This was not an easy project, as access to the house's main roof is blocked by a front fence and a separate 2 car garage. So his team improvised a bridge from the garage's roof to the house roof. The attention to detail was ongoing throughout the project. They refurbished the skylights and house vents and then painted them a color that matched the shingles. Fast forward to Jose showing up literally the SAME DAY I called when others that said WEEKS! We talked, he LISTENED (big thing to me) and did an estimate. I didn't even bother to get other estimates at this point because he was the ONLY one to show any concern about my house. The work was done in a timely fashion with no upselling at any point and when tiles were found to be cracked (previously undetected) he simply used the spares I had without trying to make a buck selling me new ones! Absolutely great service! Now, for the best part. Almost a year later I have the problems return. Jose comes back out, inspects and takes care of it all! Mind you, it was raining off & on and things are getting wet and he comes out the same day and does a temp repair to stop any damage. Thankfully the rain stopped. His schedule was jammed he told me and to expect them in a few days. But then they show up the next day and hammer it all out!! NOW THAT IS SERVICE. Don't hesitate, call Roofing Craftsmen.

They took the time to educate us about our roof and pointed out issues and considerations that other roofing companies never even mentioned. We truly felt that they cared about our family and our home, regardless of whether we chose them for the project. The communication before and during the project was exceptional. Every team member knew their role, and everyone worked together like a symphony. The entire process was organized, professional, and efficient. Most importantly, the finished roof looks absolutely amazing. No construction project is completely without challenges, and we did experience a few mishaps along the way. What impressed us most was how Ethan and the team handled them. They took responsibility, communicated openly, and worked diligently to make things right. That level of accountability speaks volumes about their honor, integrity, and professionalism. Their responsiveness and commitment to resolving issues demonstrated exactly why they are such a trustworthy, reliable, and dependable company. As a homeowner, those qualities matter just as much as the quality of the work itself. The genuine care they bring to their customers and their craft is what truly sets them apart. The roof was in pretty bad shape as well, needed some repair as it was very old and Israel and his team just went with the flow. It's a little nuts seeing your roof completely gone after a day or so, then see it get built up to a completely new clean roof is pretty amazing. Israel and his team also put in venting. fixed up ALL the flashing, cleaned up all the existing vent pipes, installed a fan as well. It all went so well, easy and the roof looks great. This was by far the easiest experience I have ever had with a contractor and/or their team.
