Joe came to look at my decorative siding under my front window. Had wood rot from rain hitting siding. Knowing that I needed a general contractor to fix it, I used a referral from my lanscape contractor. After looking at my wood rot, Joe said he replace the wood w/ concrete and repaint the siding. Joe came out to look at our duplex's deck and porch fencing, which had begun to rot and damage the internal structure of the building. He came up with an out-of-the-box solution to address the root of the problem (water access!) that kept the scope of the work to a minimum compared to other bids. I'd hired Bumble Bee Construction/Joe Interiano to replace exterior balcony railings, overhang support (story and a half high) and front steps of my A-frame house. He did a superior job; his craftsmanship was done with precision. Joe maintained the A-Frame architectural integrity. The front steps have a perfect flow, unlike steps to my backyard gate, which have an abrupt last step up (done by another contractor). Joe was prompt with our initial meeting, he'd listened to all my design and timing concerns, and I never felt rushed by him; I was the anxious one. I'd agreed on his quote, and he was confident that he could finish before my already booked house painter. It took Joe 1.5 days to complete.
