They didn't consider me a customer because I last filled a prescription three months ago. I became the bottom priority. I had called earlier that day around 2 pm and was told that they had enough to fill the prescription. Two hours later I was called to say their supply ran out. That was hard to believe. The Pharm tech told me she understood and was on the same med and she couldn't get hers refilled. Again, hard to believe. I was a regular customer in the past and do my vaccines there. I explained that I'm going out of town and need to take care of my nephew who is in hospice. I won't go there again. It's like having to join a country club to get a prescription filled.

The issue is and reason for the one (1) star is: Martin's advertises flu shots for adults for $25.00 yet they requested $49.00 from me at my appointment. Attached is a photo of their prices from their website. When we arrived home I called Martin's and texted the screen shot to Chris who said he needed to get with the Pharmacist. Ashley was adamant about not honoring the advertised price saying this was information from years ago and swore there were dates on the page. No dates whatsover as this is their current website. Also, she kept repeating herself and when I tried to explain, hung up on me. She seemed most flustered and appeared to want a reason to end the phone call. Say what? This is deceptive advertising for flu shots. I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for deceptive trade practices. This is an issue of principle. I also made a copy of the entire website page where this cost is promoted.

For days they kept claiming that they called the doctor but no one answered. Each time I called they answered immediately. I sat in the parking lot trying to figure out why it was so much more than the coupon, so I went back in to see it and that is when they told me that they didn't take them. SMH this place was the biggest headache ever and if it wasn't for my Adderall being so difficult and expensive to get I would of stayed with HEB pharmacy

However, today, I went to the tattoo and piercing shop and discovered that I needed to buy vitamin E for my former piercing to heal. The moment I entered the store, I was greeted immediately by a lovely woman. She immediately addressed my needs and the pharmacist behind the counter, even went above and beyond to recommend a product that is used for compounding. This makes me so happy to experience a unique interaction, but it also gives me the ethos to recommend that if you shop here you should always ask for the pharmacist's advice because you never know what they might have behind the counter. Although I cannot speak for the pharmaceutical side, I can say that this place has ample choices to choose from on the market side. They even had quite a bit of product on clearance, which was super cool. The product that the pharmacists recommended for me was super cheap, but also really high-quality and he allowed me to buy two jars of the ointment. I will definitely be back.

So they told me to contact Randalls as one of the coupons listed the price at different places and Randalls was the cheapest (HEB was the most expensive). Upon calling them, they set up an account for me then called HEB to have my prescription transferred over. They let me know they would call me when it was ready.
