Some pharmacy highlights include being managed by humans (no BOT telephone calls)...you will always reach and talk to a human. They also make free medication deliveries to Cedar Park residents. Cedar Park Express Pharmacy staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Will, a pharmacist, answered all my questions and appeared very knowledgeable. The pharmacy staff take pride in imparting personalized attention. It is welcoming to have a pharmacist see you as a human first and not just another prescription to fill. Cedar Park Pharmacy will be top on my list when I have a prescription to fill. They also sell over the counter items also.

Never had any hesitation to ask questions or get interaction opinions. Doctors prescribe whatever and often care not of the interactions of the drugs prescribed. Here, they catch that and at least make you informed so you can get back to your doc to see alternatives. It is really a boutique pharmacy at budget prices.

For days they kept claiming that they called the doctor but no one answered. Each time I called they answered immediately. Then I tried to use a discount card that was specifically for their business and instead of telling me that they didn't take ANY discount cards, they just gave me a small discount and dismissed me. I sat in the parking lot trying to figure out why it was so much more than the coupon, so I went back in to see it and that is when they told me that they didn't take them. They billed insurance as 27 day but charged me more for the two extra treatment days. I went inside to ask for clarification and the man argued with me and asked no one for assistance. I left because he said I would have to contact my insurance. As I was leaving parking lot, I received a text about my prescription. The price had been reduced to what I previously paid. The newest pharmacist hasn't let me down. Great communication. Quick response time. Friendly and professional. Location close to my home.
