Whoa. Constancio is an artist. I hired him to remove some old vents from the side of my stucco-finished home and fix some rougher/mismatched areas. He scraped out the old bit, re-papered, and then finished the patch with a textured skim coat on top. It matches PERFECTLY. Defiantly good way to go about it. Water proofing was very detailed.
