They billed insurance as 27 day but charged me more for the two extra treatment days. I went inside to ask for clarification and the man argued with me and asked no one for assistance. I left because he said I would have to contact my insurance. As I was leaving parking lot, I received a text about my prescription. The price had been reduced to what I previously paid. The guy (sorry I don't know his name) has drawn my blood twice and I didn't feel it either time. I don't get anxious before I go because I know everyone is so nice and patient. Even when they are busy, they still communicate with everyone in the office so we know that they have seen us while not rushing with the person getting tested as well. I had Tina last week and she's very easy to talk to and has great customer service skills! I will continue to recommend this establishment to people I know.

No one in the waiting room appeared frustrated for any reason. I also found the wait after checking in to be quite short. The phlebotomist was easy to interact with, and was happy to explain specifics about my blood draw. Finally, I very happy she was able to draw my blood on her first try (yes, I've encountered ones who did not--so this is important to me!). In all, I definitely will return here to complete future lab work.

Having a blood test has been my mom's fear for years. She has a great nurse that does a great job at drawing blood so when she came here to visit and it was time to do another test for her doctor to see results, she got very nervous again. However, Jessica did everything painlessly in less than 2 minutes, which was incredible. The process of making an appointment and getting the result is very seamless. They allow walk-ins but making an appointment is highly encourage. My mom booked 8am appointment, took care of the payment, and got out no later than 8:15am. I was told the result would be available around 12-1pm the next day, but it was already emailed to me before 8am the next day. You can stop by to get the hard copy if you'd like. The office is warm and cozy. Overall I'm so happy that my mom had a very good experience here with Jessica. Thank you, Jessica, for your amazing skill and making my mom comfortable!
