My dad and I worked extensively with Sara and Nanci for over two years, and I don't know how we would have managed without their help. They helped coordinate my dad's move and make sure he was safe in his new apartment, and helped us manage medication challenges, navigate difficult hospital and rehab stays, and plan next steps after discharge. They advised us (always in a non-judgmental and not pushy way) when we weren't sure what to do and offered us logistical and practical support. At a time when we really needed help, they were the best support system we could have asked for. I was also glad that the owner of the company, Ariel Goward, was on call to help when Sara wasn't available. The appointment took all of 10 minutes. The patient had been sitting in the lobby for a very long time afterward, so I called Mike to tell him to come get the patient. Mike said they were planning on picking him up at 11am. It was obvious to anyone that this man was not feeling well and our cold lobby is probably the last place he wanted to be. A lady driver showed up right after 11am. I promised the patient (in front of her) that I was going to report the neglect he suffered from using this company; so here I am.
