Any questions i have or calls they are right on it. If you have been dealing with chronic pain do yourself a favor and give Dr. Mark White a try. He will sit with you and answer any questions you may have. Very informative and caring. I fell very blessed to have found Dr. White and his awesome staff. I had three spinal injections done and i was in and out so fast. I could not believe the results. It is strange not to have pain in those particular spots . And the procedure is not as bad as it may sound.

I have been a patient of Dr. White's for a little over a year. Before today, I had a good opinion…read moreof him. He's never on time and talks too much but there are worse flaws. I went in today for my monthly follow up appointment. I had had a neck surgery last week which turned out to be extremely painful. I had been in the office the day after the surgery to receive some stronger medication while I healed. Today Dr. White walked in and I couldn't believe what followed. I had waited patiently for over an hour to see him. Then he finally came in and he was extremely agitated. So much so that he was shaking and pacing around the room. I started trying to tell him why I was requesting to see him instead of his PA this visit. He started cutting me off while I was talking, responding very rudely to what I was saying. Then he seemed to lose patience and launched into what turned out to be a 5 minute long assault on me and my character. He told me that I was a liar and a drug addict. He told me that I was obsessed with pain medication. When I tried to respond, surprised but calmly, he swore at me and told me he didn't care what I had to say. He cited early refills and multiple ER visits. When I tried to point out that I had never gone to the ER unless directed to do so by his office, I was again cut off and not allowed to speak. He continued on in a manner that I can only think to describe as cruel and abusive. I was cut off and shut down everytime I tried to speak or ask a question. This went on for almost 5 minutes and he ended by saying that I was to see their addiction specialist to be placed on Suboxone. Then he walked out. I was so shocked by his behavior that I just walked out without a word. To be clear, this is not about the accusation that I was addicted to pain medication. I have been on pain meds for a long time and Dr. White had some valid points. This is entirely about the way he handled it, the way I was treated. He was overly aggressive, too loud, he called me a liar and a drug addict repeatedly, he swore at me and kept cutting me off by telling me he "didn't give a damn" how I was feeling. I believe his attitude and his rant at me fall into the category of abusive. I felt so degraded and embarrassed by the time I left. Not to mention he has left me with only two days of medication left, shortly following a very painful neck surgery. I filed a complaint with Advanced Pain Care and may file one with the Texas Medical Board. What happened to me in that office today was not okay. I will never step foot into that facility again. Update: I spoke to the practice manager at Advanced Pain Care. According to her, the nurse in the room contradicted my complaints. She said the doctor was "stern" with me and never swore. While it's true he didn't cuss me out or anything, he did say "I don't give a damn what you feel about....". I felt it was inappropriate and unprofessional. As far as him being stern, that is a gross understatement. Apparently Dr. White expressed that he was only trying to help me. Well Dr. White, if you feel that's true then I'd like you to know that you have an *awful* way of showing it.

And, she puts her brain to work for her patients. She's helped me immensely, takes a root cause approach, and really thinks about the entire patient when it comes to health. In my opinion, she's also a beautiful mix of traditional internal medicine and integrative medicine. She's knowledgable across the spectrum and thoughtful in her approach. She's quick to offer OTC and home remedies for ailments. But, she also politely and diplomatically tells me when I need to consider taking antibiotics. She's also efficient when it comes to treatments and their costs. She was able to swap me from 2 injectable and 1 oral med that were all pricey for BHRT to a simple birth control pill that is free with my insurance. I also have a chronic condition that was dormant and has flared back up. She's been so patient and so kind with my angsty self. I truly feel fortunate that she's my doctor. I feel like we are partners in my health! And, the whole team at Euphora is great. They are all friendly and patient-focused. It's a wonderful place to get care.

SPECTACULAR MEDICAL CARE!…read more We have used Dr. Sharon Hausman-Cohen as our family doctor since 2014 which extremely positive results. PREVENTION & DISEASE TREATMENT: She's extremely capable in diagnosing problems and equally skillful in preventing disease, especially in helping older people stay heathy. FUNCTIONAL, HOLISTIC ORIENTATION: Although she uses drugs when called for, she also has an in-depth understanding of supplements and the impact of diet. INDIVIDUALIZED CARE: She and her team have developed an extremely useful genomics assessment that allows her to tailor her recommendations to the uniqueness of each patient's needs, including how patients will respond to various drugs and what supplements will be useful in aging and recovery from surgery. LATEST RESEARCH: Unlike many physicians she makes the time to read a broad variety of medical journals and stays up to date of the latest medical treatments and also preventative strategies that she uses to help her patients stay healthy. ATTENTIVE & AVAILABLE: When she shifted her practice to a concierge service about 5 years ago, she was able to spend more time with patients, both in-person and in video calls, and she also responds personally to questions by email. We are extremely grateful for Dr. Hausman-Cohen's presence in our lives, and know that we are far healthier because of her dedicated and highly competent care.

Well, that was not something I could stick to as I have had 5 spine fusions, and I have permanent nerve damage. My doctor referred me to Dr. Elizondo. I was a WRECK on the day of my appointment. Dr. Elizondo knew as he took my pulse. He asked what was wrong. I told him I did not want to speak poorly of a colleague of his. He laughed and said it was fine if it was bothering me. I shared a bit about what had happened. He told me that he would be the "tiebreaker". I had ONE good experience before that awful one. He absolutely WAS the tiebreaker. I have Asperger's and though I have 5 Advanced Degrees, speaking to someone is difficult. Speaking with him was like talking to an old friend. The first thing was that he turned the lights down. Next? He made sure I was WARM. Nerves respond better when you are warm. Finally, he kept up the chatter and that kept me relaxed. He also explained the results as I asked questions because my background is in the sciences. I was fascinated. In any case, I have since referred several friends to his office. I trusted him. He was kind and compassionate. He LISTENED. His office was the same way. My husband would like me to add that his office had the BEST candy. I guess this is important if you are the spouse of a patient waiting in the waiting room. :D As an aside, if you schedule and must cancel, you must do so days in advance as there is a sizable cancellation fee if you do not. I did not experience this, but there are signs. This is understandable because it takes time to get in with the doctors there and their time is valuable. Just be aware if you do schedule. I highly recommend this office. Highly. My thanks to Dr. Elizondo. If I need to go back to see a neurologist, I will go back to see him. He was amazing. My thanks to him.
