Before hiring him, I did a competitive analysis with another vendor and he came out more price competitive. Aside from that, he was quicker to respond, explained his process and was very professional, commercially with his quoting system. Moreover, one of the crack repairs he did called for extensive repairs that were not envisioned in the original quote, and he still took care of it! I can't recommend him enough!

I hired Alliance Plastering Services to work on an exterior wall 25 ft long x 4.5 ft high. The job…read moreinvolved removing the crumbling brick facade, then rebuilding the wall with new waterproofing, stucco weep screed, and new scratch and brown coat. From day one, my interactions with Rafael were very positive. After an on-site meeting, we continued to discuss my project over emails and texts. He was very detailed and raised his concerns about the underlying integrity of the old stucco behind the brick, as well as achieving an exact match to the existing stucco. When it came to the work itself, I was very pleased with his work ethics of starting on time. He even showed up an hour earlier to avoid the traffic and waited to start at the appointed time of 8 am. What a guy! His work also had to pass City inspections. It was a breeze - no problems at all. Rafael's bid was reasonable, and his work is excellent. He is pleasant, honest and professional. It was truly a great experience working with him on this project. He was respectful of my time, tenants, and property. I would not hesitate to hire him again for any stucco or plaster work in the future. All the best to you, Rafael!

Rogelio responded promptly to our request. Estimate quickly followed, as well as scheduling the job. Rogelio is incredibly skilled and just a tremendous talent. He not only matched the texture and painted everything beautifully. He rolled back the clock and made our home look better than new. He also repaired the stucco trim along our garage and one window. His pricing was extremely fair and I would recommend Roge Plastering for any of your stucco and painting work.

The story behind these custom bi-fold doors built by Rogelio and Mark begins with a big box store…read moreblooper. The 46" by 96" closet doors were ordered in wood, but they arrived with mirrors. As you can see from the attached photo, the room's entry door would clash with mirrored doors and could be susceptible to damage when opened. So, we returned the unopened mirror doors, and despite the error not being ours, we were saddled with a $79 return fee...ouch! Floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors are pricey and require a special order, and after the big box fiasco, I didn't want to risk another problem. That's when Rogelio and Mark came up with the idea to build their own custom bi-fold doors, and at a fraction of what it would've cost via an HD order. The results were absitively spot on in every detail. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome and grateful to Rogelio and Mark for their time, patience and expertise in building the doors.

Golden State Seismic & Structural - Trenching for rebar and concrete that hardy frames will connect to for softstory retrofit

Brian, Holly, and Gerardo are the best…read more When I contacted them initially two years ago, within the first 10 minutes of talking they'd recognized that our house was not a simple brace & bolt project given its soft story and referred me to a structural engineer (who himself was excellent) for review/evaluation. I begin with this because that structural engineer mentioned he'd had Brian do his own retrofitting and highly recommended him, which was the only endorsement I needed. The scope of the work was soft story retrofit (incl. excavation at the front of the garage to install a Hardy frame, adding in shear walls with bolts, shear wall with URFP ties all along the house's perimeter) as well as adding in anchors (e.g., hand dug piers, rebar, concrete) in the front and back of the house to prevent the house from further sinking. We initially applied for and got into the ESS program, which Brian/Holly guided us through (pulling permits, getting photos, contacting our engineer for letters/responses on ESS program follow-ups). As in the first time and every subsequent time, they were swift and helpful in responding. ESS, if you don't know (like I didn't), goes through FEMA and requires FEMA review and approval of your plans at each step of the way, but the whole program came to a standstill in 2025-26. We had no updates despite us and Brian/Holly repeatedly following up. We gave up on ESS in April and decided to move ahead with the retrofit. Brian was able to work us into his schedule and work began early May and work was completed in just a little over two weeks, a full week faster than I expected. The whole time Brian/Holly kept us apprised of the status, schedule, and inspections; and forwarded us all documentation and pictures as they came up. The crew was efficient and detailed and did thorough clean ups of the worksite after each day. We felt in control and informed the whole time and are confident in the result; I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

He went above and beyond to guide me through the process. Jordan and his installation team were very pleasant to work with.
