If you don't have an appointment, I would expect to wait a long time as they can't guarantee when they will get you in. People line up well before opening because they know if you show up after, your whole morning is shot. I've gone to other locations and the difference is night and day. No one in the waiting room appeared frustrated for any reason. I also found the wait after checking in to be quite short. The phlebotomist was easy to interact with, and was happy to explain specifics about my blood draw. Finally, I very happy she was able to draw my blood on her first try (yes, I've encountered ones who did not--so this is important to me!). Jessica is amazing!!! My mom and my family have the history of having hidden veins, so it's been…read morevery hard to find the vein to take blood. Having a blood test has been my mom's fear for years. She has a great nurse that does a great job at drawing blood so when she came here to visit and it was time to do another test for her doctor to see results, she got very nervous again. However, Jessica did everything painlessly in less than 2 minutes, which was incredible. The process of making an appointment and getting the result is very seamless. They allow walk-ins but making an appointment is highly encourage. My mom booked 8am appointment, took care of the payment, and got out no later than 8:15am. I was told the result would be available around 12-1pm the next day, but it was already emailed to me before 8am the next day. You can stop by to get the hard copy if you'd like. The office is warm and cozy. Overall I'm so happy that my mom had a very good experience here with Jessica. Thank you, Jessica, for your amazing skill and making my mom comfortable!

We waited about 10 minutes after check in to be called in by the doctor. Doctor came and said everything is fine. Told her about the nasty cough and then she check his lungs again more intently. Tested hi. For strep and sent us home. From check in to exit was total 30 minutes. By the time we got him the result was in and prescription sent to pharmacy. No one called us to discuss the result or that there is a prescription to pickup. Neither the nurse or doctor asked us how we were or greeted us. Quite transactional. Super wired.

Went there for the first time today (5/4/26). People (all who were fasting) lined up before they…read moreeven opened, and when the doors did open, I found the process to be logical and organized. Sign in at the kiosk, sit down, go to the desk when your name is called. I had prepaid, so I handed Michele my paperwork. The phlebotomists moved quickly. When I was called, Michele, a woman of many talents, turned out to be a phlebotomist, too. I'm used to getting finger sticks for INR, but a venipuncture was required. I DIDN'T EVEN FEEL THE NEEDLE GO INTO MY VEIN, which Michele found on the first try! Usually, I'm like a pin cushion when others have drawn blood from me. SHE IS GREAT! Both she and her colleague were polite, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I HIGHLY recommend this lab! Thank you, Michele and Clinical Path. Lab in Bastrop, Texas!
