I've heard about these Alice mushroom supplements. Was excited to see that Target carried them. My local Target didn't carry them, even though the employee said they have them. We didn't even see a price tag/ label for them on the shelves. I do work near this Target in Bee Cave, and saw they carried them in store. Maybe I'll have better luck at this location. Came to check them out. Finally found them. But they only had the enzyme dietary supplement. Which I'm just happy to see that they actually had them. But what I really wanted was their night time one. Sadly, they did not. And I checked to see if there was a place for them on their shelves. And I didn't see a place for them. Also on the Target website they show they are $13.99 but the store shows them $19.99 on sale for $18.99. So there's a whole mess up with these. They don't have the different ones, even though it shows they do. And the price is different. I'd much rather buy them from Target to try them out. Rather than the Alice website, as they want you to be a subscriber or you have to buy a 2 pack. If it doesn't work for me, why would I buy 2 at $59.00 plus shipping cost? Other than that. The store was quiet and clean. I'll keep checking back every so often. read more

Okay I had to take a hike looking for someone to help me find certain items nowhere to be found good luck with that. So when I had tried to find certain fans I had questions about prices and took a hike and I mean really walking all over the store looking for someone the place is abandoned yeah for real I don't even know if there's any cashiers it's so quiet other than that you can't find all kinds of Beautiful items and I couldn't be Happier but you have to Find Someone to Help which is very rare that's WHY I gave a 2 star for The one thing I do like is they have a variety of things here that you can buy and especially the barbecue items there's a lot to see but once again I'm disappointed because I wanted to buy certain items especially the fans you just can't find Anyone to help. So I'm off trying to find someone maybe in the front oh well I don't know if I would recommend this location I'm thinking about it maybe not. read more

Breann helped me check out our red card doggy swimming pools..then did all my grocery shopping and dog treat buying and was helped by Taaliyah who is super cool and super sweet..then checked out by Samantha who treated my items gently like they were her own! Clean, well stocked target with fast pickup service. They have the fancy makeup section, Disney section with music playing and lots of toys to entertain the kids, and a wide variety of clothing for all genders and ages. Target did great designing their Bee Cave location and they keep local customers happy with their Target fix! read more

This is a smaller Target store than I am used to. Fresh produce and other perishable groceries are sparse; however, Target [and the staff] have been a WONDERFUL resource during the pandemic. With simple (the app actually needs several improvements, but that's up to the tech peeps) SAME DAY free curbside or pickup, it has made certain parts of my life much more simple. And Target does not require a minimum $$$ pickup amount. If I just am craving some salsa, clickety click, vroom, pop hatch, and I'm munching is less than two hours. Lol. Thank you Target and all the staff for everything you continue to do during the current conditions...including STILL REQUIRING CUSTOMERS WEAR FACE COVERINGS. Good. For. My wife says this is her Happy Place (not Target in general, this specific Target). It's clean and well-stocked and the employees are usually very friendly and quick. I particularly enjoy the multiple aisles they have dedicated to books, from board books up to new releases for adults. My one complaint is that they added some sort of Disney-themed area to their toy section that is so jammed together that you literally cannot push a cart through it. Everything else in the store is so spacious, I'm not sure why they felt they needed to create a perpetual traffic jam here. read more

Sorry Target this store is not a good representation of your brand. The only thing that keeps me going back are the kind and helpful employees. I see items on social media that we never have or will have in this store. Not only is selection bleak, stock of is even worse. For such a popular and affluent area I would think you would have product to sell to customers who want to spend at your store. I often go to other Targets to shop because they usually have things in stock that this store is out of. Worked here. Bathrooms constantly filthy & completely ignored by the staff responsible. Management is horrendously difficult to deal with. Rude, inconsiderate, will outright lie, and will respond to your concerns with corporate empty-speak where they can somehow manage to talk at you for an hour without actually answering anything pertaining to your concerns. Sometimes the team lead for general merchandise will actually talk to you in a baby voice to patronizingly explain simple concepts, even if those concepts are unrelated to the concern/topic at hand. We were overworked way outside of our schedule, sometimes "closing" until after 1 AM (despite the schedule saying 10:30-11 PM) Was frequently given impossible & conflicting expectations. Given random tasks that competed for time with my daily quotas, and then complained to for not meeting said quotas even after I voiced my concerns. HR was useless if even present, which was rare, and never followed up on anything. Especially frustrating since the store is full of corporate propaganda about how we're "all a family" and can lean on each other for support. LOL. This target doesn't give a rats ass about its employees, despite what they parrot about being a "family" or whatever the fuck. Prospective team members doubt me at your own risk. I'm typically in and out of Bee Cave Target for pick-up orders, while browsing the Target Dollar Spot (Bee Cave Dollar Spot seems to have the smallest section out of the other Targets nearby). ROWAN (ear piercing review) Booked an appointment for a 2nd lobe piercing (online). Rowan station is located inside Target usually in the girls clothing section. Antoinette was patient and had a great vibe. She confirmed the marks were in perfect placement before piercing. The lobe piercing felt like a long pinch. Studs/earrings range from $55-$125 (sterling silver/gold) with the piercing included. Antoinette went through the after care instructions and proceeded with checkout/payment. Piercing appointment was completed within 30 minutes. * RN wore face mask and gloves entire session (Face mask required as well) read more

