For instance, the pharmacist forgot to include needles for my syringes even though I had paid out of pocket. Always double check your prescription at pick up to ensure that everything is included in the package. An example of great service is that twice out of the three times I have been to the pharmacy, my medication has been ice packed for me which has been a great note of attention to detail. A lot of the medication provided by the pharmacy is not covered by insurance so it can get a bit pricey. Be sure to double and triple check with your insurance beforehand.

He then refused to fill my prescription because I wanted to switch to another pharmacist, he then hung up on me. What kind of pharmacist or doctor treats her patients this way after 30 days. I've done some research and they have several other complaints regarding the same issues. There's plenty of other better compound pharmacies out there to use. Don't risk yourself with this one because the pharmacist is a hothead with issues.

The gentleman I initially spoke with was kind and genuinely seemed to be trying to help me figure out my options. Unfortunately, when the pharmacist got on the phone, the tone of the conversation changed completely. I was already dealing with an injured foot and trying to figure out what I could do over the weekend. Instead of simply explaining that a prescription would be required for the boot, I felt like I was being lectured about the fact that it was the weekend and doctors wouldn't be available to write one. I was fully aware of that--that was exactly why I was calling the pharmacy to see what options I had. The issue wasn't that they couldn't provide the boot. I understand there may be rules or prescription requirements they have to follow. The issue was the tone and lack of empathy. When someone is hurt and calling for help, a little kindness and a simple explanation go a long way. I really appreciated the gentleman who first tried to assist me, but the interaction with the pharmacist was disappointing and left me feeling like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer asking for help.

The lane next to me served 3 people who then pulled up after me.. I would have backed out but someone was behind me. Now I get to the pickup window. Tell the person the name and DOB for the prescription, three times. She tells me there is no prescription. I ask her to check again. She proceeds to have a conversation with another employee about a different customer.., let me wait yeah. Starts typing now and staring at her computer for another few minutes and then says, oh yeah here it is. Come back in an hour. Seriously. They suck. If you don't mind wasting your time, feel free to go to this pharmacy.
