I just highly recommend this group - great teamwork, camaraderie, and support of the patients coming in for therapy.

The guy who was there seemed saner right off the bat and possibly I would have had a better experience, especially as this outfit seems to be an oddly run chain. She was tall and thin, and seemed high strung. Her use of vocabulary seemed obsessive compulsive and odd and made no sense. She refused to examine the front of my hip which problem caused me to go in there. It is my upper hip area, from mid abdomen to the top of my hip. She told me that is pelvic floor. She wanted me to distinguish that area from my "lady parts", which is an odd term. I had put marks where the pain is and she wouldn't even look at it. Sore region is closer to my belly button and top of hit than my "lady parts", but, she shamed me about having my pants unbuttoned! She kept demanding that I tell her in terms of her quixotic vocabulary if things are "butt" or "back", and if I put things in her vocabulary it switched on me. So I'd point at a sore area in my upper butt and she kept saying "that's butt". "that's back". "Is that butt or back?" We didn't get anywhere. It was the most freakish medical experience I have ever had in my 70 years of living. I walked out before the visit was done, saying "we're done". The next day my phone is lighting up with text and voice mail messages! Perhaps in her mind we aren't done without her say so!

Both providers are courteous, caring, professional, and knowledgeable. They take the time to listen to our concerns and answer any questions we may have - and never in a condescending manner. I really appreciate that Dr. Shah can relate to me as a mom of small children and provide recommendations, not only as a medical professional/expert, but also with that momma perspective. As far as after-hours, we had a wonderful experience with Dr. Whited. He was very personable and calmly evaluated our daughter after she fell and hit her head. He concluded that she was fine and sent us home, but told us to call him if we noticed some specific signs throughout the night. The next morning, he called right before he went into surgery just to check on our daughter. That meant so much to me and my husband. He also made sure to communicate with Dr. Shah regarding the incident and she checked in that day as well. Oh, and I cannot write a review without mentioning their AWESOME nurses, Alli and Erin. Both are great at their jobs! My daughter especially adores "Ms. Alli." :) The receptionists/administrative assts are also friendly and helpful (There is one in particular who always brightens our day, but sadly I cannot remember her name! She usually sits on the far right). My only negative thing to say about BSW, in general, is that you cannot reach your clinics directly and have to call the main line every time. For example, if the clinic calls with lab results and you miss it, you must call the main line and the representative has to call the clinic to let them know you called back. Then you have to wait again for them to call. That can be a little frustrating at times. However, this is not the clinic's fault.

The staff was very friendly and the environment, in general, was very relaxed. The Austin team was very professional and went out of their way to make sure that you were comfortable and relaxed. Jenn, Kristen, Froy, Tim, and Amanda all took good care of me when I was in the chair. And Laura was thorough and personable. They have a great team and you can tell that they enjoy their work. All of my sessions were amazing. One was a bit disorienting but overall they left me feeling great joy and contentment. I have one suggestion that might alleviate some patients' anxiety about the infusions: perhaps providing a list of responses and reactions that patients have felt during their sessions in the on-boarding process. Something like "you may experience any or more of the following during your session (list). Just remember that you are safe and you can let go and embrace the feelings you encounter." I have already reached out to several friends and colleagues recommending Klarisana. Thank you for helping me to help make myself a better person.

He debrided the AC joint and removed a severely inflamed bursa (bursitis). Initially we were thinking it was a torn rotator cuff (supraspinatus) but thankfully it ended up being much less severe of a diagnosis after he got in there with the arthroscope. Doctor Graham is extremely intelligent and is an obvious expert in his field. I'm friends with 3 very good doctors in unrelated fields and they all had rave reviews for Dr. Graham. After trekking around North Austin looking at nursing homes and not finding much room at the inn,…read moreunless it was a really crappy inn, this place stood out. In a good way. For one, it's clean, and for two, it's well staffed and well managed. The intake manager and business manager are both kind and professional, and made the experience of having a loved one in this situation just a little easier. It made visiting a fairly pleasant experience. Overall, the caregivers and care managers also were pleasant, patient and compassionate. During the year I regularly visited a family member here, I never saw a patient mistreated or miserable. Residents are allowed to bring their personal furniture and belongings and to decorate their rooms as they wish, so it has a homier feel. They encourage family member involvement. The atmosphere is one of caring and respect. I can't comment personally on the food, but several residents said it was good. I didn't see much staff turnover. These are all good signs, as far as I'm concerned. The only thing I would change is for the place to offer more interesting upbeat activities/entertainment, and to make a concerted effort to bring more residents to watch or participate. Some music over the intercom system would be nice, too. Especially in the dining and sitting rooms.

A few nurses are sweet and work hard but I can count them on one hand. The staff only smile and act friendly when they are doing a tour then after that very few people even speak when you come in. The care is the minimum they have to do. If you have a choice go somewhere else.
