If you don't have an appointment, I would expect to wait a long time as they can't guarantee when they will get you in. You get in and out quickly and it's painless on my easily overstimulated brain, my veins, and arm. The friendly staff that checks you in is the cherry on top. They always are friendly and smiling. Although they close earlier than other CPL locations, I prefer to come here for the reasons noted in the review and because other locations have lost my tubes, took the wrong labs, and just were unhappy to be working.
