on time. Then they had a staffing issue one day that put them behind. After that, the whole project changed. The crew who finished our home after a couple days of rain seemed to have a totally different process. They didn't tape off the windows, they were messy, and got paint all over our newly installed windows and deck. They didn't even seem to know how to clean up when we pressed the issue with Robert, the owner. He had moved on to other projects and I assume his real crew had too. So you don't always get what you pay for. read more

Brandon did an excellent job painting our home office. He was extremely responsive from start to finish, gave me the most competitive quote, and finished the job very efficiently. He did great job patching up the cracks on my wall before painting. I'm very satisfied with the quality of his work and his professionalism. Would definitely hire him again! read more

Amazing workmanship, AMAZING! I got my loft painted. Walls, baseboards, doors and trim.  They taped off and covered everything professionally so there was absolutely nothing wrong with any furniture or flooring. They sanded and painted the baseboards to perfection  They chose the colors for the accent walls etc and it turned out perfect.  I would strongly recommend them, especially if you're a perfectionist read more

Really nice to chat with for a second opinion. He gave me an honest assessment of another painters estimate and whether it was in the ballpark and what to look for. Thanks! read more

Robert and his crew did a fantastic job painting my kitchen cabinet. They were very respectful, professional, and punctual. I really appreciate how Robert would always call me back or answer my calls, and would let me know if he's running late (due to traffic). I also like that he never cancelled any of our appointments. He gave me a time frame, and finished my cabinet on time. He also made sure that everything was done properly and did touch ups if needed. Will definitely recommend them to anybody who needs a paint job. They were so easy to work with and they definitely know what they're doing :) Thank you so much!!! read more

These guys are awesome! We live out of state and had a rental property in Concord that needed painting. We got several quotes and theirs was right in the mid range - very fair price. Most impressive to us though was their honesty and great customer service and communication. For example, we thought we might have dry rot around our windows so Robert went out to give us a quote on that prior to painting and he took video to show us that fortunately it was not dry rot just peeling paint. They also did a lot of prep work which makes a big difference in results and it shows! We were really pleased with how the house turned out. Highly recommend based value and great service. read more

the process of setting up a time for Robert to come take a look at your potential job was very pleasing. he shows up on time has a great personality and really takes pride in his work. I booked him to paint my kitchen cabinets a month in advance, During that time he continued to stay in touch via email to make sure everything was still set in stone and had everything. He and his workers were at my house on time every single time. They worked all day, and do phenomenal work. They want to make sure you are happy with the work. they refuse to leave unless your 100% satisfied and happy. heck, they even go above and beyond. They even asked to do other touch up around the near by area of their work to only make the kitchen look that much better. I will definitely be using Robert and his co workers to do some upstairs work as well as the exterior paint job for my house this summer. read more

RS Painting - fantastic job Painting RS did painting my cabinets which were a light oak color to begin with - Painters Near Me - Concord, California

RS Painting recently finished painting our home, and from the very beginning to completion, it was a fantastic experience! When we first met Robert, his suggestions were definitely appreciated, as his ideas and expertise where better than ours. We have a larger home, three levels on a steep hill, with many decks with wood rails, a gazebo, an arbor, and a storage shed. Other painting companies were concerned about the scope and challenge of our project, but not Robert. Every one of the professionals involved with our project were polite, concerned about satisfying any concerns of ours, and did not take any shortcuts. Our completed home and the job that RS Painting did far exceeded our expectations. At least a 6 Star experience! Thanks you, Robert & all the team at RS Painting!! Pat Tunney read more

We had Robert come out to give us a bid on painting over blue walls in the kitchen and he was prompt in coming out. The estimate was very reasonable and he was able to put us on his calendar within a couple of days, accommodating our schedules. He was very professional and personable with an eye for detail. He and his helper finished in one day (mulitple layers to remove the blue) which saved us considerable time if we did it ourselves. I would definitely recommend RS Painting for your painting needs. Thank you, Robert! read more

This was a disappointing experience for me. Robert provided an estimate and helped me pick colors, but that was the last I saw of him until it was time for him to be paid. He sent over some painters to do the job, but they weren't provided with the color scheme I liked which resulted in the wrong color on my house. Robert offered to re-paint the house, and he did, but so hastily that I can see the wrong color bleeding through the new. The whole job was a huge disappointment. read more

Robert is great to work with. He gave me a reasonable price, provided good oversight of his workers and workers came everyday until the job was done. Everyday I look at our freshly painted home and am happy! read more
