What a convenient shop! My grandma visited from NY and needed a scooter! We got one in a few minutes and we're off! Fair prices as well!

While I do shop at the Lakeway location from time to time, this one truly stands out to me. First of all, the staff here is consistently friendly and welcoming. It makes such a difference when you walk into a store and feel genuinely appreciated as a customer. I also really enjoy the samples -- they always seem to be cooking something delicious, and it's a fun way to try new items. The wine selection is excellent as well, and I love that they often have wines available to sample. It adds a special touch to the shopping experience. What I appreciate most, though, is the incredible variety. This store carries such a wide range of products, and it feels thoughtfully curated. I can always find what I'm looking for -- and usually discover something new and exciting, too. The overall layout and selection just feel better suited to my tastes. For me, the HEB on 71 in Bee Cave is hands down a standout location. Great staff, great variety, and a really enjoyable shopping experience every time.

The staff are rude, and unhelpful. They look miserable and just don't care. Constantly wrongly ringing items up or forgetting to give you your bags. I had been working with fertility doctors for four years, trying desperately to have a baby. My fertility doctor said that he had done more procedures on me than on any other patient that he had ever had, and he was urging me to stop trying, which I was never going to do!!! I was 43 years old and trying everything under the sun and spending a fortune... fertility acupuncturists once or twice a week for years, abdominal massage, integrative doctors and naturopathic doctors and specialists. The first time a met Kaya, she prescribed the autoimmune paleo diet for me, which I followed exactly. The next time I had an IUI (my 13th or 14th, and after 4 unsuccessful IVF), it worked absolutely beautifully. I stayed on the diet to the letter during the entire pregnancy, and I had a very healthy, problem free pregnancy, despite a host of autoimmune diseases including type 1 diabetes, and my son is very healthy. Not one of the countless specialists, both M.D. and alternative medicine specialists, whom I had worked with before I met Kaya, had ever mentioned this diet, which was the key for me, I have no doubt. I thank God so much for sending Kaya into my life and giving me my son! I am writing this with happy tears in my eyes. I trust Kaya completely any time I have a question for myself, my son, or my 89 year old father. She told me what supplements and formula to give my son when he was a baby and the years since as he is growing. She helped my dad recover fully some years ago after a mild stroke and regular consults with him to advise him regarding supplements and other recommendations, and we are so thankful that he is doing very, very well, teaching full time, and better than ever, at 89. She helped my son, myself, and my dad through Covid scares. It was very comforting knowing that she has had vast experience with Covid patients and had an important protocol that we followed carefully to help keep us healthy through the scary Covid days. As an optometrist, I have recommended patients see Kaya, and I have referred many friends and family from all over the country to Kaya, including a friend who was similarly trying to have a baby and who has a similar, very happy success story, thanks to Kaya's help! Thank you, Kaya! We owe you a lot. I have complete confidence in recommending Kaya to anyone and everyone.

Sara Tucker, our care manager, was efficient, kind, perceptive, and thoughtful. Nanci Kahn, a nurse at Senior Services of Austin, was also very helpful and compassionate. My dad and I worked extensively with Sara and Nanci for over two years, and I don't know how we would have managed without their help. They helped coordinate my dad's move and make sure he was safe in his new apartment, and helped us manage medication challenges, navigate difficult hospital and rehab stays, and plan next steps after discharge. They advised us (always in a non-judgmental and not pushy way) when we weren't sure what to do and offered us logistical and practical support. At a time when we really needed help, they were the best support system we could have asked for. I was also glad that the owner of the company, Ariel Goward, was on call to help when Sara wasn't available. I highly recommend Senior Services of Austin to anyone needing assistance with issues related to caring for an aging family member.

What a complete circus act it's been. So they keep claiming to have sent me supplies via UPS. Here's the thing: I have a delivery notification account set up with UPS. Why does that matter? Well UPS sends me alerts when a package is en route, delivery updates, alert the day before, and day of delivery. So, I ALWAYS know when a package is coming my way with UPS. I didn't receive a notice of any delivery from this clown office. They repeatedly keep referencing a tracking number. They now tell me to file a claim with UPS. Well clowns, you know damn well the package recipient doesn't even do that. IT'S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FILE ANY CLAIM ON THE PACKAGE YOU SEND. It's 100% the shipper you dolts. I can't even file a claim on my end and YOU KNOW THAT. It needs to be filed from the shipper's account. In addition, "Tammy" refused to respond to my inquiries and NOT ONE PERSON VERIFIED MY ACTUAL ADDRESS THEY USED even though I made several calls to the CPAP dept and billing in another country and asked them to verify it. Until Tammy was dipping out for her three day weekend at the end of the day, she passive aggressively confirms "my address" and spolier alert, it's wrong. Just as I suspected. Also, they told me several times to contact UPS myself. Joke's on me again. They freaking know you can't even talk to a person over there. I knew that, but I still called anyway to check that stupid box and jump through another hoop. Then the cherry on top, they send me a text on a SATURDAY MORNING, telling me I have an invoice due for the supplies I never received. I never even opted into texts, so this is totally illegal. I have wasted hours of my life trying to fix this. They can go to hell if they think they can scam my insurance policy and BILL ME MORE MONEY ON TOP OF THAT, for supplies they SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. As if all of that isn't enough, they bill under a company Aero something or other and are "Healthline" which I assume is NOT CONTRACTED with my insurance company. Who knows. But, they are a 100% scam, I am sure of that. Next week I am filing an official complaint with my insurance company against these con artists for all of the described ridiculous events. What do you think TAMMY? P.S. I also have legal services through my employer and I'll be talking to them too next week about your little stunt. See my screenshots of some of the evidence of this shit sandwich I've been served. I'm actually really glad that tool, Tammy decided to only text me. Thanks for the evidence, sister! At least you helped me with that.
