His team of six roofers, plus gutter/downspout fabricators, finished our job in two days - as promised. They arrived early each day. From start to finish, they demonstrated incredible professionalism, efficiency, and offered competitive pricing for the high-quality work they provided. What stood out most was their excellent communication--I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process--and their dedication to cleanliness at the job site. They were incredibly easy to work with and receptive to feedback. Specifically, when I expressed that I wasn't happy with the color of the flashing, Noem was great about changing the color to my satisfaction without any hassle. If you are looking for a reliable, professional, and responsive roofing contractor in the Bay Area, look no further than Marina Bay Roofing.

They gave us a quote on my cottage that we didn't ask for. They also said they looked at my roof and the leak is coming from a rubber pipe that wasn't installed properly. We had 4 other quotes and they all said the same thing except McLeran roofing which didn't make any sense at all. When I was speaking to Sarah she spoke so fast and continued to talk over me when I was trying to understand what she was quoting me. I do not recommend this company. I got quotes…read morefrom a few companies, but what impressed me off the bat with Carlos and ELM is how thoroughly he explained exactly how the process would go, what material would be used, and what would happen each step of the way. Carlos and his foreman Ricardo did a fantastic job. They worked quickly and efficiently, but also made sure to clean up all the debris that fell off the roof multiple times throughout the week, including from our neighbor's yard. During the project, Carlos was here multiple days walking through the progress with me, answering any questions, and touching up any small things I found. They even replaced our super old mesh screen behind our attic ventilation to ensure that it kept out any unwanted bugs or rodents from our attic. Carlos and team finished the entire re-roofing within about a week, and we got our city approval on the following day. I'm also really impressed with the multi-decade warranty that ELM provides for its customers, both through itself and through the manufacturers of its products. Highly recommend ELM and especially Carlos and Ricardo - they were fantastic to work with.

Rodrigo walked through all the details with me in the first visit, before giving me any quotes. He spent 2 hours in examining all possible corner situations and explained to me how the team would approach them. And this includes coordination with a different team - TSP Solar - for solar un-installation and re-installation. 2. Rodrigo gave me a detailed quote with price on each item. 3. He also provided free labor services for replacing 2 skylights, adding vents on the ridge, and replacing damaged planks. 4. During the project, our project manager Pedro is very responsive and responsible, and comes to site every day, explained to me about the progress and plans, and always stay in sync with Rodrigo for details that Rodrigo and i have agreed upon previously. 5. The team did a great roofing job, a lot of attention to details such as waterproofing shingles. They went the extra mile to paint the shingles to match the wall. Overall great service and experience. Highly recommending this company.

Their crew was incredibly well organized--almost choreographed--and completed the entire job in one day. Even my neighbors commented on how impressive they were. They were extremely responsive, even repairing an active leak the very day we signed the contract, and then completed her new roof right on schedule. When an issue arose with the driveway, they took care of that as well. From start to finish, Capstone has been responsive, professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. The company also uses large 4-hour appointment windows (8 AM-12 PM or 12 PM-4 PM) for inspections. As a landlord, I was uncomfortable sitting outside the property for hours waiting for the technician to arrive, as I did not want to appear intrusive or make tenants uncomfortable. The phone representative assured me the technician would call before arriving, but that did not happen. Overall, the experience reflected poor customer service and poor communication between departments from the very beginning. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Capstone Roofing.

Full credit to Rodrigo and Lincon, who were on top of things throughout the project. First, they patiently explained the full roofing process to me in detail when I was getting estimates. This was not my experience with some of the other roofing companies who felt rushed or were asking me to cut corners. In contrast, ELM gave me several alternatives before we zeroed on to a torchdown roof. Next, Rodrigo and Lincon were very communicative on our group chat and kept me apprised of the progress throughout, including tons of photos. Rodrigo was also very proactive in dealing with the city for permits as well as clarifications etc, which happened several times since our city is one of the stricter ones. During all this, we had a running clock since we were in contract to sell the house, but Rodrigo and company kept things in motion, sometimes working late hours to ensure completion on time, which we did with several days to spare. It was also very nice of them to talk to my buyers to tell them about the new roof in detail. I was also pleasantly surprised with their integrity. For example, the roofing torch is huge and heavy and accidentally did some minor damage to the house. They fixed it without questions in a very timely manner. They also provided us with a courtesy cleanup inside the house to cleanup roofing debris after demolition. So yeah, thanks to Rodrigo, Lincon, and their crew, we have a brand new roof and siding. They are polite, professional, reasonably priced, great at communication, and clean up well after themselves. Would recommend them 100/100.