So it's in the middle of this Crazy COVID19 Epidemic and I just completed my Shopping at this Target !! I was Extremely Happy to see a Sign at the entrance stating "Everyone MUST Be Wearing a Mask to Enter". YEAH !! . This is So Important People for the Safety of ALL !! Anyway, I took one of the Shopping Carts that had been Hygienically Cleaned (Thank You !) and started my Quick Shop. I found Everything I needed and Everyone, (Shoppers and Employees) I saw Had a Mask on !! The employees are Always so Courteous and Helpful !! When I came to the Checkout I asked if someone could unload my Basket Full of Groceries and Immediately they did ! I am usually beyond impressed with target in general and their friendly customer service. Today, however I went to return a shelf I bought the day before because it was broken when I took It out of the package. I wanted to exchange for another one but they were out so I found something else for my wall. I went to the return line for my return and new purchase. When it was my turn in line I returned the shelf with receipt and when that was complete I told the cashier I would like to purchase the other item in place. He told me I needed to go back to the checkout line for this because he had a line. I thought I misunderstood but he repeated himself and showed me the one person standing behind me. I've always thought target had great customer service, friendly workers and great exchange policies. I ended up not purchasing his item because of the interaction. read more

Anna and Samantha are rock stars. We were looking for the 10 pack of holiday chapsticks. Anna radio'd 3 different people and offered to have inventoeybupEates as we couldn't find the item anywhere in the store. Samantha came over to help as well. After a good 15 minutes of looking and not finding it we decided that the system was wrong and they weren't in stock. As we were walking away we heard a "Hey, wait". Samantha came back over from a few aisles away with a box in her hand. She asked if this was what we were looking for, and it was. Woo hoo way to save the day. Late morning on Saturday my daughter used the women's restroom at this Target and she encountered a man standing up openly urinating in the stall next to her. It was an adult male with male parts clearly presenting as an adult male and she was incredibly uncomfortable and scared in the moment by the encounter. I tried calling the store multiple times over the last three days to inform and speak with a manager but no one answered any of the numbers. I also emailed the store but still have yet to hear anything back as to what if any protocols or procedures they have so something like this does not happen to any other young girls or women, employees or customers. I wanted to actually talk to someone and get some understanding before leaving a poor review but I've found it impossible to get anyone on the phone and no one has yet to get back to me via email (I live over an hour away which is the only reason these are my methods of communication or I'd have shown up to speak with a manager in person) so I'm left to assume that this issue is not all that important to them. read more

By far the worst cashiers ever. Stood in line forever behind the slowest cashier. Then they opened more registers and took the people waiting at the end of the lines instead of the ones waiting the longest. Only three of a fairly popular item on the shelf. Target is one of my favorite grocery stores, you can find a variety of international food, decorative articles, makeup, dog's stuff, I mean you can shop almost anything in there. Prices are not so expensive but is not Walmart prices either, other than that is just a lovely store. read more

Bee Cave Target vibe isn't what you would expect a Target to have. They apparently are understaffed because their employees are often trying to assist customers while trying to still stock the store at all hours of the day. Most stores might have light stocking to do during the day, but they do their main stocking over night so that the majority of their customers don't see them still trying to unload boxes. They also are more expensive than stores such as Walmart. Positive: They are close. They are in the Bee Cave/Lakeway area. It is also nice to see they are diverse (in abilities, and nationalities) who they hire. read more

Target is certainly a step up in it's genre. This "Greatland" location is a poor example though. I think it's the amount of traffic coming through that keeps things out of stock here. While this one may be bigger than most, don't think that automatically equals better than most Targets. read more

These games were $16.49 on the site and app prior to entering store, at time of checkout they wanted to charge $19.99, also these games are buy 1 get 1 free today. This was also rejected by both the employee and the manager. The manager on quote said "Think of Target.com and Target retail as a separate entities" This was his justification on his decision to not honor their sale they have advertised on their app, website, cartwheels, and brochures! Very rude service. This is not the first experience with this at this location either. I kind of feel bad for target. They are a great store with all kinds of cool things but they're just a bit higher end in both quality and price which keeps their business volume down somewhat. I personally love target over walmart because, well if you've been to most walmart s, you know why. The store is always clean, there are helpful associates (usually) and the checkout lines are definitely shorter than the competition. I think if they had more grocery selection they would be busier, but then tha t would bring in the people we try to avoid at walmart. Let's face it, we all know what I'm talking about. Target has also acquired CVS pharmacy so you can usually get that out of the way while you're there too. And of course there is the popcorn. How can you walk into a target and smell the popcorn and not get it? I can't. So enjoy target and appreciate the wide aisles and clean friendly atmosphere, definitely worth the few extra dollars. read more

I'm reviewing this Target because of how awesome and helpful the staff is when it comes to Target exclusive Funko Pops. A lot of other Target employees hide them, hoard them, resell them, or are just flat out rude. The team at this specific location are so helpful and making sure you get exactly what you want. I waited in the electronics department for 45 minutes while the only person working in this department helped another customer trouble shoot their phone problems. The employee seemed very competent so I chose to wait. After waiting 45 minutes, the employee (who was still on the phone with AT&T trouble shooting the initial customer's phone issues) was told by management that he had to go on his lunch break and could not help me after he finished with his current customer. This is a completely unacceptable way to do business. read more
