We requested work to start as soon as possible. However, weeks later without any confirmed start date, Pacific Coast Roofing incredible blamed US for the delay. The message exchanges are attached and you be the judge. - We selected steel gutter screen option as the location is prone to falling leaves. However, Pacific Coast Roofing never installed it, but instead sent us invoice charging us for the screen. At best this is gross negligence and at worst it's fraud. We had to inspect the gutter ourselves to discover this, AFTER receiving invoice billing us for it. See attached pictures of the SOW and Invoice. - The job covers both main house and garage as per our quote. No confirmation garage gutter were replaced. If you are considering working with Pacific Coast Roofing, my recommendation is to inspect carefully and every step of the way what they are installing.

From the very beginning, Ethan, Michael, Oscar, Belmonda and the entire team stood out because of their transparency, honesty, and genuine care. They took the time to educate us about our roof and pointed out issues and considerations that other roofing companies never even mentioned. We truly felt that they cared about our family and our home, regardless of whether we chose them for the project. The communication before and during the project was exceptional. Every team member knew their role, and everyone worked together like a symphony. The entire process was organized, professional, and efficient. Most importantly, the finished roof looks absolutely amazing. No construction project is completely without challenges, and we did experience a few mishaps along the way. What impressed us most was how Ethan and the team handled them. They took responsibility, communicated openly, and worked diligently to make things right. That level of accountability speaks volumes about their honor, integrity, and professionalism. Their responsiveness and commitment to resolving issues demonstrated exactly why they are such a trustworthy, reliable, and dependable company.
