So it being so confusing I decided to pick a couple of things that I needed and try to scurry out of the store but that didn't happen. So I went aisle to aisle to see if I can find the particular place by normally by my favorite chocolates but they were not there, so I tried to hunt for them but no avail instead I found a great bottle of wine priced well, so I put that in my cart. This is sort of by a strange door because it's clumsy I call it clumsy because it has like a refrigerator with ice cream and one spot and then it hits the pharmacy where you see all of the bands aids, adult diapers and it was a strange layout. So I figured maybe that's why I couldn't find 3 of the items that I was looking for is maybe because they put it in odd places you have to look all Over the store which I didn't have the time to do. Overall this is a pretty nice store people are nice and personable but the fact is they just sit at the front and you don't see them doing anything else except ring you up. You have to give your phone number so they could send you your receipt which some stores do. You can definitely get some good buys here especially some of the protein powders you can get pretty inexpensive and great prices. Put the majority of the cosmetics in creams or pretty expensive for places you can buy anywhere which is much cheaper but Walgreens has set their prices pretty high. No wonder he a billionaire, Walgreens lack assistance and pharmacy is a joke. I will definitely try again! Hit or miss once again!!

The woman on the phone said that the prescription wouldn't be ready for another couple of days. I said that I wish we had been told that yesterday and the woman said that I was a liar. She claimed no one in the pharmacy had said that the prescription could be filled in 24 hours and that I should have known this. The pharmacy staff here are rude and unprofessional. Rather than owning up to their mistake, they would rather blame the customers for taking their staff at their word. If you need a prescription filled (emergency or not), I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I also noticed the store is a lot cleaner especially the floors before they were not mopped and slippery on certain aisles especially in the laundry area. The one thing that has changed is the fact that they're more personable now and not a large grocery chain that really do not care to say, hello to you when you enter. So my business is toward grocery chains that greet you, that way you feel you're welcomed. My absolute favorite part of the grocery store is the vegetable department that way I can pick and choose the freshest cilantro, lemons and of course I love my vegetables to be 'organic. So I want everyone to understand that when you shop at this particular HEB you are getting fresh organic vegetables. That is a big time plus. Since I like to eat well and only shop the seafood area as well. The seafood has improved immensely. It's cleaner more fresher and when you take it home, to cook it's quite delicious. They didn't have any at the store saying they no longer carried that lip balm and offered me an alternative but when I told them I was looking for that particular one since it reminded me of my departed parents, several staff asked me to wait and they went into their warehouse to see if they could find me any remainders. Luckily they found a few and wouldn't take any compensation for them. You are lucky to have a store like that in Austin with such compassionate staff.

Not once did I see anyone from pharmacy offer him assistance to help speed things up and clear out the long line. I do agree with prior reviews - steer clear if you can. Otherwise, expect a mediocre experience.

Came to check them out. Finally found them. But they only had the enzyme dietary supplement. Which I'm just happy to see that they actually had them. But what I really wanted was their night time one. Sadly, they did not. And I checked to see if there was a place for them on their shelves. And I didn't see a place for them. Also on the Target website they show they are $13.99 but the store shows them $19.99 on sale for $18.99. So there's a whole mess up with these. They don't have the different ones, even though it shows they do. And the price is different. I'd much rather buy them from Target to try them out. Rather than the Alice website, as they want you to be a subscriber or you have to buy a 2 pack. If it doesn't work for me, why would I buy 2 at $59.00 plus shipping cost? Other than that. After waiting about 20 minutes for help, I was told I had to go back outside to get a signal to complete the check-in. When Safari refreshed twice, I had to return inside and scan the QR code all over again. Walgreens even sends a text before your appointment saying you can manage your vaccination online, but you can't use that text to check in when you arrive. Requiring a QR code in a store with no cell service is a broken system. There should be a way to check in from the appointment text or have the pharmacy check patients in without relying on the QR code.
