IT is not my job to reach out to reginal managers to have his staff successfully complete their patients' medical needs. Also, I made it extremely clear to him that I was the one who paid for the office visit and he assured me the check would be mailed to me in my name. He choose not to keep his word and refund me my money and rather put the check in my boyfriend's name. When I called, Whitney, had to remind me 4 times as to why I most likely will not get a call back to finish this nightmare of an office visit. I am not deaf or dumb I do not need to be scolded and reminded 4 times why I am not getting a call back on how incompetent you run your office and cannot conduct a successful medical office. Also, your patient stated, " your NP was completely incompetent, and he will not return to another Total men's primary care".

Specifically I've worked with Chris and after 3 sessions not only has his personal PT helped, but the home exercises he provided have been fantastic. Each time I'm there everyone smiles, the employees seem to enjoy their jobs and the patients seem happy to be there. Maybe it used to be not-so-great, but I highly recommend ATI in Cedar Park.
