Very happy with our roof and gutter replacement! Gilad was so thorough and responsive through the evaluation process, going the extra mile to ensure I made an informed decision and assuaging some initial concerns I had with going from shingle roof to a torch down flat system. They were knowledgeable about codes and permitting requirements, which was comforting. His team made some extra aesthetic touches with gravel to make the roof look more residential and less commercial. Along with replacing the gutters, they added gutter shields and added new downspouts. The white downspouts (previously painted blue) now add a nice accent to the house. How often does a contractor's performance outdo their promise? In my experience not too often. In the case of NC Roofing, they showed up on time, told me the job would be completed in one day, and that when they left it would be like they were never there. Score them perfect with a 3 out of 3. From the start their project manager/sales person, Ariel, showed a real interest in my project and produced a competitive bid with no surprises. The site manager Bull was the first one on the job, explained the process, verified the roofing choices, and got his two man crew started. He reviewed progress twice during the day and was the last one to leave the site, insuring that all my needs were met. And Ariel followed up the next day for a QA review as an added validation. Of the three bids I got, Ariel offered the best cost value, with high quality products and installation supporting their generour product warranties. The bid also included 100 square feet of dry rot replacement, something not included in any of the other competitor bids I reviewed. Ours was a small but challenging install with skylights, a Dutch hip in the front, gutter guards ,and a weathervane. Accommodating each of these was part of the bid, not an extra. They even adjusted my FM antenna for me. I highly recommend these folks and encourage you to ask for Ariel and Bull. I have already asked them to quote a new roof for our other building. read more

First, the installation process was smooth. The communication during the installation could not have been better. The job was done perfectly and on time. The highlight of the review is the service I received a year after the installation. We were having a problem around our bathroom exhaust fan and so I called the company. The owner, Niv, was out of country on vacation. He returned my call from a foreign country to make sure I was taken care of. He sent his team to my house which checked out everything. I spent what seemed like the entire month of January interviewing roofing contractors and solar installers. The extreme differences in attitude, pricing, recommendations and willingness to work alongside, in cooperation with, each other was interesting. I ended up creating a spreadsheet so that I could compare everything I was being offered. After meeting with NC Roofing 3x, and having them answer many follow-up questions, I selected them. After searching, then searching again, for a decent roofing company, I came across NC Roofing Solutions. The bid was consistent with other companies and what I appreciated is that a percentage of repair was embedded within the bid (other companies small printed additional costs for repair which would have significantly increased the overall price). I was assigned Gilad as a point person who walked me through the process and acted as the primary contact throughout the demolition, repair and replacement of our roof. The crew was efficient, polite and clearly knew their craft. Considering roofing is now a capital budget project, I am appreciative of the knowledge, frequent communication, and overall expertise Gilad and his team provided. The only reason why I am providing a 4/5 is that nothing in life is 100% perfect, especially as it relates to these large projects.
