Great job. Need them again. Made sure my leaking issue was completely taken care of and my stucco and wall turned out great!

Morales Plastering Construction has been our smoothest experience yet! The owner, Alejandro Morales, is a joy to work with. He takes immense pride in his work, and it's evident that his team respects and enjoys working for him. He is a hands-on owner who (literally) isn't afraid to get his hands dirty to ensure the highest quality; he even personally helped complete the finishing paint work on the repaired stucco and surrounding areas. Communication with Alejandro and his team was top-notch. All workers showed up on time and cleaned the job site at the end of each day. We had multiple leaks in our windows, and Mr. Morales was able to diagnose the root cause immediately. He offered repair recommendations and a very fair quote--a much better route than replacing the windows entirely! If you have leaks associated with rain or any non-roof-related stucco or siding issues, look no further than Morales Plastering Construction!

Unfortunately, when the window had to be reinstalled, the window company used a different contractor who didn't do a good job. Thankfully, Morales Construction was eventually brought back to repair the damage--and once again, the results were gorgeous. They completed everything in just one day, and the quality of their work really shows. They're professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Morales Construction.

We had gone quite a few rounds with the other contractor but the wall just didn't meet our quality standards. Andy was super responsive, professional, and very friendly. He was confident that he could match the stucco with no problem. He came over a few days later, shaved down the old stucco, revised the work with new stucco within an hour. It matched perfectly! I didn't realize Stucco was something that required a bit more specialization, and Andy is definitely your guy if you need quality stucco work. I would hire Andy again in a heartbeat if we had any stucco needs in the future!

The patches looked awful, and a second attempt to correct them failed, too. Then I did some research and found Davis Stucco. From the very first interactions via email, I was impressed by how promptly and clearly Andy communicated. He came to my house on time and showed a depth of knowledge I had not found with other contractors. He also explained in detail what he could do and why each step was important. Then he executed on time and according to plan. The resulting patches match the historic edifice perfectly. They integrate with the existing stucco seamlessly, and this is a huge relief. His team was courteous, and they cleaned up beautifully. I would not hesitate to work with Andy again.

The 46" by 96" closet doors were ordered in wood, but they arrived with mirrors. As you can see from the attached photo, the room's entry door would clash with mirrored doors and could be susceptible to damage when opened. So, we returned the unopened mirror doors, and despite the error not being ours, we were saddled with a $79 return fee...ouch! Floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors are pricey and require a special order, and after the big box fiasco, I didn't want to risk another problem. That's when Rogelio and Mark came up with the idea to build their own custom bi-fold doors, and at a fraction of what it would've cost via an HD order. The results were absitively spot on in every detail. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome and grateful to Rogelio and Mark for their time, patience and expertise in building the doors.
