Whatever you do, do not go here. They do not honor appointment times. I had to wait forever.

I asked her to pre soften the Wax in his ear, she said "I usually just go in there with water , if you want softening, you will need to go back to the waiting room." I asked for debrox or hydrogen peroxide softening, she said that she couldn't do that. She then said, "are you his caregiver"? I said no, I'm his mother. then she said, "are you his power of attorney or something?" And said, no, I'm his mother She then rudely said, but he's 33! I said, yes, and I'm (insert my age here ). Of my gosh, she is so rude, I regret coming here. She then was asking all the questions we already answered online, when I told her we already completed those, she rudely said, I am asking the questions I have to ask. She then proceeded to remove the wax During the process. She says, "if it doesn't work you will need to go home and use wax softeners and come back"--yikes!!! 150.00 & she can't pre-soften the wax?! She failed. Can't do it, she told us to go home and pre-soften and come back for Another $150.00. Ear wax removal is a basic function that is supposed to include pre-softening. In all my years, I've had it done on me more times than I can remember, (including last week) with zero failed attempts. It's as basic as asking a manicurist to cut fingernails. This place is NOT a good health resource. Stay Away!!

The tech and doctor just couldn't have been nicer. I was an impatient patient..I thought if I came before my appointment time and checked in early, I might be seen early. I was wrong because it was a very busy day at the clinic. Doctor and tech were thorough. I thought they were just the sweetest.

Baylor, Scott & White requires you to…read moreschedule appointments months in advance, but then like clockwork they'll call two weeks before to reschedule. It's incredibly frustrating and completely defeats the purpose of planning ahead. Even when you do manage to make it to an appointment, be prepared to sit in their waiting room for 20+ minutes surrounded by people on their phones on speaker, with no staff attempting to create a comfortable or professional environment. The final straw for me was during my annual physical. I asked a straightforward question about HRT, and my doctor actually snapped at me, saying: "I don't do well woman appointments." Completely unprofessional and genuinely shocking to hear from someone who is supposed to be providing care. This place is disorganized, dismissive, and absolutely not worth the stress. I'll be taking my healthcare elsewhere.

My PCM will not prescribe some of the medications that I have used for years! I had to take migraine medicine that had been expired for 4 years the last time I had a migraine. There was a small waiting room for her to sit in, and that's when Ms. Jessica and Ms. Amanda came in. They were both professional and personable, striking up conversations with Tori Rain. Though she is non-verbal, they thoughtfully changed the TV channel to something entertaining for her. I was so impressed by the care, concern, and compassion they showed my granddaughter. Their actions turned what could have been a stressful visit into a moment of kindness and comfort. Kudos to Ms. Jessica and Ms. Amanda for their outstanding compassion and professionalism. Please let them know how much we appreciate and loved their personable actions. Thank you for going above and beyond in Georgetown, Texas.

We are grieving, financially struggling, and trying to navigate an already overwhelming situation -- and instead of even a shred of compassion, we were met with cold, rigid, and heartless treatment. We were flat-out refused service because we couldn't pay upfront. No attempt to help, no willingness to bill, no discussion of options -- just "no payment, no service." That was it. No empathy, no humanity, nothing. This is healthcare. Or at least it's supposed to be. But what we experienced was the complete opposite. In a moment where kindness could have made a difference, ARA chose cruelty. It is deeply disturbing that a facility entrusted with patient care operates this way. People are not just accounts or dollar signs -- especially when they are disabled and grieving. If you are looking for compassionate care, do not go here. This was one of the most dehumanizing experiences I have ever had.
