Whatever you do, do not go here. They do not honor appointment times. I had to wait forever.

All that was done was a big glop of glue was put on my laceration and I was sent on my way. No X-rays or nothing. Let's also say that the tech that did my intake needs more training on how to properly clean a laceration. He poured the medicated liquid on my finger then immediately rinsed it with water and wiped it all away. When he left the room, I was still pulling gauze out of my wound from where I packed it at work. I do this for a living, so I know he was rushing putting my health at risk. Needless to say, I woke up the next morning with continuous bleeding, infected drainage and the inability to feel anything on that finger. I was rushed the the ER where they did X-rays and they saw bone damage. Then they had to clean it completely out and get the infection out which was PAINFUL to say the least, even with a local. I needed FIVE STITCHES, 3 of which had to go through my nail. Was told I will probably not regain any feeling in my finger and will lose my nail permanently. All of which could have been avoided if the proper steps were taken. My take from this urgent care, they take the quick and easy way out to get patients out of the door, even if it means causing detrimental and permanent damage to patients.

I asked her to pre soften the Wax in his ear, she said "I usually just go in there with water , if you want softening, you will need to go back to the waiting room." I asked for debrox or hydrogen peroxide softening, she said that she couldn't do that. She then said, "are you his caregiver"? I said no, I'm his mother. then she said, "are you his power of attorney or something?" And said, no, I'm his mother She then rudely said, but he's 33! I said, yes, and I'm (insert my age here ). Of my gosh, she is so rude, I regret coming here. She then was asking all the questions we already answered online, when I told her we already completed those, she rudely said, I am asking the questions I have to ask. She then proceeded to remove the wax During the process. She says, "if it doesn't work you will need to go home and use wax softeners and come back"--yikes!!! 150.00 & she can't pre-soften the wax?! She failed. Can't do it, she told us to go home and pre-soften and come back for Another $150.00. Ear wax removal is a basic function that is supposed to include pre-softening. In all my years, I've had it done on me more times than I can remember, (including last week) with zero failed attempts. It's as basic as asking a manicurist to cut fingernails. This place is NOT a good health resource. Stay Away!!

It's incredibly frustrating and completely defeats the purpose of planning ahead. Even when you do manage to make it to an appointment, be prepared to sit in their waiting room for 20+ minutes surrounded by people on their phones on speaker, with no staff attempting to create a comfortable or professional environment. The final straw for me was during my annual physical. I asked a straightforward question about HRT, and my doctor actually snapped at me, saying: "I don't do well woman appointments." Completely unprofessional and genuinely shocking to hear from someone who is supposed to be providing care. This place is disorganized, dismissive, and absolutely not worth the stress. I'll be taking my healthcare elsewhere.

We are grieving, financially struggling, and trying to navigate an already overwhelming situation -- and instead of even a shred of compassion, we were met with cold, rigid, and heartless treatment. We were flat-out refused service because we couldn't pay upfront. No attempt to help, no willingness to bill, no discussion of options -- just "no payment, no service." That was it. No empathy, no humanity, nothing. This is healthcare. Or at least it's supposed to be. But what we experienced was the complete opposite. In a moment where kindness could have made a difference, ARA chose cruelty. It is deeply disturbing that a facility entrusted with patient care operates this way. People are not just accounts or dollar signs -- especially when they are disabled and grieving. If you are looking for compassionate care, do not go here. This was one of the most dehumanizing experiences I have ever had.
