He also was able to repair 3 marble tiles in our foyer that had developed a hairline cracks due to the foundation cement cracking underneath, which was partially due to the original contractor not putting enough glue under the marble tiles. Being told that our floor would be fully installed in 4-5 days max, then my 4 month old baby, my wife and myself were displaced from our home for 19 days is only of the many issues we had to deal with. Some of my wives small delicate figurines we're broken when a shelf was dropped, a large plant dropped in our living room and the soil was thrown into our kitchen sink (sink will not drain, see pictures below). Half way through the job, the installers were sent to another job for allegedly for a day or two to finish up another job but ended up being 3 days. My wife and the installation supervisor Tony had multiple conversations about potential job timeline completion, and after speaking to the sales agent at The Floor Store (Gio) about conversations about Tony and his potential end date for our house, turns out Tony told the sales agent that he never had those conversations with my wife. Yes, essentially calling my wife a liar. After a week of situating ourselves back into our home, only to try and do dishes in our soil clogged sink, I can't justify leaving more than 1 star on this review, even if the floor is really, really nice!

Noe and Maria arrived on time and did a beautiful job on the shower regrout and Noe even accommodated some last minute requests to add caulking in the kitchen and quarter round. Unfortunately, we had different ideas about what grout 'touch-ups' meant for the floors - I wanted a few spots regrouted to match the rest of the flooring's grout color - but it really lacked a professional touch and didn't look good at all. I did invite Noe to come back to redo it, and it still did not meet the professional standard I paid for. I would have appreciated more thorough communication from the start to make sure I was getting what I needed. To be honest, this was not the cheapest quote I got but paid more because of the great reviews. I would be happy to change my review to 5 stars if the team wants to come back for a full regrout on the floors, but I'm not planning to pay any more than I already have. I must have visited ANS two dozen times for a multi-room project that included three bathrooms, a kitchen with countertops, and an open-floor living room. I met Adam on my very first visit, and at the time I hadn't committed to any store, design, or plan in general. From that first conversation, I could tell he was going to be an incredible resource for the scope of our project. What I particularly appreciated was that Adam was never pushy in any particular direction. He listened to all of our ramblings, ideas, and issues and helped us find the right solution rather than trying to steer us toward a particular product. Throughout the multi-month process, Adam showed an incredible amount of patience, kindness, and proactiveness in helping us build our dream home. He started by asking about the styles and inspiration we liked, and from there helped us slowly whittle everything down to the right colors and designs for each room. He was incredibly knowledgeable about different stone types and finishes and how they would affect the overall look and feel of a room. He even went as far as creating beautiful, accurate AI mock-ups of our kitchen when we were indecisive between two countertops. Issue after issue, Adam helped us resolve things with as little stress as possible. At one point, the tile we had initially decided on didn't have enough material available for our project. By the very next day, he had a proper solution lined up, and we didn't experience any downtime on the project. He was constantly flagging potential issues for us to consider--honed vs. polished vs. leather (what a concept!), how different finishes would look in rooms with lots of light or very little light, and all the little details I wouldn't have thought about on my own. Over and over again, I kept thinking, "I couldn't do this without him," and results came out gorgeous. He also helped us purchase materials piecemeal so we didn't end up with a huge amount of leftover material, which ultimately saved us a significant amount of money. Finally, he gave us an excellent recommendation for a marble floor installer. Adam's vision and judgment were spot-on, and the outcome was even better than I could have imagined. He's handsome to boot. I really hope this review helps get Adam's potential and hard work recognized. It is genuinely no exaggeration to say I couldn't have done this project without him, and I certainly think a promotion or raise would be well deserved! Just working overtime to help render multiple AI samples I thought was genius to help us visualize things for those less imaginative.  Beyond Adam's amazing qualities, the entire team I encountered at ANS was incredibly kind and friendly. I genuinely looked forward to visiting every time. Alana and Victoria were always incredibly helpful on the days Adam wasn't there, and they were also happy to weigh in with their own thoughts and opinions. Lorraine was the sweetest and always had treats for my little pup. Robert was also always around as a friendly face. They treated each other really well, too, which says a lot about the environment at the company. And then there's the slabs team: Fernando, Sergio, and Greg. They were so incredibly patient and helpful whenever I needed to look at slabs. There were many times I would ask them to pull and display four different slabs for us to compare. Sometimes they had to do this multiple times in a single day, and sometimes right at closing because I arrived late. They never once made me feel bad about it, even though I'm sure it wasn't the most pleasant thing to do, and they were always incredibly gracious throughout the process. They also helped me and my team load six different truckloads of tile at various points. I mostly watched while providing lots of vocal moral support. One time they were having a BBQ, and Sergio even offered me a burger while Fernando manned the grill. Overall, ANS has an amazing, friendly team, and they have gained a forever client. They sold me unmatched tile, even though they had told me they would match. The invoice actually says "Color does not match, do not sell together". Also, the tiles did not match in height! I didn't sdiscover the mistake until my contractor had already started the prep job. All Natural Stone only gave me the option of returning the tile. I talked with them by phone and in person and they said they would try to give me a "dealer discount" (10%), a pitance considering the the extra work and materials needed to raise the narrower tiles to the other height. The store never got back to me, no compensation, no apology. I would not recommend them but, if you purchase, be extra aware for bait and switch.

We chose mosaic "Terrae" for the floor of the shower and for a matching band of color at about eye level, with glossy white subway tiles for the walls. Kirk suggested a perfect light gray grout color that would unify these two very different tiles -- and we have been so happy with the result! We have lived with our new shower for almost five months now, and I am always admiring the elegant look -- and also the very practical nature of these choices. The white subway tile makes the shower seem very bright, light, spacious, and the mosaic tiles on the floor and in the eye level horizontal band offer so much texture and depth. He visited promptly to inspect the work and describe his solutions. In two instances he posed solutions and said, "is that something you wanna do or I can do it for you?"We are not very handy. However, his coaching solutions were within the scope of our ability, enabling us to save money. For example, we wanted a change in lighting in a bathroom remodeled 40 years ago. He informed us where to get the needed items and gave me suggestions to do it all ourselves. Likewise when we sought an aesthetic solution involving an outdoor spigot, he advised an easy, do-it-yourself solution. With his consultation we ordered parts he needed, saving the cost of additional time. On the day of work we went over changes and set priorities and timing for the job. Periodically he called us to examine some choice points in the work, and he proceeded as we decided. The work accomplished required carpentry, replacement of hinges, installing a push bar, and modifying a screen door enabling it to close all the way. Everything was completed thoroughly and perfectly. Additionally many windows had been sticking, and he provided the desired maintenance.
